If I could give zero stars I would. We booked this venue 13 months in advance. No contract, no communication. We reached out multiple times only to get vague answers. 2 weeks before our wedding we are informed that another event would be taking place the same day. Didn’t call us to ask if that was ok. We have to switch our whole wedding day timeline around because of this. We asked her to move the event and she would not. The earlier party ran past schedule and we didn’t not have time to clean up and set up for our wedding. One of the bathrooms was out of order and we were rushed leaving. We told the owner that we were having an open bar and she was charging our guest for drinks. Do not book this venue for a wedding, they do not know what they are doing, they don’t understand that a wedding is a slightly bigger event than a other parties they throw. We reached out to let her know we were upset. She didn’t reach out to us. She told us she was sorry and then blamed us for things no going as planned while simultaneously saying she did we asked…even though we didn’t communicate what we wanted to her. Save yourself the money and headache and look elsewhere for a venue.
