REE songs, of their choosing, were played during the ceremony (not just one as indicated in the review), as well as 45 minutes of music prior to the ceremony. A prelude song and a processional song were played, as well as a recessional song. The song that was not played was before the prayer. This was originally to be played during the signing of the license, which did not happen (hence the confusion with the song). We provided the ceremony music to the bride & groom 100% complimentary. Introductions were done exactly as I was told to do them. The song was started at the exact point I was asked to start it at and then played loud to the very end. We can provide a copy of the playlist to verify. We will be glad to forward the exact playlist (with times the songs were played) to Molly & Brady. Nearly every song from their suggested playlist was played through out the night. It also should be noted that in the beginning of the night, we used a mix of songs from their playlist and songs that would be crowd appropriate to set the mood for dancing. It worked! The dance floor was packed all night long. There was no set time for the anniversary dance established at our planning meeting, only the order of events. The night of the wedding, they came up and asked me to do this event sooner, rather than later, since they felt that some people may start to leave soon. I gladly obliged. We would normally have waited a bit longer for this event and kept people dancing. The anniversary dance was fantastic. We interviewed the couple and asked them some advice to the newlyweds. It was truly a touching moment. This wedding was a huge success. HUGE SUCCESS! People danced all night and most stayed until the very end. We apologize for missing the last minute change during the ceremony. Brady and Molly, we hope you will realize that this wedding was spectacular, even with the one small last minute change that was not done correctly. Our first review lower than a 5-star rating is VERY VERY unfortunate. We will certainly work harder and put procedures in place to make sure we never miss a last-minute change again. We will always strive for 5-Star Reviews!
