Amplified Weddings & Events was there with us from beginning to end! As two people who wanted to throw a wedding in the greater New York area, my now husband and I were overwhelmed with the amount of options there were. Whether that be venues, DJs, caterers, photographers, florists, or even wedding planners, we didn't know where to go or who to reach out to. When we spoke to a handful of different wedding planners, Amplified stuck out and, spoilers, they delivered. Once we started working with Amplified, JP and Sarah kicked things off and helped filter down a large swath of vendors to ones that even my husband and I were surprised by how stunning they were. They listened to our preferences and produced options that matched them as well as other choices they generally recommended (which we ended up going for). We worked closely with Sarah throughout the process, and with her and the other folks at Amplified's help my husband I were able to select vendors from curated lists that aligned with our preferences. All of the details of our wedding were streamlined into easy choices that made it all feel very bespoke and customizable. Communication with everyone at Amplified was easy to manage and keep track of. In the end, my husband and I ended up with a planned wedding that felt perfect for what we wanted. As we crawled closer to the day of, Sarah and Michelle helped ensure all the details were in place and ensured that the day of the wedding was nothing short of an incredible success. Not only were they incredibly efficient and competent at letting my husband and I enjoy our wedding day, they did so in an empathetic way that truly made us happy to share such an incredibly special day with them.

JP's honesty about what we actually needed was so refreshing!! They didn't try to upsell us or give us something unnessesary; then gave us plenty of free advice. Cannot recommend more, so nice and helpful!

We hired Amplified events toward the beginning of our planning stages. JP and his team remained extremely helpful and communicative throughout the process. JP and his team made our wedding day stress free. They met with us regularly in the the months leading up to our wedding and answered any questions or concerns that we had. When we were having difficulty finding furniture for the wedding day, JP was quick to offer assistance finding another vendor that was within our price range. They kept everything running smooth on the day and helped ensure we had a perfect wedding.

Amplified Events, you guys knocked it out of the park! You did such an amazing job with the day of coordination and helping to get all the vendors under control! One of the ladies on this team actually hand delivered my aunts coat to the coat check for her so she didn't have to get up. I can not say enough about JP, Juliana and the entire Amplified team. Throughout the entire planning process they were professional, helpful, organized and above all else extremely kind and patient. Communication is top notch and they made me feel so comfortable every step of the way! Fast forward to the day of my fall wedding in Montauk, NY - I wish I could give 6 stars because Juliana and the team knocked it out of the park!!! Despite being a (very) Type A bride, I was completely relaxed all day knowing that Juliana would keep everything on course and I trusted her vision. From the ceremony, reception, and speeches to first dances, cake cutting, and everything in between, Juliana made sure I never had to worry about a thing. It was all taken care of! She completely understood my decor vision and made it come to life. Not having to worry about anything other than having the best day possible was priceless and I am so thankful for all of the hard work this team did. My day was PERFECT and Amplified Weddings & Events was a huge part of this. Do yourself a favor and hire them!!!

JP and Valerie were THE BEST on our wedding day! They kept everything on track and on-time which sets the stage for a stress-free day. JP set up the decor and accessories I had just the way I had envisioned everything. His calm demeanor and reassurance was just what I needed all day. Not to mention he even helped escort our stubborn English Bulldog down to us for sunset photos at one point. Amplified Events was the absolute best ! They were so helpful throughout the whole process. They made my visions come to life even better then I could've imagined ! I couldn't have asked for anything more on my wedding day. Everything was absolutely perfect and went so smooth!! I loved working with them and booking them was one of the best decisions I made ! We planned together the whole time, and on the day of they were by my side and I didn't have to worry about a single thing. I did nothing on the day but laugh and enjoy every moment of it - they were on top of everything, handled any mis-haps, and let me just enjoy the party! JP, Juliana and the Amplified team are truly the best! From attending florist appointments to walking through the venue with us and ironing out our day of timeline, they stepped in to help with anything we needed. My husband and I had a 250 person wedding, combining various cultures, and juggling a bunch of different requests...Amplified helped us to execute everything seamlessly! They stayed behind the scenes the day of and ensured everything ran perfectly. We could not have done it without them!

My wedding was at a private venue - which was WAY more work than I could have ever imagined. So many silly things happened that day and JP and his terrific crew fixed everything so seamlessly. My wedding literally would not have come together to be the magical day that it was without Amplified. I would give them a 6 out of 5 if I could!

From start to finish we LOVED working with Amplified Weddings & Events! Keelin, Jp, and Melissa truly made our wedding day our favorite day ever. During each of our meetings leading up to our wedding, Keelin and Jp took detailed and thoughtful notes on what we wanted for our day, and then they had additional questions (that we hadn't even thought of), that helped define our vision even more. Our beautiful day went seamlessly because of this team, and Keelin's day-of coordination was not only incredibly detailed and supportive, but also fun and enjoyable to have her there throughout the day! 10/10 recommend this team for your event planning and coordination!

My Husband and I have probably written and re-written this review over 10 times, every single time exceeding the character maximum. The reality is, our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was without JP & Elle and there are not enough amazing and incredible things we could say about these two spectacular human beings. I reached out to JP in May of 2021, as a new Long Islander, with no freaking clue how to plan a wedding, just some crazy concept involving a house we just moved into 10 mins prior to our zoom call and a wedding date of October 16th 2021, 5 months away. JP listened to my crazy ideas, plus my added dramatics, on our zoom call and decided to take us on as a client. the stars aligned when we finally met in person and Elle was introduced. During the long 5 month planning process, we hit more roadblocks and issues than anyone could ever imagine and all were dealt with with grace and ease. JP and Elle were constantly reassuring me and telling me all was going to be great even when nothing was going right, including a fly infestation 2 days prior to our day and a dirt pit in the middle of our reception area 5 days prior, as well. The point is, we trusted JP and Elle, and we had every right to. These two incredible people were able to make all our dreams come true with our wedding. I can honestly say, we laughed (mostly) for 5 months straight planning this wedding. Everything we wanted, we got, including the things we didn't know we needed or wanted, we got those too. Every detail was perfect, every moving part of our day was worked through thoroughly. every vendor they linked us with was amazing. JP and Elle were hands on from day 1 through the entire planning process, through the build out and down to the very last minute of our day. Elle was the bridal attendant of every Brides dreams, BTW. I felt like I had my best friend by my side. In fact, these two beautiful souls became just that, our friends. They took a personal interest in us, they made it their business to make sure our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more, they put their hearts and souls into us and that's because of who they are, not because it's their job. JP and Elle, you two are one in a million. With all of my heart, and Franks tooooo, we can't every thank you both enough. Thank you for giving us all you guys had, thank you for being who you guys are, thank you for being everything we needed and more and most of all, thank you for opening your hearts up to us and becoming like family. Where do I even start? From the very first meeting we had with JP we knew that he was the right person for the job. First of all he is one of the nicest and most professional people around. He is very attentive about every single detail. JP never let us down in any way shape or form. He always listens to what you want and make sure you get it. He goes above and beyond the service he provides. He takes all the pressure off his clients when When it came to the day of it was so comforting knowing that he was the man behind the scenes making sure everything was where it was supposed be and how it was supposed to be. Honestly 5 stars isn’t nearly enough to rate him. JP makes getting married easy! He honestly is the best around. My wife and I owe a perfect wedding to JP and his team !!!!!

JP and his team at amplified events are absolutely amazing! We got engaged in April and had an amazing wedding in November. So there wasn’t that much time to plan but they made sure that everything was perfect! I enjoy planning and being creative but it being my own wedding and without that much time I was stressed and knew I needed help! We spoke with a lot of different planners and instantly got the best vibes from JP. There was no real reason for having a shorter engagement we just didn’t want to wait and everyone at amplified events helped us so much with bringing it all together! They were there every step along the way and were always available to answer a text or email no matter when we sent it! There were so many small things that we never would have thought of that they were on top of. The entire process with them was great but when it came to the day of the wedding they absolutely blew us away. From helping us find the best location for our first look, to helping us manage our crazy puppy during the first look, to getting our dogs attention for pictures, making sure the photographers understood what we wanted, managing our parties who had a little too much fun on the party bus on the way to the venue, making sure all of the guests knew where to go when arriving, grabbing specific people for pictures, making our entire day of schedule (and following it perfectly), making sure everything was set up how we wanted, taking care of anything we needed the entire day, and packing up all of our stuff into my parents car at the end of the night so we didn’t have to come back the next day! JP and his team were so incredible and made the day so amazing! Knowing that he was there the entire day and would take care of anything that came up made me feel so much more relaxed throughout the entire day! Everyone was telling me that things will go wrong and not to let them bother me but I can honestly say the day went so smooth and nothing went wrong (except me dropping the rings during the ceremony lol) and we owe so much of that to JP and his team! I can’t recommend JP and his team enough they are so accommodating and sweet and a pleasure to work with!

My fiancé and I were very nervous and overwhelmed with the wedding process. We had no idea what our budget would be, wedding costs, planning etc. We’re so grateful to have found Jp and his team through the Knot. Jp makes wedding planning approachable and gives us a sense that it is attainable for us. He’s super transparent which makes us feel more confident knowing what’s ahead for us. JP and the Amplified team are amazing - 12/10!! From our first meeting with JP, my fiancé and I knew he understood our vision and had the knowledge and resources to execute on a perfect wedding weekend. It's very important to note that our wedding was logistically very complicated. It span over the weekend - ceremony at a church in NYC on Friday, 9/17/21, and a reception at a private residence in Southampton on Saturday, 9/19/21. This required transportation of guests, multiple caterers, hair/makeup, musicians, etc. Executing the reception at a private residence took a ton of additional planning and vendors. JP was able to keep up on track and think of things that we never would have. He found us the PERFECT fit in florist and catering which were details that made our event standout. JP spent days leading up to the wedding visiting both the church in NYC and the residence in Southampton to meet with us, vendors, take measurements, etc. So above and beyond to dedicate such time to us. Weekend of the wedding - the team REALLY shined here and exceed our expectations. JP and Elle are the perfect duo and everything went so smoothly, we could hardly believe it. Not one piece was missing and the ceremony and reception were so beautiful. So proud of the team after so many months of hard work and planning. My fiancé and I would text/call/email JP at all hours (very annoying), and he would ALWAYS take the time to talk to us. We will have to have another big milestone soon with a party to hang out with the Amplified team again.

Where to begin with Amplified Events?! We reached out to JP & Elle in the very beginning stages of wedding planning and they were incredible the whole way through. - beginning: this was when we discussed the vision for the day such as the venue layout, flowers, linens, the vibe, black tie, the guest list/count, stationary, the theme, etc. Pinterest was our shared best friend! JP provided the vendors that we didn't already have and was so good at staying in budget. We were planning a wedding through a pandemic and the team was so patient with us and the constant changes - so grateful for that. - throughout the months of planning, JP would reach out to make sure everything was being accomplished on time such as sending out save the dates, invites, and payments. - month of: JP presented us with a beautiful Excel of our schedule for the day and we walked through any changes that we wanted to be made. His communication with our vendors was key! We discussed decorations, where everything would go, finalized flowers, discussed important family members, discussed the ceremony line up and every detail pertaining to the day. We met up the week of the wedding to drop off decorations at the venue and do a walk through. It was great to see the venue together before the day of! - day of: So, his team was responsible for taking our decorations and executing our vision, which they did perfectly!!! The team was by our side the whole day through. Elle was with me while I was getting ready, in the limo on the way to the hotel, and helped me put my dress on at the venue. The team checked in on us all day to make sure things were okay and ensuring that all was on schedule and everyone was having fun. It really was the most perfect day and I can confidently say we had our dream wedding thanks to JP, Elle & Melissa!!! I will continue to refer Amplified Events to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner.

I contacted Amplified in Fall 2020 after a month of being engaged with little progress made on our own. JP and his team were a great resource; from helping us find vendors, to booking venue visits, to budgeting, to combing through contracts, all the way to our big day. JP and Elle, who were with us for our wedding weekend, were the best partners and felt like our fairy godparents who helped us in executing the wedding of our dreams. We would not have had as perfect of a day without them and feel so blessed to have had them in our corner.

Background- Engaged: March 2021 - Wedding Day: September 4, 2021 (only 6 months to plan). It was a black tie event and the venue was our yard. So let me start by saying this, JP and his Amplified team are the absolute BEST. The whole experience from the beginning of planning to the day of my wedding I would rate an 11/10. After my first phone call with JP I knew he was the planner to go with. I told him my vision and he made it a reality! He introduced me to all of the perfect vendors and was the medium of communication throughout the whole process - which was extremely helpful. There is a lot more involved with having a wedding at your home than you would think, and JP didn’t skip a beat making sure everything was thought of. My husband and I had a baby in December 2020 and people would always ask “How are you not so stressed out planning a wedding while taking care of a new baby?” And the answer was simple- JP took all of the stress out of it. Every step along the way was enjoyable and truly made the whole process feel special leading up to the big day. He and his team are extremely easy to communicate with and he made us feel like we were his only client (which we totally were not). On the day of our wedding the only thing I had to worry about was getting glammed and dressed. JP, Elle, and the rest of their team were there from the very beginning of the day until the very end taking care of everything and more. While JP was handling the set up Elle was by my side the whole time! She was so amazing and such an important part of my day and my family’s day as well. She kept everything running smoothly and helped with anything any of us needed- no task too big or too small. The whole wedding day was PERFECT. It was everything my husband and I had dreamed of and more and we definitely could not have pulled it off without Amplified Events. Pretty much every guest reached out to tell us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to, and I have to believe them because it literally was the best. If something went wrong that day- we didn’t know about it because JP and his team had it handled. I feel so bonded to JP and Elle, we really got to know each other throughout the whole process and we will forever be grateful to them for helping to create the most magical wedding day. I can’t stop re-playing the whole day in my head over and over again, I will hold it close to my heart forever. I definitely recommend Amplified Events- there’s no team you can trust more to help plan the wedding of your dreams!

I booked Amplified Weddings for my 7/16/21 wedding. I spoke to JP who was very relaxed and friendly. I am a type A individual and often feel stressed. I wanted to book a Day of Coordinator in order to eliminate any stress surrounding the day. JP, Elle, Melissa and the rest of the Amplified Team did a phenomenal job. Leading up to our wedding, JP and his team were responsive and helpful. They were in contact with all my vendors and took care of small details that I couldn’t. On the day of our wedding, JP and his team were very relaxed and collective. This put me at ease! We forgot my bouquet at the getting ready location and instead of turning our bus around, JP was able to retrieve it for us. I had a lot of personal touches that needed to be set up at the venue. The Amplified Team was so helpful in setting everything up and working with the staff at my venue to make it all happen. If you are looking for a sweet, kind, and caring vendor who will listen and help you with anything wedding wise...this is the way to go! Thank you Amplified Team!!

Let me start by saying that we worked with JP and the team for 2 years during the pandemic. The Amplified Weddings team made it a dream wedding for us! Not only were they punctual, well organized, creative, and professional, JP was also our support system when we ran into a few last minute hiccups due to hurricane ida. JP had the best suggestions when it came to the decorations and flowers. We did not even realize when JP took care of the logistics such as vendor schedule confirmations, insurance certificates, etc. We had a couple of issues with some vendors, and JP hopped on a call with us and helped find a solution. It’s a no brainer, if we have another event in the future, it will be with Amplified Weddings.

5 Stars is not enough for the spectacular service displayed by JP and his team. We were a destination couple, with no knowledge of the area, and wanted every detail carefully crafted and executed, and JP did that and more. Our guests were blown away by all the thoughtful moments and experiences. The smooth transition from ceremony, to cocktail, to reception felt effortless, but behind the scenes required an impossible transformation. JP was in constant communication with all of our vendors, and was one step ahead of every question we had. With my Mom being an event planner herself, I thought it be out of the question that she would ever like a planner. But she and I walked away from my wedding knowing that all events moving forward, JP is the only person we will go to. I

My now wife, Michelle and I reached out to jp to organize our wedding and design our florals.  We hosted our wedding at an old mansion in Manhattan and we wanted to convert it from a dark old feel to something bright and wedding worthy.  Michelle had one request that our flower wall be used for the ceremony. Jp and his staff delivered bot on organization and our beautiful flower wall. We felt fully taken care of from our first meeting with jp to our last dance.

Our wedding was a very memorable day with the help of JP’s company. We had nothing but good feed back from our guests. The vendors that we were offered were above professional and made our experience one we will always remember.

I contacted Amplified to help us put together a micro wedding on our property in 1 MONTHS TIME!!! Almost an impossible fete you’d say? Well not for JP! My husband and I wanted very much to get married in our church wedding hall. We knew there was a lot of work to do to transform it from a traditional church wedding hall to a beautiful elegant wedding reception space. We knew we had to hire a wedding planner and that’s when we met Jp and Amplified Events. They totally took our Wedding under their wings and converted our traditional wedding church hall into a magnificent venue to host our guests. They took care of all of our personal details with floral design and our vendor hiring. His team worked tirelessly and seamlessly with the church staff and our families :) Without them we could not have gotten this done!! Our event ended up being better than we could have even envisioned. Thank you Amplified Events!!!!!

Amplified Weddings is the real deal. My Wife and I had to move our wedding up by three months, which mean we had to find a completely all new vendors. Jp and his team assured us that its could be done and would take on the stress of moving our destination wedding to New York City closer to our family. With in 3 short months the entire wedding was planned and executed for us. His team managed and designed our wedding complete with designing our flowers, which my Wife and I were so happy. We felt safe with Jp in our corner. We could not have done this without Amplified Weddings.

My fiancé entered the wedding planning phase very naive to what it would take for us to pull off the wedding of our dreams. We wanted to have a wedding at our favorite BnB and share a very special place for us with our guests. We thought a simple wedding was what we were after, but it turns out turning a raw space into a wedding space was more time and softly than we ever dreamed. Jp and and his team stepped in and took the reigns from us and completely pulled off the impossible. From making sure we rented all the things we needed for our guests to ensuring catering had the facilities they needed to execute our day. Jp also took over design to give us our boho camp feel. Jp also did our flowers for the wedding and the were just perfect.

We were so grateful to have JP throughout the planning process and on the big day. I am not the easiest person to deal with when I am overwhelmed, which I definitely was when JP came on board. Once we started, JP helped me streamline my vision and worked with me to make my ideas a reality. Our celebration was beautiful and wonderfully executed by JP and his team, but most importantly--- stressfree. My husband and I were able to just able to float around and enjoy the night without having to worry about the silly little details because we knew JP had them covered.

JP and his team exceeded my expectations and gave me the beautiful beach wedding I had always hoped for. JP was incredibly patient and helped me plan a wedding while I was living overseas. Despite the fact that we were not in the same time zone and did not meet until the day before the wedding, JP managed to blow me away with his beautiful design and flawless execution. My wedding was at my Aunt’s beach house with tricky spaces but JP was able to seamlessly transform the house into a wedding venue. His creative ideas and can-do attitude made my wedding day go off without a hitch. JP also handled the flowers for my wedding and all of the arrangements from my bouquet to the centerpieces were breathtaking. I can not recommend Amplified Weddings highly enough. When we first started planning our wedding, we didn't think we needed a month of or day of wedding coordinator. A few months before, we realized it would help our day go flawlessly and we were right. Looking back, we couldn't have pictured our wedding without Amplified Weddings. We were so happy that we hired JP and Danielle - they were so patient with us leading up to the big day and were great with following up with us and not missing a beat with our vendors. They helped to keep us organized and detailed without ever making us feel overwhelmed - in fact, they calmed us down. We highly recommend JP - he's professional, works to your personality and takes the time to really get to you know you and how you envision your wedding day. We didn't get to meet JP and Danielle until the day of the wedding due to conflicting schedules but we felt like we already knew both of them so well on the day of our wedding. We planned our wedding in three months and it never crossed out minds that we would need a wedding planner. However, hiring Jp & Amplified Weddings to handle the day-of-coordination was hands-down the smartest decision we could have made. Right from the start we felt that Jp was a perfect fit for us. Joe and his team literally the best ever. My husband and I cannot thank Joe enough, for making everything run sooo smoothly during the wedding planning process and on the wedding day. I didn’t thinking it was possible to get anything done, knowing that I was 3 months pregnant and working full time, but Joe said “if this is what you guys want we’ll get it done”! I knew that my wedding was not something I could take on by myself and have everything come out perfect. I linked up with Joseph from Amplified Events and personality-wise we connected immediately, which was extremely important to me. He let me describe my vision to him and he made it a point to go above and beyond what I initially requested of him. He calmed me down in days of panic, he kept me on schedule for deadlines, he was always putting me first and making me feel at ease but special. He could have been planning 12 other weddings at the same time but I would never know because I felt extremely taken care of and valued. He is extremely organized, personable with vendors, charming, and comforting. On the day of my wedding if something was going wrong or disappointing me, I would lock eyes with Joseph and he would know to step in immediately and take care of it and me. I keep talking about how the best part of my day was knowing that Joseph was there for me. The details of my wedding were perfect because I trusted that he would pull my vision together for me no matter how big or small or tedious what I wanted was- he executed it beautifully. Many things will go wrong the day of your wedding because of things you can’t control, but having Joseph with me that day and leading up to it was the only thing that put me at ease every time. If I had to do my wedding day over I would change many things, but I would choose Joseph every time. Thank you, Joseph!!

I worked on the Florals for a styled shoot with Joe of Amplified Events. He was patient, professional and on the ball for all aspects of the shoot from the conceptualization to the day of logistics. It was a flawless shoot and so much fun to work on. I would definitely recommend Amplified Events to my future brides, you will not be disappointed!

We wanted to book our getaway wedding in the Dominican Republic for early May. Jp managed to get every aspect of our wedding PERFECT. I work in the industry and I can say that there is no better coordinator by your side. From the minute our flight landed Jp had us covered. As for our family and friends began land, Joseph and his team was there greeting with us and even went as far as helping our parents get checked into the hotel. Throughout the days prior to the wedding we had special events planned so that everyone could bond and just enjoy the wonderful atmosphere. Joseph made sure our vision for each event came out perfect, from the small favors for the guests, to make sure the band playing gave me and my wife a special shout-out. Moments prior to the ceremony any request that I had whether it was drinks, towels, or even checking on my jittery bride to be, Joseph was one step ahead of each request. Walking into the room was a moment reserved for movies, as my wife and I would never had expected our vision to be translated into life so perfectly! From the floral arrangements down to our custom photo booth everything was exactly as we envisioned it! The minute we entered the reception hall, I never had to ask for one thing because Joseph was already right there before I could ask. He was waiting for me with my jacket when it was time for cake cutting, and even had a glass of water after the dance with our parents. The entire event went better than I could have imagined, or even coordinated myself. I’ve been in the industry for over 5 years and have never worked with anyone as professional and as intuitive as Jp and Amplified Events!

Jp made my wedding the most magical wedding I’ve ever seen. I was against the big wedding idea, with the all the glam at first. I wanted to go to the court house but after everything JP promised my wife and I, I think I was more excited about the night than she was. He delivered everything that was promised and more. It was truly a night to remember. JP is very detail oriented and paid attention to what was important to us. We appreciated everything JP did in making our night perfect. We cant wait to work with him again on other events.
