I am very disappointed in Richards service. I really didn’t want to have to go to court to get a refund, however it seems like that is our only option at this point. I hope this review lets other brides know so they don’t go thru the same thing as me because video is is important and now I have nothing 😢

We felt like he was more of a friend than a vendor by the end of the night and we are so so grateful we chose him. We would recommend him to everyone. y saved. However, we paid to receive all raw footage and receive a hard drive with footage. Last I heard from him almost 9 months ago was that he was ordering the hard drives. I have never received the rest of our footage. He had promised to send over my dads speech and my maid of honor speech as well as my husbands full vows, which we never received any of those either. I was hopeful I would still get them in my raw footage but apparently I will never get any of that. He was so wonderful the day of its such a disappointment that he couldn't even man up to tell us what happened with our footage and why we wouldn't be receiving it.

Richard was telling us that in January he stopped taking in clients so that they would have dates available for people to reschedule if the pandemic took hold, and he was right. They have already proved themself as our best vendor.

Richard is by far one of the easiest people to work with he made the day fun and easy going, he moves so quick you hardly known he’s there! I absolutely adore him and I am truly amazed by his work!

He helped us get a clearer vision of what would work best for us and made sure to help us thru the planning. He was detailed oriented, and thorough. He took time to go scout out the location prior to the day & talked out logistics with us. On the day of, he was very easy to work with. He helped put our friends and family at easy & worked to get so many gorgeous shots of the whole day. He was so wonderful with our photographer & coordinator as well. Richard was dedicated to giving us a full capture of our day and we are so grateful. Post wedding, he was in contact with us consistently with updates & kept us in the loop with the diff cuts of the video he was working on. He checked in after each draft to make sure we were happy & very quickly added additional clips and edits that we wanted. He had a great attitude and we absolutely cannot say enough great things about him. If you’re looking for a great videographer, you’ve found him! Thank you Richard for making our wedding so memorable. We’ll cherish the video always!

I had no doubts that he was going to do an incredible job, and he did not disappoint. He went far above and beyond what was expected, and he worked harder than any of the other vendors. I recommend them to all of my friends getting married.

Once we had decided on him, the process was quick and simple, something that was quite refreshing after dealing with all the other vendors lol! The final product was incredible! It still makes me cry every time I watch it! He was the first to contact us after the wedding with a rough draft. We were so surprised that he had gotten us the video before the photographer got us the photos! Richard has an amazing style, and he make sure to shoot a lot of slow motion so you can enjoy every moment. We couldn't be more happy with New Leaf Cinema. 11/10
