On the day of my appointment, the girls had already pulled my favorite gown (so far) and some others based off of my interests I had described to them. This made the appointment just take off! They even communicated before the appointment in preparation for it. First, they asked me to send pictures of what I had seen online that I liked, then we had an over the phone consultation where we discussed more in depth details about who I am and what my wedding setting and vision was. Custom Tailored from start to finish. The environment was elegant and upscale but the mood and atmosphere was very relaxed. I felt so comfortable being myself, joking along the way and being silly without being judged. They even have fabric accessories in stock to make customized changes to my dress. I was able to see what it would look like with adding straps and wings, which I added! In their hands, I’m 100% confident that the final outcome will far surpass all my expectations. Can’t thank them enough for making my experience the best it could have possibly been.

Carolyn was so patient, intuitive, and encouraging as I considered each option, and I truly felt so special when I finally chose my gown! went above and beyond this past week. During a bridal session, I stained my dress in the dead center (two weeks before my wedding). Of course I panicked, but I shouldn’t have because ML was on it. I talked to Ellie that night, got recommendations for a cleaner, and when cleaning unfortunately wasn’t going to work, Carolyn, Molly, and Ashley immediately sprung into action. They came up with a few solutions to fix my dress, had an appointment available for me the next day, and had already contacted the designer and a seamstress so everyone was ready to get the dress done, whichever option I chose. There’s no way I would have been in such good hands anywhere else, and now I think my dress is going to be even better than before. They handled everything, checked on me, and made sure I would have my dream dress stil. WHAT. A. TEAM. I would never dream of dress shopping anywhere but Maggie Louise.
