ith them. He is confident, experienced, and honest (BEST QUALITY in my opinion!). We had to get a tent because our wedding was too large for the Vintner's Pavilion. Eric took care of EVERYTHING. He made sure to include us in what was necessary, but didn't overwhelm us with any ridiculous minute details. I was obsessed with the DIY things that I was going to be obsessed with no matter what (paper lanterns, decorations, etc) and Eric dealt with me just fine lol. We communicated through email so sometimes it would take a few days for a reply, but that wasn't an issue because he always got back to me. He surprised us with a tree trunk to put our cake on because I had showed him a picture of one that I liked. We did not expect that at all! Can you tell that we're huge Eric fans?! lol. Well we are. Now, besides Eric, Mastoris' food was so delicious! The hors d'oeuvres were amazing, not that I had time to eat any, lol, BUT they looked so good. The mini cheesesteaks were served at a cheesesteak bar/station that they set up! Chefs were just frying them up right there! I wish we got to eat during cocktail hour but we were too busy trying to say our hellos. At dinner, Eric got us our plates. Filet = to die for, same as the salmon. Everyone loved the mashed potato martinis. All in all, so happy that we went with Mastoris! They definitely won us over :) Thanks Eric and crew!!!!
