Matt Winter band CRUSHEDDDD it at my wedding I had the saxophonist , keyboardist and female vocalist as well and it was out of this world. They sure know how to read a room! It was a wonderful night. I will never forget. We got raving reviews from all of the guests. To top it off the DJ played a curated playlist we made as they were cleaning up and the party kept going. They played the perfect song to our bubble exit and I will be reliving it over and over

We hired a harpist through Total Entertainment by Matt Winter for our wedding ceremony. Not only was everyone so kind throughout the process, you could really tell they cared about making sure we were well taken care of. The harpist played perfectly and we were so happy with how it sounded. Thank you so much for making our big day even more special!

If you want the best wedding band, look no further. Matt Winter Band was the highlight of our wedding for us and our guests! We got married on 3/29/25 and now, over a month later, our guests are still commenting on how great the 9-piece band was! Matt did a fantastic job curating a song list to keep our guests entertained throughout the night. The dance floor was never empty. Matt, the lead female vocalist, and the band have such amazing voices that everyone can enjoy. The horns section even came down on the dance floor which was really interactive and kept the party going. The entire band is so incredibly talented. Matt Winter Band was even nice enough to share the stage with my dad who wanted to sing a song as part of a family tradition. Additionally, MWB provided us with a violinist who did a wonderful job playing the most beautiful music for our ceremony. We also used MWB for our uplighting which set the party vibe. They were easy to work with and communicated well throughout the planning process. I highly recommend them for any party/event as their song list is very versatile. We cannot thank them enough!

Matt Winter band was the entertainment for our beach wedding on 3/9/24. The entire team was INCREDIBLE from start to finish.
The planning and support we received from the Matt Winter team leading up to the wedding was great - they were there to answer all of our questions, help with song selections, and even agreed to learn a few brand new songs for our big day.
The entertainment the night of was out of this world - every single person at my wedding came up to me to tell me how incredible the band was. They got everyone on the dance floor and were so engaging throughout the evening. We also got the DJ Plus package which I highly recommend as they were able to keep the party going for us during the bands (very necessary) break.
If you're getting married, you NEED to book this band, you won't regret it.

Matt Winter Band was amazing on our wedding day. They brought the best energy and played fantastic music from their incredibly diverse repertoire. The dance floor was packed all night starting the second dinner was over. The band also learned a few new songs so our first dances could be to the songs we've dreamed of. The entire band is so talented and fun. Couldn't recommend Matt Winter Band enough.

We had Matt Winter Band for our wedding and they were absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, they brought the energy and everyone was on the dance floor the entire night. They took into consideration what we wanted for the set list and even held a pre-wedding call to review it with us. They were extremely entertaining and very professional and easy to work with. It’s hard to put into words how much Matt Winters Band influenced the overall environment and experience at our wedding. A few years ago our cousin had Matt Winters Band at his wedding, then my sister in law hired them, and as soon as we got engaged we said we have to secure Matt Winters! We utilized string musicians during our church ceremony, Matt Winters and a saxophonist during our cocktail hour, and the Matt Winters Band for our reception. All of our guests were on the dance floor the entire night. We worked with the band to identify songs that we wanted them to play and they did a phenomenal job of meshing different genres and styles together so that there were no breaks in music and so that guests of all ages could enjoy. Our guests were blown away at the band’s talent and had SO much fun singing and dancing all night long. I wish I could do it all again!

My wife and I are beyond happy that we had Matt Winter Band play at our wedding. Between the band playing awesome music and bringing great energy, and the whole team managing the logistics behind the scenes, MWB was just an absolute pleasure to work with. They made some amazing suggestions that we weren't thinking about to make our day more special. We were also complimented by every one of our guests on how awesome our band was. I cannot recommend them enough! If you're considering having a band at your wedding, don't hire anyone else but these guys.

We hired Matt Winter Band for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and they did not disappoint! They were so receptive of our extremely detailed song list and they made sure they had the flow of the night correct, as well as pronunciation of names. Matt even came up to us before the reception to introduce himself and make sure we knew to reach out with any last minute changes or requests. Our dance floor was electric! I highly recommend booking Matt Winter Band!

Everyone at our wedding loved this band! They went above and beyond to make it personalized. They started the party right away. The guests were on the dance floor all night long. You HAVE to hire Matt Winter Band for your wedding!!!! I got married 4/14/23 and Matt Winter Band played for our wedding! He started off with acoustics for the cocktail hour which many guests commented on how talented Matt Winter was! Then Matt Winter and a 6 piece band played for our reception! The dance floor was FULL the entire night. They played such great songs and fully listened to our music preferences and vibe for the evening! The SAX players was a huge hit! He got on the dance floor and everything! The next day every guest was commenting on how amazing the band was! We were sad to say goodbye at the end of the night!

Matt Winter Band performed at our wedding on 4/29/23 for our ceremony with violin, Matt solo on guitar for cocktail hour and the full band for the reception. The entire day was perfect and each guest came up to me and said how incredible the band was. All our guests were on the dance floor (including my husband who never dances). We LOVED Matt Winter Band. Having never seen them perform and booking them based off of recommendations we were a little nervous. But, they BLEW us away. They sounded amazing, were super interactive and let our friends and family have a karaoke session- HA! The band was super nice and took song recommendations- everyone loved them and not one person left the dance floor. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

From the onset, Matt Winter Band was the perfect choice for us for our wedding. Communication with the whole team was clear and timely, and as we considered our options, Matt really went the extra mile. He recorded a minute and a half slowed down version of the song we chose for our first dance! The Band kept the party going all night with their extensive set list across all genres and our wedding guests have already asked that we reserve Matt Winter band for our 10 year anniversary. Can't recommend them highly enough.

The MWB is a must for any party - but especially for your wedding! They were so great to work with leading up to the wedding and did a great job at answering questions and communicating with us about what we envisioned for our wedding day music. The MWB has such a depth of talent - their team is able to provide wedding ceremony music (we had an awesome violinist and harpist), cocktail hour music (we had Matt Winter himself perform solo), and reception emcee and music (the Matt Winter Band). The MWB has such a solid song lineup and there wasn't a song that we requested that they didn't know. Best of all, they kept the dance floor packed the entire night, making for a fun and memorable wedding reception! I highly recommend hiring the Matt Winter Band for your wedding music!

Words cannot express how amazing Matt Winter and his band are in every way. Top talent and professionalism. Matt sang solo at our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. Our wedding was at Opal Sands Resort in Clearwater Beach. We had the band play at our wedding reception and we also got the photo booth through them. My guests cannot stop talking about how amazing their team member running the Photo Booth was and how great the band performed. I was referred by a friend that had hired Matt in the past for corporate events. His team was so responsive and extremely helpful before and after the event, I was so impressed by them and if you are contemplating making the investment in live music, they are the absolute best! Matt Winter Band is the best of the best! We knew going into our Big Day to expect great things from them - and they still managed to exceed all expectations! Between their great song selection and high energy entertaining, they had our guests of all ages dancing all night long. Despite our wedding day also being the day Hurricane Nicole landed in Tampa Bay, the band didn't skip a beat. Additionally, Matt Winter's expertise helped guide us with A/V decisions for our multi-room reception layout to ensure guests had high quality sound no matter which room they were in. If you like jazz, we also STRONGLY recommend addition of saxophone player --- not only did he provide great background music at during cocktail hour and dinner, but also serenaded my husband and I on the dance floor during our private last dance (a truly "WOW" moment). Matt Winter Band truly took our magical day to the next level, and our guests are STILL talking about them!

HIRE THIS BAND!!! They were incredible, and our guests were up dancing before dinner was even served. We absolutely loved them. The whole team was great. We did a string quartet for the ceremony, Matt Winter acoustic during cocktail hour, and then 6 piece band for the reception.

We had the Matt Winter Band perform for our wedding at Oxford Exchange in Tampa and it could not have been a better experience. Every guest commented on how great the band was and their ability to keep the dance floor full all night long. Many guests were in from Chicago and would put this band on the level or above the top wedding entertainment they have seen at weddings there. Could not recommend more and well worth the cost!

Absolutely knock out over the top. We hired Matt winter and 13 piece band with full horn section and dueling saxophones with a DJ and it was insane! Everyone will not stop talking about our wedding. Dueling saxophones battling out on the dance floor which was over the top! It was like a private concert for our guests. Dance floor was packed the entire time. If you want to hire a band and you want to make a statement then you NEED to hire Matt winter band you will not be disappointed! Over the top impressive!

Matt Winter Band is hands down the BEST band you will ever book for your wedding. He and the band were spectacular from start to finish! Matt performed live acoustic during our cocktail hour and sounded like an angel. Once we got into the reception and Matt Winter Band started playing, the dancing literally never stopped!! Special shoutout to the saxophone player as well who had a full on SOLO during one of the songs in the middle of the dance floor while everybody was going wild around him. Truly a moment in the night we will never forget! And to top it off, we included the DJ package which was life-changing. The DJ read the rooms energy so well and played all the right songs to keep everyone on their feet. Seriously. Our guest DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE because the music was too good. This was the best investment we made for our wedding!

I don’t even know where to behind with these guys!! We were adamant about having a live band at our wedding and we weren’t going to stop looking until we found exactly what we were looking for. We came across the Matt Winter Band and we’re immediately blown away by their videos. They brought our wedding night to the next level. They were professional and incredibly talented. They learned two very special songs for us and we were in tears at how amazing they performed them. My husband and I did not stop dancing all night long. We are a week out from our wedding and people still have no stopped talking about how amazing our band was!
Their team of people were just as amazing to work with. They were quick to respond and helped us through the entire process.
Cannot say enough good things about them but if you’re looking for a band that keeps people dancing all night long, look no further!!

Can't emphasize enough how awesome Matt and his band were for my daughter's wedding on 11.12.21! From the minute the couple walked onto the dance floor, the guests were dancing. And I mean - ALL NIGHT! When they took a break, their mix of DJ songs flowed in perfectly had just the right vibe and kept the party going. I think everyone would have danced 2 more hours if they could. But we had an after party with a DJ recommended by MWB and the party continued until 1am! Many thanks to MWB for their amazing sound!

Matt Winter Band absolutely killed it - in the best possible way. I was dead set on having live entertainment, but my fiance was convinced it wasn't necessary. Safe to say he sees it my way now, haha. We had an small, intimate wedding, so we wanted to make sure our guests were well taken care of and really enjoying themselves. We got so many compliments on our violinist at the ceremony, and Matt Winter performed solo at our cocktail hour. The five piece band was perfect for our reception, and Matt Winter DJ'd when the band wasn't playing. They also had a pretty impressive lighting set up, and even let us steal the show a few times. Their entire team was awesome to work with from start to finish. If anyone is on the fence about hiring a local band versus a DJ, I'm here to tell you it's worth every penny, and MWB is the BEST.

We booked the duo for the wedding reception and violinist for the ceremony. The violinist sounded great and did an amazing job during the ceremony! The music for the cocktail hour and reception was outstanding! Every guest had only great things to say about the music and duo performing. The music they played definitely fit the vibe we wanted. If you’re looking to book music for an event, we highly recommend the Matt Winter Band! Everyone was easy to work with during the booking and planning period as well. It really all came together so wonderfully and we are very gracious that they performed at our wedding!

Matt Winter Band came highly recommended and we are so happy that we had them play at our wedding. We chose to have the strings duo play our ceremony music, Matt on the guitar for our cocktail hour and a 5 piece band for our reception. The music selection could not have been more perfect and kept all of our guests moving and grooving the whole reception! We love Matt Winter!! I had a smaller wedding and had just request led Matt and his guitar. Some of my husbands family flew in from Colombia last minute and I ended up requesting an option for Spanish music as well. The team was fantastic and gave me options. We ended up adding on the ‘DJ’ option and it was perfect! Matt did an AMAZING job reading the room and playing live music and then transitioning to Spanish music to keep everyone on the dance floor. It was the perfect addition to our reception and we are so grateful to Matt and the team 🙃 Highly highly recommend!!!

Matt Winter Band is the best band in Tampa! Not only is the entire band extremely talented, but their team is just wonderful to work with. They are very professional, accommodating, and responsive. Their song selection list is extensive and they let you customize your music list with is great. I wish I could post more stars for this INCREDIBLE band! My husband, me, and my guests were blown away. We even had hotel guests and workers asking what band was playing because they were SO good. From the beach ceremony, to the cocktail hour, to the reception I just dropped my jaw at how fun and amazing the music was. I wish the Matt Winter Band could just play a show for me every weekend! I cannot praise this group enough for their talent, and professionalism the whole way through. We even had to postpone a year due to covid and not a single issue! THANK YOU MWB!!!

Matt and his band are AMAZING! I had family and friends from many backgrounds at my wedding and he was able to create a vibe where everyone had an amazing time! The best part about him is his positive attitude and you can tell he wants everyone to have a great time! Everyone on the back end was super friendly and accommodating as well. Do your self a favor and hire this crew.. As a fellow musician I wanted someone who could really have a good time throwing down some jams and classics, and these guys didn't disappoint.. The energy, love from the band themselves, and overall fun they provided has had family members say it was the best wedding they'd ever been to.. Family members who have been to their own kids' weddings too, soooooo... Truly one of a kind and if I could reach out of the screen to hit "book" for you, I totally would.
