ent wrong on their events. I did not feel like I would be taken care of on my wedding day when I couldn’t even be taken care of before hand. I provided all that she asked for promptly, and even put an early rsvp date to get her what she requested asap, and was ignored for nearly a month before I finally heard back. She told me alcohol orders needed to be placed within 3 weeks of my event in order to have everything in on time. The 3 week mark came and I had not heard anything and had to, again, hunt her down. I had no idea what I needed to buy. I ended up contacting another bartering company who gave me the numbers I needed, that I had been repeatedly asking and waiting for, within 3 hours of my contacting them. And I wasn’t even their client. It just wasn’t the experience I had hoped for and envisioned for my long awaited wedding day. I cancelled and scrambled to find a backup plan. Not the kind of stress any couple wants to be dealing with, and I at least wish we could have gotten an apology or some accountability on her part. As someone who understands the wedding industry, I know times are crazy busy and I give a lot of grace. But basic communication shouldn’t be something to beg for as a client planning a wedding. I ended up finding an alternate solution and everything went perfectly!

We met with her ahead of time to coordinate our signature drinks which were named after our dogs, however the bartenders had no clue what they were called. Again, not their fault. No limes for the Coronas which was a bummer at our summer wedding. We were also unable to make a clear budget because she wasn’t available via email or phone. We left voicemails and many emails and it took months to hear back. Very overpriced service for all the mistakes!!

d Mistry with the alcohol, but she helped staff our bar, provide us with water stands, ice, and servers for our tables (we had a caterer who couldn't staff and clear tables). This all said, our one note and critique is Misty's responsiveness. We at times leading up to the wedding would email 2-4 times to try and get ahold of her and didn't know our final estimate and price until 4 days before our wedding. I do think this is partially due to the crazy busy year they had and making up for 2020, but it was noticed and at times frustrating how hard it was to get ahold of her. We would still recommend the team for your wedding and think you will be very pleased!

ktails and customized signage to go along with it. She had several very reasonably priced rentals if you needed extra tables, display boards, or drink accessories. They have truly thought of it all. The day of the wedding, her staff set up the indoor bar as well as the cocktail bar down by the pavilion without complaining or asking for help once. They never missed a beat at keeping everyone served while also not making it look like they were stressed at all. They were even fun to chat with! I didn't even see them cleanup or leave, it all happened very quickly and smoothly. They left the bar in clean, organized shape for packing it up the next day. I would defiantly recommend to anyone having a wedding - especially one with multiple bars. If our bartenders were a representation of the rest of her staff, they are rockstars.
