ne on the New Pace team from the Operations Manager to the Videographer and Post Production Manager were a pleasure to work with. We felt listened to throughout the entire process and they made everything so personalized and special. The Videographer was so amazing the day-of, he even held my fur wrap for me during many of our photos. I would recommend New Pace to everyone getting married, they're the best!

e I loved the videos I received. On our wedding day, our videographer wasn't intrusive and worked well with our photographer who we booked separately. My only negative is that our videographer left before the cake cutting (thank goodness my photographer was still there) so we weren't able to get that on video. This was because he started early in the day so his time was up -- I shared this feedback with our coordinator and she said they could have done a better job providing the exact schedule. Other than that, would definitely recommend (just make sure you confirm the day-of timeline!).

On the day of the wedding, both of our videographers were extremely friendly, outgoing, helpful and knowledgable. They were everywhere, capturing every special moment of our wedding. it would be worth the investment. New Pace was great to work with initially. They were responsive to e-mails and answered any and all questions that we had. Our videographer the day of our wedding was also great. We received our trailer video about 8 weeks after our wedding and we absolutely love it. About a week later, we received our full film and we were extremely disappointed to say the least. Our contract stated that our fill film would be between 90 and 120 minutes...ours is 48 minutes. There was also about a 2 minute long shot of kids outside of our reception playing soccer...two of these kids are our venue owner's children and were not even involved in our wedding. I'm not sure why our videographer felt that it was okay to step out of the reception to film this. After e-mail New Pace and telling them of our disappointment with how short our film was, we were told that it was edited and all 'useable footage' was added to the film. Our film is still less than an hour long even though our contract stated 90-120 minutes. While we will always cherish our wedding films, if I had to choose a videographer again, I would choose one who would honor their contract and be sure to shoot enough footage to make our wedding film as long as it should be.

fit our needs was a painless process that took almost no time. She was very responsive to our emails and requests. Our team, Alex and Eric, on the day of were almost invisible to us. Alex was with me and the ladies and never was intrusive on our getting ready process. Eric was with the guys and fit right in while also getting the necessary footage. Looking back, we almost forgot they were there which is then sign of great videographers!

“biggest regret not having a videographer”, We knew we had to make it work. We did our research and reached out to New Pace and talked with Jenny. WHAT. A. SAINT. She understood our financial constraints and went through each package to try and find a fit for what we wanted & what we could afford! She wasn’t pushy at all and was thorough. We were sold! We were paired with our videographer Craig... and he was amazing! He was able to capture our big day, and our personalities without being invasive. After the wedding we were contacted by Laura to follow up and update us about our films, no surprise that she was very professional and helpful as well! We recently received our wedding recap video and WE ARE IN LOVE. In all the decisions we made for our wedding, this was the best one! We will cherish these videos forever!
