details for the film. Melissa thought of details for our wedding that I never would have been able to come up with on my own. Fast forward to the wedding day.. Melissa was seriously the best ever! My husband and I can be a little awkward behind the camera... But she made us feel so comfortable and was always giving us ideas. There was never a moment where she had to stop to think about what clip she wanted to capture. She was on it! She was also fun, energetic, and made us feel comfortable being behind the camera. We just got our video back and WOW! She did an incredible job and captured our day perfectly. We can't stop watching. We get the video back in 6 weeks, just like our contract said. We are so glad that we used Melissa. I would recommend her over and over again. She is awesome at what she does.

atch again, especially when we hired a documentary style photographer. However, after speaking to family and friends, my mind was changed. There are a lot of little moments that can't quite be captured in photos, like the laugh of my husband when I surprised him with the best man in a dress for our first look, or the voice of loved ones saying kind words during their speeches, and even the wicked air guitar one of our groomsmen whipped out on the dancefloor. All these little moments were the ones I treasured most and am so happy that Melissa was able to capture. All the cliches about your wedding day are true. It truly does go SO fast! Even though we can't frame our video and hang it on our wall, it's something I will treasure forever, and will really capture all the feelings and memories of our favorite day. I'm so happy we hired Melissa specifically. She was AMAZING, one of our favorite vendors! Melissa was so detail-oriented and was always checking in throughout the planning process. Her personality was so fun, she was like another member of the bridal party and possibly our greatest hype-woman of the day. I was a little hesitant since she had never met our photographer before the big day, and they had differing personality traits, but Melissa was SO professional and it was almost impossible to tell they weren't a pre-built team. Melissa helped set up poses and gave us prompts to make everyone feel comfortable while having fun. One of the main reasons I booked Melissa was her customizable packages. We were able to get our full ceremony, a highlight video, toasts, and dances at amazing quality and still stick within our budget. Melissa truly cares about making your day the best it can be, and I'm so grateful for everything she's given us. I HIGHLY recommend Melissa Jae Films for anyone even considering wedding video, you won't regret working with her!

We are *blown away* by the video quality and how she managed to capture the feel of our wedding, right down to perfect song choice.
