I originally went to them because they had a bridal package special. I called ahead several times to confirm the appointments for myself and my bridal party. However, when we showed up the morning of, I was met with rude remarks that I hadn't... told them I had 5 people coming, even though I made 5 appointments. The hair for the bridal party was great. However, when it came to my hair, the stylist, whom I had seen the week before for a trial, couldn't remember my hair and told me it was my fault when I didn't take a picture for her. She forgot that she told me I didn't need to as she had a good memory. Then, when I tried to explain my hair to her, she kept doing something different, stating that what I wan'ted woudln't work, so she wanted to try new things. In the end, after 4 attempts to do my hair, I honestly started to cry. She told me should couldn't do it anymore and got someone else. The other individual was helping, but by the time she finished, there was so much combing that my hair was a mess. I have naturally curly hair, so combing through it makes it worse and very frizzy. Had I had someone different, I would have liked it. The trial updo was beautiful, but it didn't work out that way in the end.
