COVID-19 REFUND POLICY
Milestone Events will abide by the requirements of the Franklin County KS Health Department. You can view updates here: http://www.franklincoks.org/index.aspx?NID=933
• If the county does not allow events, we will be happy to help you book another date in the next 18 months. If you choose to cancel an event that would fall in that blackout time we will refund your full amount and deposit.
• If you have booked a date and decide to cancel your event, there will be a cancellation fee if you choose not to re-book another date.

ame repeated processes read my messages this went on for about two weeks! I was trying to deposit and sign to get the venue and still received no response finally gave up! This industry is full of very helpful ppl so we bounced back and found a different venue!
