With years of experience perfecting dips and lifts, I’ll make sure these elements flow seamlessly into your dance. My specialty is helping dramatic moves look natural and effortless, so your performance feels authentic, comfortable, and truly yours.
Lessons are held in a beautiful studio with a polished wood floor, sparkling chandeliers, and full-length mirrors—exclusively booked for your private sessions. You’ll always have the entire space to yourselves, ensuring a truly personal and focused experience.

Natural Wedding Dance is a San Diego–based studio specializing in preparing couples for their perfect first dance. Lesson packages range from 3–12 sessions and can include everything from walking down the aisle to a romantic kiss dip for your once-in-a-lifetime photo.

Owner / Instructor
With over 30 years of experience in the dance and fitness industry, I am a seasoned instructor and wedding dance choreographer based in San Diego, CA. Over the course of my career, I have earned notable achievements, including 1st place in Adagio at the California Open Cup and finalist placements at prestigious competitions such as Manhattan Dancesport and Embassy Ball. I have also performed as a pro dancer for Dancing with the Stars San Diego and worked as an assistant to Dmitry Chaplin on the TV show So You Think You Can Dance.
Despite my competitive background, I believe a wedding dance should feel simple, natural, and effortless. At Natural Wedding Dance, I help couples create anything from an intimate, easy first dance to a dramatic, show-stopping performance—always tailored to their personal style.
Beyond teaching, I am passionate about playing the harp, creating healthy recipes, and designing costumes. If you’re in San Diego and looking to elevate your dance skills or bring your wedding dance vision to life, I’d love to provide expert guidance and personalized choreography.
