Beautiful linens. Easy to work with. Everything was perfect!
They quality of equipment is good but expensive. Delivery was frustrating, the only available delivery date was on Monday and the wedding was on Saturday. We ordered a 16x16 dance floor and it could not be set it up that early at the venue so they just dropped it off. We had to put it together ourselves on Thursday. The crew didn’t leave all the pins needed for assembly and it was extremely difficult and time consuming. We basically had to figure it out ourselves.
Marianne's has a great selection for viewing which means you can really make a great decision for what fits your image for your perfect day!
We chose a number of different chairs and crockery, and all was delivered with great packaging and protection so no broken glassware!
We also rented a tent in case of bad weather and the guys that set it up paid close attention to detail where we wanted it and were so fast and efficient! They also noticed a few bulbs had been broken so another representative came back later in the day with a box of bulbs + extras in case any other bulbs broke - really liked that touch.
The only thing I can take from Marianne's is the arch was just dumped by the tent and we had no trolley/lift assistance so was a bit tricky to move into position!
Otherwise the linen's were fantastic and no visible stains/cut/marks

Overall I had a very nice experience with Marianne's. They had much more stock than other options we considered in OKC area, everything went exactly as planned, and the reception was GORGEOUS and everything I had dreamed of.
I highly suggest using a planner, and going through everything in deep detail. The rentals quoting process was lengthy and overwhelming, and had I not had a planner, I don't think I would have considered all the little things I was missing from the quote. They also keep track of all requested changes to quote in case something falls through cracks.
I highly recommend Marianne's.
The tablecloths we rented were in great shape and made the reception beautiful. I appreciate that they have their products and prices online. Many other places make you call to inquire about prices, so the introvert in me really appreciated their website.
All of our rentals came from Marianne's and they helped make our venue absolutely GORGEOUS! Thank you Marianne's for helping to make our day absolutely perfect. From the arch, to the chair ties, to the linens, to the centerpieces, to the cake and cupcake stands, it was all amazing!
We used Marianne's for our wedding and have nothing but great things to say. We worked with Lindsey and she was so nice, professional, knew her stuff and was there to answer any questions or issues we had from start to finish.
They fixed a missing plate issue they had with our event center. We appreciated that.
First of all, this is my personal opinion/experience. At the end of the day, it is your wedding, so do as you please. This is a little lengthy, but maybe this might help someone who is back and forth on deciding who to choose for their decor, furniture pieces, etc.
My encounter with them went all the way wrong. As you know, planning weddings are already stressful as it is. One would hope companies like this would take that into consideration. They are one of the best in Oklahoma (pricey, but quality). I think Marianne knows their one of the top dogs and it has really gotten to their head.
My representative (Silvia Delgado) was a nightmare. She's the new addition to their team. Upon meeting her, she was very rude and pushy. My family and I were not impressed. One of her first questions were "Well who is going to be paying for all of this". I was taken back with her tone and the audacity that she would even ask that. I don't know if she was passing judgment or what. Trust and believe I had more than enough and she would have received a nice tip.
Anyways, throughout the process, she kept quoting me incorrectly. Mind you, she was a little new...so I let it slide. But it became so bad that I would have to wait on callbacks and emails because she would quote me something different than what was on their website. Only to find out, the website pricing was correct. Well duh! lol
Another thing that frustrated me was that there were several occasions where I would ask for something and she would say "we don't have that". With a snotty tone that I was all too familiar with. Then I would kindly refer her to their website where I found it. Then she'll say "Oh ok...That's cool, where are you going to put that". It became comical at this point. How did she end up in sales? I almost asked for another rep, but didn't want to ruffle any feathers. My wedding planner was surprised. He has worked with them before and hadn't experience this type of service.
Fast forward to a few weeks before my wedding. I received my contracts. They were all wrong. Silvia had items on there that were paid in full and it said I had only paid deposits and there were things on there that I had asked to be removed completely, but she kept it. After fixing that....My planner and I started to look around at other event rental places. It was extremely frustrating and I almost gave up. But luckily I found a place for my furniture and back drop. I was allowed to cancel my contract 2 weeks prior to my event. I did it exactly at the two week mark. Had I waited any longer, I would have been screwed and out of money.
The other company I found were so pleasant, easy to work with, and they didn't charge me an arm, a leg, and kidney for my itema. Nor did they charge me a crazy amount for their after hours pickup fee. My advice is.....If you use them, pay attention to everything. If you feel like there are no other options. Trust me, there are! Things might have gone differently if I had a different sales rep , but unfortunately she ruined it for me. Honestly, the only pleasant individual I ran across was the receptionist.
Marianne has beautiful pieces (I can't deny that). Your wedding will be stunning using their services. It was never about the money. I had it and expected it (weddings cost-lol). I just hated how I was treated. I'm all about the experience and it wasn't worth sticking with them. My wedding turned out amazing and I couldn't be any happier. Good Luck Brides!
Marianne's is extremely accommodating. Hands down best customer service out there. I had a slight meltdown 2 days before the Saturday reception event when I found out my chair/table delivery wouldn't be until 5pm. My wedding started at 5pm! (Not my most graceful moment but how are the rest of the vendors going to set up without tables and chairs!) They understood and remedy the situation by that afternoon at no extra charge. I was also able to add last min emergency items such as wine glasses and coolers only 1 day in advance. (Caterer didn't have enough).
BTW there is a LOT of fine print. I had the prices memorized from their website before I even stepped foot inside their showroom. It's easy to get carried away. Check and double check the contract. Everything is a separate charge including delivery distance drop off, delivery distance pick up, delivery day, pick up day, set up, break down, cleaning, stairs, etc. What I didn't realize is they charge extra for a delivery at a specified time of the day. Be sure to schedule the exact time of delivery for you event when you book. Otherwise there is no guaranty it will arrive on time. Luckily Marianne's came through as promised but it did cause some unforeseen stress 2 days before the event!

The rentals we ordered all came in and were wonderful. I would recommend that the staff ask about linen size. I had to make two separate phone calls to change linen size on our tables. We loved our rentals and the only thing I would change is the condition of the tables. Our bistro tables, sweet heart table, and our center cake table weren't the most stable of tables. The 72" round tables we rented were rather hard to set up. The legs of the tables didn't want to come open and took a lot to get them open. Aside from all of that, they were very nice, helpful, and easy to work with when we were an hour away from them.
From my very first inquiry, the staff at Marianne's were helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and quick to respond. The whole team, even the delivery guys were nice and easy to deal with. With over 5 changes before the wedding, they never made me feel anything but that I, and my event, were important and special. I highly recommend Marianne's!!
Great condition and quality of chairs. Minor mishap on the amount (glad I counted before we left) but they fixed the problem so it wasn't a big deal.
We rented furniture from Ruby's for our daughter's wedding. We also rented some pieces from other vendors as well. By far, Ruby's furniture was the prettiest and in the best shape. They were so easy to work with and so gracious. They helped make our daughter's wedding perfect!

Our guests LOVED the couch we rented for our wedding. I ended up also renting a wooden easel. The prices are fair and with the delivery fees – I didn’t have to lift a finger. Worth every penny!
Can't say enough nice things about Ruby's! We rented 2 vintage couches for our wedding and they were stunning - guests loved them. They made for a perfect backdrop for my bridal portraits, wedding party photos and guest photos throughout the reception. We picked up the couches on a Friday for our Saturday wedding and returned them on Sunday. Ruby's had them carefully wrapped which made for easy transportation on our trailer.

The company was too booked to deliver my items which was fine because there were very few but when we started to set up tables and chairs I noticed the company had shorted us one table.
They did give me my money back for that one item.
Their rental price was high for the quality of the items.

Ruby's has the most unique/cute rentals in the metro. They are super easy to work with and were very flexible on a few last minute delivery changes. The tables, cake stands and other items we rented really added to the charm of our wedding day. I highly recommend Ruby's for rentals.
I used them for my tablecloths and chairs and they were absolutely breathtaking. They looked fantastic in the pictures and I couldn't be happier with my decision.
The ladies of Ruby's Vintage Rentals were so great to work with! I asked a million questions and they answered them all in a timely manner and were always very nice. The rental furniture arrived at the venue even earlier than it was supposed to and was all in great condition.
We rented sofas, chairs, a dresser that we put a popcorn and candy bar on, a large buffet counter that we used for the s'mores bar and other items like chalkboard signs and some small tables.

A little pricey but good quality
I rented a gorgeous table linen for my cake table, as well as a cupcake stand. The rental process was simple, I was able to do most of it by the phone. When I was having a difficult time deciding on linen colors, the salesperson was extremely helpful and even gave me some sample colors to take home and ponder on.
They had a great selection in the store and were very kind and helpful. They prices on some of the linens, etc. were outrageous, but we went with them for chairs and a few small tables. Delivery is extra, and set up is extra on top of that. Pricey, but they did what we paid them to do and the chairs looked great.
As to be expected with rentals, it is pricey!! But they're the best for your money in OKC! Stunning options, loved/trusted by all venues & planners, & a GORGEOUS presentation that they do themselves so that you don't have to worry about it -- and they take it down!! They accommodated in one area that I thought would be the end of my dream decor, & it saved my idea completely! Pretty smart ;) Great place!!
Maryannes rentals is a great company!!!! They helped make our wedding look sooo beautiful!!! They brought the most Gorgeous chairs and decorated them so beautifully which made everyone feel like royalty! Their table linens we sooo much fun! And added the perfect touch for all guests to enjoy :) Maryanns rentals had sooooo many options to choose from and their staff was very professional. I can't even begin to express my gratitude to this company, just that they are truely the best, and I highly reccommend maryanns rentals for your wedding or special event!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They treated me like royalty. Every time I came in the manager knew my name and always had something he had pulled from the back room specifically for me to see. I didn't feel pressured to rent anything, but he wanted to make sure I got the wedding of my dreams!!!
Great service and beautiful linens!
My original party rental company "misplaced" my linen order and I didn't find out until 10 days prior to the wedding on a holiday weekend. Then they did not have all that we needed. I called Marianne's and they were great. Had exactly what we needed, took payment over the phone, pick up and delivery were a breeze. Would certainly use them again.
We rented additional linens that were black and white striped and black and whit polka dots and they were great! They really added a huge difference to the look of the room and I am so glad we used them.
The first time we went up there they lady at the front was rude, however everyone else was really nice. I called a lot the last week of the wedding and they were nice. Good products, however the off white chair needs to be covered cause they look rusty.
I recently got married and rented chairs from this company. Prior to renting the chairs they did not tell me that they were going to charge me $760.00 to drive 86 miles!!!! When I asked them about it, they were rude (horrible customer service) and turned the blame on everyone except themselves. To save a headache go somewhere besides this company for any rental services (chairs ect...)!
