We booked them initially for 3 hours over 9 months in advanced for my son's wedding.
We agreed to sign the contract and give them the deposit so we would not lose our spot as they suggested. They also suggested to book 4 hours until we got ...closer the event, we called them a couple of months later to make sure we stuck with 3 hours and all of a sudden they had amnesia. We kept going back and forth and two weeks prior to the event we tried calling them for the music list and they ignored all of our calls until the day of the event. They showed up, completely unprepared on what music to play (remember they wouldn't return our calls) and just winged it. I had to keep telling them what songs to play, and in the end stuck me with a 4 hour bill and played only 3 hours. Unethical to say the least.
