The service on the day of was not great. The AC was not working, and it was a very hot day. However, when I called to complain, the owner was very nice and gave me a partial refund. I was happy they gave us some of the money back.

est of the guests, and we confirmed with the driver that we could leave our purses and other important items in the van, but then after the ceremony the drivers piled everyone randomly into vans and we ended up having to shuffle people around in order to retrieve valuables from the family van and ensure that the wedding party all had seats, causing us to arrive at the reception venue late. Also the vans weren't equipped to play music through any devices, and the drivers didn't seem to know how to work the radio which made for a somewhat disappointingly quiet ride.

He was very nice but his driving a little too fast and sudden for our taste. Pricing also seemed fair in comparison to others we looked at. interactions I had with the staff at Majestic, especially Jennifer, were fabulous! They were extremely organized and friendly. The shuttle arrived completely on-time, we were given the driver’s cell number in the event of an emergency, and everything went so smoothly on the day of. The shuttle was clean and lovely. We asked the shuttle to wait at the venue until ceremony time to drive the wedding party and family up to the ceremony location, and everything went wonderfully.

nd they were right on top of it. Our driver was very courteous and the limo was spotless inside. You'd be surprised, but I've been in many limos with different parties and sometimes the back can have dirty glasses, missing glasses, etc. none of that here!
