You can tell she loves her job and actually cares about the customer and the quality of work they do. My dress was SPOTLESS, I'm talking brand new looking when I picked it up. She even repaired some of the damage it had, I felt like I had just picked up a brand new dress! All the stains were gone, no weird chemical cleaner smells, it was perfection. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. And just FYI, the dress was Vera Wang (NOT from DB) and she handled it beautifully. I was thrilled!
