I would NEVER reccommend this company. Not only does the owner (Don) have horrible customer service, he is completely rude for no reason. A piece of plexi glass was broken on the window of the bus when the ushers tried to move the beer cooler o...ff the bus and noone ever told me about it. Don's receptionist Mary called me the following week telling me we would be held responsible and when I told her this was the first I was hearing of this she put Don on the phone. Right away he was rude from the get-go and just kept saying I would be held responsible. Obvioulsy I was going to pay to have it fixed but I think they could have had a little better customer service and handled the situation much nicer. At one point he called our ushers "macho men" bc they tried to get the cooler off themselves. Not professional at all.
Also - the driver of the bus was helpless...he couldn't even take us to the right place in the park where the photographers said we would meet and ended up waiting for them to find us for 15+ minutes. When you're on a tight schedule you don't want to wait around for the photographer to find you in a huge park...unacceptable.
Save yourself the hassle and do NOT use this vendor for a party bus.
