The Knot is a Scam. This is nothing short of a scam and absurdity. I have researched and found 100s of vendors that are displeased with your services and are illegally trapped and threatened by your company. As to whom I will be reaching out for further clients if we feel the need to advance this legal matter further. I am disgusted by your company and its policies and therefore have no problem displaying it before a jury. The so-called "leads" that your company guarantees to supply are not profitable and at times sound fake or rehearsed. It is nothing short of robbery. These vendors are not receiving any money for the thousands they invest for your advertisement. I reached out within a WEEK of signing up for your services and wanted to cancel his account as I DO have the right to do so. I sent you the portion that says I have 30 days to do so. Nor at the time of signing up for this service I was NOT made aware this was for a 12-month period. You have no right to infringe this frivolous "contract". As I said before I cannot afford it. So this is what's going to happen. You will be canceling my account and no longer charging my card for your abhorrent "services". Your threats are illegal and I intend to make that known unless my account is canceled as I requested before. If you do not cancel, the card you are charging will be canceled and no payment will be received by your company. Collections or not your company will not receive a dime. If you continue to badger me for payment, we will happily see you in court. If you would like to discuss this further we can set up that call you wanted to before. We will happily oblige to speak to a member of you management team. CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IMMEDIATELY.
