I had a wonderful experience working with Kristen for my wedding! Kristen was so personable and made sure everything went SO smoothly on my wedding day!! Kristen was instrumental in helping me work through some difficulties in the planning process and always had solutions! I can't recommend Kristen enough!!

To be honest, I wanted nothing to do with a wedding planner. I thought it was a total waste of money. My mom's neighbor recommended Magnificent Moments so I decided I would at least take the phone call and see what they had to say. The more I started to talk with them, the more my head started to spin with all these tiny details I didn't even think about. I knew right then and there I had to hire them. I still wanted to plan most of it myself, so I hired them as our coordinators instead. Brittni was the planner who was assigned to us and I can tell you right now, it was absolutely worth every single penny spent. The check ins were super helpful and Brittni got me thinking ahead of schedule so that every time I talked to any of my other vendors I was fully prepared. The vendor list was also a wonderful perk. A lot of times I didn't know where to start looking for vendors since my family and I are not originally from the Charlotte area, and I utilized this list many times. Sometimes it helped me book amazing vendors, but other times it led me to different paths to find those vendors. Either way, super helpful. The wedding planning site is very user friendly and was another great resource to help me stay on task when I wasn't working directly with Brittni. The whole wedding planning process, I kept joking with everyone that the only thing I wanted to worry about on my wedding day was when the next drink was going in my hand, and I can tell you that was absolutely the case with Magnificent Moments (thought I only had two drinks the whole day haha). Brittni handled all the communication with vendors and all I had to do was show up and enjoy the day I have been waiting my whole life for. She was absolutely amazing, especially when it came to making sure my husband and I got our private cocktail hour that we wanted.

Ashton was one of the best parts of our wedding! We did the partial planning with her and from the first call I had with her until our wedding day, she was on top of everything. She was so organized and calm that it helped to keep me calm. She was a real pro. Her attention to detail was remarkable. When my the bottom of my dress was snagging on my heels right before my ceremony, she immediately knew what to do! Taped the top of my heels and off I went down the aisle without an issue. We cannot thank Ashton enough and HIGHLY recommend working with her. She was the absolute best!

BRITTNI MILLER did the dang thang!!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Honey if you dont hire her you’re making the biggest mistake of your life! We did partial wedding service and Brittni was always staying on top of things. She is very experienced in her field and knows what she’s doing!!! Email communication was always prompt and detailed. The entire experience with her was nothing but flawless! My husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing on our wedding day. We laughed, danced, and cried in pure love and joy. She truly executed the vision we had for our wedding and it was just beautiful. The only thing we had to take care of ourselves on our wedding day was making sure not to drink too much alcohol because baby that open bar. We had a multicultural wedding with Magnificent Moments back in October 2022 and Brittni made it so easy! She was so flexible throughout the entire process. If I needed ideas, she gave me guidance. If I already had ideas, she knew how to make them come to life. Couldn't recommend more!

Ashton was perfect. She was very professional and kind the whole process and had very good suggestions for making the day perfect. We had a few hiccups day of and she solved them quickly! I'm not great at planning and she made everything easier. Definitely recommend!

We can’t imagine our April wedding in Charlotte without Magnificent Moments and specifically Ashton and her assistant Allison! We chose the package that included 4-month out and day-of coordination, where Ashton took over every single detail, leaving us completely stress-free during the months leading up to the wedding. Highlights included a 4-month out meeting where we handed over all details to Ashton for vendor and timeline management, Ashton and Allison joining us for our final walkthrough of the venue a month out and taking over all remaining coordination including meeting us at our house the week of the wedding to pick up all design items we bought, leading a very well structured and fun rehearsal the day before and finally making the ENTIRE wedding day stress-free and seamless. We truly still have no idea what was going on behind the scenes with the setup or if there were any hiccups as it all went completely perfectly from our point of view. Ashton and Allison were diligent about making sure we were taken care of with food, drinks and whatever we needed. Ashton even cut/reclipped my extensions during a hair malfunction – the true hero of the wedding! One important part of hiring a coordinator for us was having someone deal with the post-wedding breakdown as most venues require everything to be out that night, we left immediately following our exit and Ashton and Allison handled clean up and even dropped off everything that belonged to us- flowers, food, etc. at our house that night. Finally, both Ashton and Allison were so fun to be around- personable and truly made the day stress-free, allowing us to be present. Highly recommend them and Magnificent Moments!

I am so grateful that Magnificent Moments was apart of my wedding, but more specifically Brittni Miller! I was in need of a day of coordinator and she exceeded expectations! She was organized, always responded in a timely manner, and stayed on top of the details. When I needed help on a couple vendors, she was quick to send over recommendations for me to reach out to. We highly recommend Magnificent Moments! My now wife and I knew we wanted to find a wedding planner for our wedding. We had a few calls in the process and fell in love with Amanda, she felt like she completely got us and our style. While Amanda had to step away, Brittni came to our rescue after our wedding was rescheduled due to covid. Everyone at magnificent moments made us feel amazing. They helped us narrow down the options to make it more manageable for us to select the best option without having to feel overwhelmed! All the vendors they recommended were fabulous! They had everything covered, especially the day of. Things we wouldn’t have even of thought about were covered without us having to ask! They took on all of the communications with all of our vendors which made our process feel seamless, especially since we were no longer living in NC. Brittni even went out of her way to pick up our guest favors, making it easy on us even when we were back in town! We can’t thank Brittni, Amanda, and the magnificent moments team for making our day feel so special! We highly recommend! 10/10!

Our experience with magnificent moments was beyond our expectations. As an older first time Bride (51) I was nervous about hiring a planner. We were unsure what was appropriate for a couple our age and probably had more questions than most. Brittni was simply amazing. Planning our wedding with her felt like we were working with a friend. Her guidance and recommendations were invaluable from beginning to end. I don’t have the words to fully express our gratitude to Brittni and Ashton for all they did on our wedding day. We truly felt like guests at our own wedding.

Working with Brittni at MMW was a dream! My husband and I knew we did not have the expertise or time to plan a wedding on our own, and reaching out to MMW was one of the best decisions we made throughout our planning journey. Her attention to detail, organization, promptness, and overall wonderful personality made for a smooth and stress-less wedding planning experience. For my wedding on 11/19/22, we had Kristen as our Wedding Coordinator and she was awesome!! We had our wedding at a private residence which required even more vendors with a tent, other rentals, bathroom rentals, generators, golf cart, etc. She helped me figure out exactly what we needed and who we should get it from. She would answer any question I had and would text me back very quickly even into the late hours of the night. She gave me so many recommendations for vendors and helped reach out to some of the smaller vendors I had left. She would also help me communicate with the bigger vendors to coordinate specific details and it made it so much easier on me! If you're looking for someone to help you in the process of wedding planning I would definitely recommend, but if you are looking for someone to plan for you, I would recommend going with the full wedding planning package! The coordinator package was perfect for what we needed helping to coordinate a few months before the wedding and Kristen was at the wedding with an assistant for day of coordinating as well as the days leading up to it.

Kristen Sawyers was amazing!!! She is such a friendly person and knowledgeable planner, I couldn’t picture my wedding day without her! Throughout the entire planning process, she was super responsive and would answer any questions I had, even if the wedding was still a few months away. Her expertise and knowledge helped guide me through making decisions as big as what vendor I needed to coordinate with next, to the finer details such as who was best to escort whom down the aisle. The timeline she put together was very detailed and since I am a type-A person, I felt very comfortable knowing I was not the only person in the room stressing over the details! My wedding day was an absolute dream! Not only did Kristen deliver on everything we planned, but she went the extra mile to help with some last-minute changes we were dealing with! I could not have asked for any better. Many, many thanks to Kristen and MMW!!

We worked with Magnificent Moments to have a wedding day of coordinator. Ashton was AMAZING to work with! She listened to everything we wanted, worked with a brand new venue, and just went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! I absolutely could not recommend this team enough. From start to finish, they were there and easy to work with. I tend to be a micromanager and felt extremely comfortable handing over the biggest day of my life to Ashton and her team!

We got married in June of this year, so it’s taken us a few months to get to writing this review… but that’s not a reflection of our level of enthusiasm for Magnificent Moments and our amazing wedding planner Shelby. We have extremely busy lives and were planning a Charlotte wedding from Texas. Therefore, we knew that we needed a full wedding planner. We interviewed several different Charlotte-based wedding planning companies, but were most impressed with Shelby and knew that her vibe matched what we needed. We could not imagine our wedding journey without Shelby by our side. She kept us on track the whole time, was always available when we needed her, and would reach out to us when we got so busy with our schedules that we had not checked in with her. Shelby was always incredibly patient and understanding with us all along the way. There were a few things we were quite picky about, such as asking her for a lot of recommendations for photography/videography as we searched for the perfect one, and she knocked it out of the park providing us with so many fantastic vendor options that ultimately made our day so special. Every time we had a random or crazy idea, Shelby was down to figure out how it could be done and definitely had a “never hurts to try/ask” attitude that meshed so well with our wedding vision. Just as the entire planning journey with Shelby was exceptionally smooth, we knew we could trust her to ensure that the big day would be as perfect as possible. We had countless obstacles come up that were out of our hands leading up to the wedding, but Shelby’s calm and solutions-focused demeanor was perfect in supporting us through them. Both she and her assistant Haley made sure everything went off without a hitch on the day of, and we have heard from countless guests and people within our wedding party who were impressed with how smooth our wedding schedule was. We have been to and been in weddings where it was clear that the planner/coordinator did not have all their ducks in a row, and it negatively impacted the experience of guests. We definitely give so much credit to Shelby for many of the compliments we are still getting about how fun our wedding was. She definitely helped make our dreams come true. We cannot recommend Shelby/MMW enough!

Thank you, Kristen! I can't say enough on how valuable Kristen was for us with the final wedding planning and the day of wedding coordination. Kristen was thoughtful, responsive and organized. She has a calming personality and patience. Both excellent qualities for such an important occasion. With a change in weather, we quickly had to make adjustments 30 minutes before guest arrived. The wedding ceremony, cocktail and reception went off seamlessly. As if there had been no last minute changes at all! We could not have done it without Kristen. We have no regrets in hiring Magnificent Moments for my daughter's wedding at The Mint Museum. Highly recommend.

We just had our wedding, planned by Ashton. We hired her from the start for full service planning since I’m very disorganized and a procrastinator. We hit it off with her very quickly. I started calling her my ADD wrangler bc she was able to keep me on track and on topic, which is not easy lol. Let me just say, without her this wedding would have been a complete disaster. Everything was done in a calm manner on time. Nothing on her plate was left to the last minute. She took care of everything on the day of, even moving alpacas around. Yes you read that right. I am so grateful to have found her. I had ZERO worries that day, even when it started raining bc I knew she had everything handled. Nothing ent wrong, or at least that I know of! Any hiccups must have been taken care of behind the scenes without me knowing. I cannot emphasize this enough, if money is tight AT LEAST hire MMW for day-of coordination

We worked with Shelby for our wedding, and she was fantastic! She was helpful throughout the entire process, from finding vendors to answering any and all questions we had at all times of the day as we got closer to the wedding. Additionally, she was very organized, detailed, and thorough, ensuring that our day went smoothly and according to plan. Definitely recommend!

If I could give Shelby 100 stars, I would! She was amazing through the entire process and took so much weight off my shoulders. She had everything done in a timely manner. She was more than gracious working through my demanding schedule. I needed to do most of my planning on the front end and she helped me cross everything off the list so that I didn’t have to stress during my busy season at work. The day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing because Shelby had it completely under control. She had great contacts for vendors and made my day absolutely perfect!

If you are looking for a wedding planner look no further! I can not say enough amazing things about Magnificent Moments and how the managed my wedding from start to finish. Not to mention Shelby Rouse who I worked directly with. I am a perfectionist and she did not miss a beat at any point in the planning process. Magnificent Moments Weddings is a great company to work with for all wedding planning and coordinating needs! We spoke with Amanda initially - she was very professional, kind and wanted to know what we wanted for our wedding day. She was also extremely flexible as our plans changed through the planning process. Joelle was our planner and she made sure our entire wedding vision came to life. Planning during a pandemic was not easy but Joelle was always there to make sure things went smoothly. Our actual wedding day was a complete breeze and was such a memorable day. Joelle was also incredibly supportive in ensuring all our safety-protocols were met.

Finding Brittni was a saving grace! Through our whole planning process she was a simple phone call away and always made us feel at ease through this crazy time. Brittni was able to save many melt downs as she was always professional, prepared and full of ideas! The day of the wedding I had no worries that everything was taken care of! I would suggest Brittni and Magnificent Moments team to help any of our friends getting married.

Thank goodness for Amanda and her team! Amanda was so incredibly helpful every step of the wedding planning process and during the wedding weekend. Amanda is so accommodating, kind, hardworking, communicative and knows her stuff! She traveled hours to tour the wedding venue with us, complete the food tasting and help us pick out the flowers (among other things). Whenever we needed her assistance, she was there. I texted her at all hours of the day, and she always responded immediatley. I honestly couldn't have done it without her, and if I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. I highly highly recommend!!

When we started wedding planning, we were not sure that we necessarily needed a coordinator. After I looked into it and found out all the things coordinators do, especially the day of, we knew that we needed to find someone!! I loved working with Joelle from start to finish. She was always organized, friendly, and willing to give advice on anything! I especially appreciate that during the week leading up to the wedding, Joelle completely handled all of our vendors. She communicated to them everything they needed to know and that was such a huge weight off of my shoulders. My mom and I were so thankful to have Joelle coordinating the day of because there are just so many things you don’t think about unless this is your job! We did not want family and friends to feel like they had to "work" at our wedding, so Joelle was truly a blessing to all of us! We did not have to worry about a single thing. Joelle even pulled my moms car around at the end of the night to load it up since it was raining. I would absolutely recommend MMW to anyone looking for any level of wedding coordination. 100% worth the money and I could not be more thankful for all the work Joelle did to make our day the best day ever!!!

I hired Magnificant Moments with the wedding coordination option (not full planning) which was just right for my 75-guest wedding ceremony & reception at the Mint Museum Randolph. Brittni was my coordinator and she was great to work with. The day of the wedding she and her assistant were indispensable, making sure everything went as planned. She was able to navigate a few minor bumps and keep it all going as smoothly as possible.

Throughout my entire engagement/wedding planning season, I am so thankful to have worked with Amanda! From the very start, she provided a list of recommended vendors in the area to help kick off planning, something that can be overwhelming when there are so many options. Several of the vendors I ending up choosing had worked with Amanda before, and had nothing but good things to say about her kindness & work ethic - and I agree! Amanda helped my mom and I prioritize what needed to get done in the time frame it needed to, and if we had any questions or concerns, she was quick to respond or do research to make sure our questions or specific needs were answered and taken care of. Our wedding day was truly the best day ever – and I do think that such a large part of that comes from Amanda going above-and-beyond to ensure everything was taken care of - from setting up the details to making sure everything ran to schedule. Because of this, my husband and I, and everyone else involved in/attending our wedding were able to just soak in the beauty of the day and truly celebrate. I definitely recommended Amanda and Magnificent Moments Weddings!

Shelby and her team were nothing less than PERFECTION! From day one, Shelby was available and helpful at any time. I have worked in the wedding industry for several years, and she had a great way of easing my anxieties! Her and her mom even came to our house the week before the wedding to pick up all of our decor so we didn't have to worry! She dealt with the entire timeline of the day with all of our vendors (who raved about her as well!) and we honestly could not have been happier.

MMW is the BEST. I was very lucky to work with both Amanda and Shelby while planning the big day. I couldn't have asked for a better team! First, Amanda walked me through the whole planning process starting 6 months before the wedding. She was calm, composed, and made the daunting task much easier by breaking things down into parts. It's easy to get anxious about keeping everything organized, but I completely trusted Amanda to be on top of everything and to let me know how to stay on track. Importantly, she was always positive. No matter how small the task, she was excited about all of the details and very encouraging. It not only made the process less stressful - but actually fun! I was also very impressed with Amanda's ability to quickly see my vision and make it come to life. Her vast knowledge of local vendors (cake, makeup, DJs) meant she was able to point me to the exact right person to give me my perfect day. Shelby was my day of coordinator. What a joy to work with her. She is very detail oriented and extremely organized. I had 200 guests so this was no small task. She participated in planning sessions and coordinated with all my vendors. At the reception, I barely saw her - which is exactly what you want when you are trying to enjoy your big day. She would pop up to guide to the next part (cake cutting, dances) but then quietly disappear to make sure everything was running smoothly. I have no idea how she did it, but all of the leftovers, gifts, and flowers ended up where they were supposed to be. If there were any snags in the plan, no one ever heard about them. I LOVED my ceremony and reception and had countless compliments on everything. I cannot recommend Magnificent Moments Weddings highly enough. Perfection.

I had an excellent experience with them. Our wedding coordinator, Shelby, was on point and made everything happen. The best part was her role on the wedding day, and how she kept an eye on the groom and I and made whatever we need happen. From getting someone for a picture, to grabbing a drink, and making sure we were ready for every moment. Definitely worth every penny!

We couldn't have been more pleased with Amanda and the MMW team. We did the "month of" package and I was excited to learn that this meant Amanda would start working with us 3 months before. She really took the time to get to know us as a couple, what we wanted, and helped us stay on track. She was detail oriented and helped us figure out aspects of our wedding that we hadn't considered. We also appreciated that she was able to give us ideas on what to do when we were stumped. At the rehearsal and day of the wedding, I had absolutely no worries and didn't have to answer any questions-- Amanda took care of everything! Best of all, she made sure that hubby and I always had a cocktail in hand during the reception. Our families also said they appreciated how organized she was and that they enjoyed working with her. I would highly recommend hiring MMW for your wedding! She was worth every penny.

Amanda is phenomenal! I didn't think I needed a coordinator because I am super type A and detail oriented! Amanda was definitely worth the investment to have someone make sure your wedding happens the way you want it. For a type A person, that is a really hard thing to trust someone else with but Amanda was great! She helped me plan for things I didn't even think of and she was a huge support when my friends and family were tapped out on opinions. I really think Amanda went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was perfect! Brittni, who works with Magnificent Moments, also did our flowers. It was a huge perk to have both of them working together (and for me to have one less vendor to worry about). Amanda was trustworthy, easy to get in touch with, and had our best interest in mind. We 100% recommend Amanda (and Brittni)!

We booked MMW for day of coordination. Our coordinator was very sweet and had lots of good advice for planning and we had several meetings with her, two phone and one in person. She made a google document where we kept track of our weekend. The list of recommended vendors they provided was very helpful! Only negatives were our coordinator did have to ask us lots of questions the day of the wedding, and also we were recommended to have two extra assistants the day of, but I felt they were not as helpful as they could have been. They were on their phones a lot throughout the day and needed lots of direction from our coordinator.

Shelby and the MMW team was absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding. We had first heard their name through our venue when we began planning, and after our first call with Amanda we knew that is who we wanted to work with. Looking back, we cannot imagine our wedding day without Shelby to ensure everything went perfectly. She was so effortlessly on top of all of the moving parts – from coordinating and confirming with each of our vendors in the weeks leading up to our wedding to putting together a jigsaw of a day-of timeline and ensuring our ceremony went ever so smoothly. Booking Shelby was easily one of the best decisions we made and we are so thankful to her!

Amanda was absolutely amazing to work with! She is very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to planning! Our day ran so smoothly thanks to her! We felt so comfortable leaving our big day in her hands which helped my husband and I relax day of! I would 100% recommend using Amanda! She helped make our space look beautiful and anything we needed on wedding day - she was right there to help and got it done so quickly! She is amazing and super sweet to work with!

To cut to the chase because this may get long - you should absolutely hire MMW to coordinate your wedding. They are amazing! Without getting into too much detail, I needed to find a new planner after my first couldn't complete services. Suffice to say, I needed to find someone competent, kind, organized, and experienced to clean up that mess but also get me to the finish line in less than three months. The event director at my venue sent me their list of preferred providers to help out and I called them ALL but MMW stood out. When I emailed Amanda and then had a phone call with her a little later, I was honestly sold - a little scared still, but I knew they were different. At this point of my planning, I was truly just ready for my wedding to be over, I’d spent so much money on the first planner, I was trying to pick up the pieces from my home in California while the wedding was in North Carolina, and I was just honestly distraught at the whole situation. Amanda was calm, straightforward, and funny and she got what I was looking for immediately. She was BEYOND understanding of my hesitation to work with another planning team and I knew I needed someone though so I signed with MMW - I’m glad I did! Amanda directed me to Shelby, who was going to be my coordinator. The highest compliment I can pay to anyone is to say that they work hard and they care and Shelby is the hardest working, most thoughtful woman in the biz! From the moment we were connected, she jumped in and got us organized and moving. She is direct, honest, friendly, and organized - exactly what every bride needs and especially what I needed. She answered my many MANY questions promptly and thoughtfully and never made me feel like I was bothering her, it was honestly like talking with an old friend. The day of my wedding, there were some minor hiccups and Shelby handled everything like a pro. I honestly had no idea until after the ceremony because she was so committed to us just enjoying our day and having no stress. If I had to choose one moment as the most impactful, I’d say … Our wedding was inadvertently the same weekend as the Taste of Charlotte festival so there were road closures, tents, bouncy houses, you name it, all around our venue. There was even one in full view of our ceremony site through the windows. I didn’t want the curtains down because the full wall windows are gorgeous and the lighting would have been better but I didn’t want a bouncy house in my photos either.. Shelby literally went down to the operators to ask them to deflate the house during the ceremony so we would have the perfect view and they came through. This is the epitome of above and beyond to me! And my photos will be lovely, full of light, with no kids bouncing through the air in the background ;) My parents were both super impressed by MMW from start to finish and both remarked on how much they could tell Shelby cared about delivering us the perfect day. Our guests had a blast and we got several comments that everything ran smoothly and that’s definitely thanks to Shelby. I could honestly write a small novel about how great it was to be an MMW Bride but wrap it up - I would definitely recommend Shelby and the MMW team!

I wanted a wedding planner because I was worried about planning a wedding in a new city with a busy job. Hiring Magnificent Moments Wedding was the best decision I made throughout the wedding planning process. I worked closely with Amanda Allsbrook and only have the highest praise for her and her team. Amanda is hard working, detail oriented, professional and fun to work with! She helped me figure out what I wanted for my wedding day and knew just how to execute my vision. She recommended other lovely vendors to help complete my dream team. I also loved that she gave me an easy and simple step-by-step to-do-list because it made the planning manageable and easy. Throughout the whole process, Amanda made me feel like I was her top priority. She went above and beyond to get to know me and my husband, and as a result our wedding was personal and special. When I had a slight mishap with my venue, Amanda immediately stood up on my behalf to ensure the wedding day would be perfect. On the day of my wedding, I was able to show up, get married and celebrate without worrying about anything. Afterword, everything was packed up for us so that we could leave and join our guests as the afterparty. I had my dream wedding and I really believe I could not have done it without Amanda and Magnificent Moments Wedding. One million thank yous to Amanda and the MMW team!

Amanda Allsbrook and the Magnificent Moments team is the best! Amanda was very professional and extremely organized. It was the best investment ever. With only 5 months to plan, Amanda kept us on task, helped us stay on budget and made all of our dreams come true. She knew all of the vendors and made sure they met our expectations. Words cannot express how great they are! We are thinking of how we can work with her again in the very near future.

My husband and I both absolutely LOVED working with Amanda for our wedding! We are both very budget conscious and detail oriented so we weren't sure if a wedding coordinator was right for us but we both agree that it was the best decision!! After the wedding, we both couldn't stop talking about how happy we were with everything Amanda and her team helped do! She was great to work with throughout the planning process and on the wedding day everything went so smoothly! Not only did she coordinate the timeline and deal with all the vendors during the wedding but she was also constantly making sure my husband and I had everything we needed! Also, she was so great towards us during the planning process, answering all the questions we had (which we had a lot and probably asked the same questions multiple times!). We could not recommend working with Amanda enough!!

Hands down the best investment for our wedding!!! We hired Magnificent Moments in January for our April 26, 2019 wedding. I was connected to Shelby Rouse who became my wedding coordinator. This woman is on point!! I had a vision of what I wanted for my wedding day and she flawlessly executed. From making sure all the vendors arrived on time, to making sure our guest were happy and followed a timeline. Shelby contacted all the vendors to make sure contracts were signed and payments were made as well as confirming arrival times to venue. She took all the stress away from me and I trusted her 100 percent. If I had to do this again, first person I would hire would be Magnificent Moments Wedding - specifically Shelby Rouse, she knows the wedding industry inside and out!

The Magnificent Moments Weddings team was the absolute best to work with! Both Brittni and Amanda made our day come together, exactly as we had hoped and envisioned. Our main priority for our wedding day was to just enjoy ourselves and soak up every moment. We didn't want to worry about coordinating with vendors, setting up our venues, or figuring out plan Bs for potential problems. So we decided to go with MMW to help out with all of this, and it was probably the best decision we made for our wedding! They were so much fun to work with, and SO organized (which I loved and appreciated!) Our day ran so smoothly and was really truly perfect. It's a day filled with a lot of emotions and nerves, but Brittni and Amanda made me feel so relaxed and excited! I could not recommend them more!

Amanda's brochure read "We take wedding planning off your shoulders but never out of your hands." That is 100% how it feels to work with MMW. I am a "hands on person" and Amanda was always gracious to let me "play around" in her sophisticated planning/sharing software tools. She even designed our floor plans (and backup floor plans) in CAD! Our venue manager said it was the best planning of any pro she had worked with. We hired Amanda because she is both an advocate and an ally for her couples. Instead of telling you what the "typical" couple does or what the "industry" prefers - she always looks to the client for what is most authentic to them. She's such a good listener that as I walked around our venue before our ceremony I got teary eyed because she remembered and executed every.single.detail. we had discussed. Some of which I had even forgotten. :) She makes you feel like you are her *only* client and checks in with calls, texts, and even care packages. Our other vendors were excited to work with her and she fostered sense of teamwork with everyone that most of our vendors ended up giving us "extras" or staying longer than contracted because they were having such a nice time working with her and the MMW team. Our families and bridal party were delighted to have someone to go to throughout the wedding weekend and said she was full of tips and tricks and made everyone feel relaxed and happy. Even a few of our guests commented that it was the "smoothest" wedding they had ever attended. Considering that our venue required 3 different floor plan "flips" and not to mention, only an hour to set up before the ceremony, that's a BIG deal. She had our favorite drinks in her hands for us as we walked into cocktail hour and leftovers of every single food we served packed into the trunk of our getaway car as a sweet surprise. Truly EVERYTHING about wedding planning experience and our wedding was better because of Amanda and Magnificent Moments Weddings. Looking back we both agree hiring Amanda was the best wedding money we spent.

When we first started the process of wedding planning, we knew that our wedding experience would be different from the norm. We weren't prepared for how much different and logistically challenging it would be. When we started the search for a day-of coordinator, we knew we needed a team that would be highly organized, thorough, and ahead of the curve. We found that with Shelby and the Magnificent Moments team. With a guest count of over 300 and a venue with no event infrastructure (other than power and bathrooms,) the team at Magnificent Moments created a flawless ceremony and reception experience for our big day. Throughout the planning process Shelby asked the right questions at the right time and reached out to the right avenues for help. On the day of the wedding, she was present, prepared, and attentive. One thing I appreciated the most as a bride was the team's willingness to keep guests in the right place at the right time so that the schedule could run smoothly all night long. I'd recommend Shelby and the team to anyone looking for a flexible and thorough team to make any wedding seamless - no matter how challenging!

There are not enough words to describe exactly how AMAZING Amanda is! Not being from Charlotte, my husband Josh and I did not know where to start with wedding planning. We got a tip from a friend to contact Amanda so I set up a consultation meeting. Five minutes into chatting, I knew we were hiring her. After asking just a few questions, she already knew what we envisioned for our wedding day and had suggested multiple venues and vendors that could make that happen. Not having any family or my bridesmaids down here during the planning process was a little stressful but Amanda went to every appointment and meeting with me, and even came dress shopping. I travel a lot for my job and Amanda was always so helpful organizing and arranging things while I was gone and setting up meetings around my schedule. I also appreciated how accessible she was during the whole planning process. Many times if I emailed her, she would email back immediately and she always responded to texts and phone calls. The day of the wedding she was even better. She coordinated all of the vendors, rounded up family members and bridal party for pictures, handled each little hiccup that occurred and made everything go off without a hitch. She even checked in with our dog sitter during the reception and came over to show us pictures of our fur babies behaving at home! Amanda is kind, detail oriented, easy going, organized, has two back up plans to every plan, incredibly well connected in the wedding industry and has a way of putting people at ease that cannot be taught. You know within minutes of meeting her that she is just a genuinely caring person who wants to help you in whatever way she can. The whole planning process never felt like work, it just felt like sitting over coffee planning a party with a friend and I cannot thank her enough for that.

We needed help planning our wedding as we were living out of the country at the time and MMW couldn't have done a better job! They stayed in regular contact with us throughout everything which was super important and made sure everything ran smoothly both leading up to and during the wedding. Family and friends who attended were all very impressed and said how well the wedding and reception went and this was down to MMW. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Hiring Shelby & Amanda was the best decision I made throughout the wedding planning process! I had hired a different wedding planner at the start of my planning, that ended up not working out. I remembered speaking with Amanda & knew her and her team would be great to work with! Shelby is so extremely organized & has excellent attention to detail & I knew she wouldn't miss a thing. She made my vision come to life on my wedding day & I couldn't have imagined it turning out more perfectly! I didn't have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day & could relax & enjoy every moment knowing that Shelby was handling it. I would highly recommend working with MMW.

I don't even know where to begin because 5 stars is not nearly enough. Working with Amanda Allsbrook was the best experience!! I spoke to many other wedding planners in the beginning but Amanda was the only one who actually seemed excited to speak to me and it was like I was talking to a friend that I had known for years. She was genuinely excited for me and couldn't wait to start planning. She was so kind, helpful, extremely organized (organized is an understatement) and always went above and beyond to make sure we got our dream wedding (she even offered to hike to some of our possible ceremony spots to check them out!) and I am delighted to say that I will always keep in contact with her! We had a small destination wedding in Asheville, NC (we live in Alabama and some family traveled from Florida) and everything down to smallest detail was perfect. She knew exactly what we wanted and made it even more amazing than I ever expected. She put together all flower arrangements, including my GIANT beautiful bouquet. I never once felt stressed or that something may go wrong because she was always on top of everything. Even though I was not from the area she made it so easy to plan, because I had to do almost nothing. She had a plan for EVERYTHING and on the big day she had a huge tub of "emergency items" with an alphabetical list of what was in the tub. when we had a problem paying for our cake because our bank wouldn't allow a manual out of state transaction and they never received our check, Amanda offered to pay for our cake herself and allow us to pay her back when we arrived (luckily we didn't have to do that). It was all the little things like that that took the stress away from me, my fiance and our families that made her the best decision we made. Our wedding was a dream thanks to her and if you don't work with her you are making a huge mistake!

Ok, just LOVE Amanda. That's all there is. I called Amanda, and told here, never planned a wedding, know nothing about this business. I really just want to show up and I am not into a whole lot of drama. I was pretty much a decisive easy going bride and Amanda and I just got along great. I did have a lot going on... moving north to my fiance, renting my home, planning the WEDDING, so...she just made sure I followed my to do list, check, check, check. She realized what was important to me and focused on that. The rest was, meh, not that big a deal and let's save money on that. She likes lists, I like lists. Checking those off made us both happy. The rehearsal dinner, celebration get together and wedding went off without a hitch. People said it was perfect and they had the best time! Part of our goal was for everyone to enjoy themselves and they did!

Brittini was awesome and I was extremely happy with her and her crew. The whole wedding was so elegant and everyone understood what they need to do and where they need to be. She was punctual, professional, calm and artistic. The setting of the venue was better than I imagined and she kept all my vendors in close communication. My advice to future brides, please trust her taste and give her the all the liberty to arrange things! She won't let you down!

Amanda is AMAZING. She saved me when I was in a pickle and searching for a new wedding planner. From start to finish she helped ease my mind and helped me make decisions when it was go time (something very tough for me lol.) She is extremely organized and made sure I stayed on top of everything. If you're going to hire a planner, which you should, you need to hire Magnificent Moments Weddings! Thank you again Amanda!
