It took over 11 months to get all our pictures. Wasn’t responsive, forgot about appointments, when we’d follow up about getting our pictures, wouldn’t respond and when he would we got the impression that he was lying. Had a generous tip for him...
for when we got the pictures but since it took so long I decided it wasn’t earned. We should’ve known from the beginning and should’ve gone with someone else.
