My Woodlands Event is a beautiful wedding venue located in Spring, TX. Nestled on a scenic three-acre estate just 15 minutes from historic downtown Natchez, our venue offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern elegance. Whether you're dreaming of a sprawling outdoor ceremony under the Mississippi sky or an intimate indoor celebration, this 5,000-square-foot event barn provides a versatile, picturesque backdrop for your "I do's."
My Woodlands Event can comfortably host up to 200 guests within its climate-controlled banquet hall. The space is thoughtfully designed with a large dance floor, a professional stage for your band or DJ, and a unique loft seating area that offers a stunning bird's-eye view of the festivities. For those who love the fresh air, our large roll-up doors create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, leading to a charming rear deck and a classic gazebo—the ideal spot for an enchanting outdoor ceremony.
We believe your wedding day should be as stress-free as it is beautiful. Our venue includes:
• The Bridal Suite: A spacious, elegantly appointed dressing room featuring large mirrors, a dedicated makeup counter, and plush seating for you and your wedding party.
• The Groom's Suite: A rustic, bar-style retreat tucked away for the guys to relax and prepare in private.
• On-Site Kitchen: A fully functional kitchen area with a convenient service window for your catering team.
• Expansive Grounds: Plenty of gravel-under-grass parking for guests and open fields that offer endless possibilities for photography or lawn games.
My Woodlands Event is a family-owned venue dedicated to bringing your vision to life. While we welcome your favorite outside vendors, we are proud to offer on-site planning and coordination through our partner, Magnolia Creek Events, and delicious Southern-style catering options via Catering by Brenda. For out-of-town guests or a romantic wedding night stay, a cozy three-bedroom "Country Setting Home" is located right at the venue gates.
