my photo booth service, I am extremely sorry for your displeasure by our correspondence. I will take full responsibility that I did drop the ball various times when it came to replying and responding to you on a timely manner. When Covid hit, my business like many others in the industry, were greatly affected and one of the main factors that affected my business was having to let go all my employees. In 2021 I had only expected to have only a handful of events but had ended up booking out most of the year. Being left as a one woman show, I took on too much, too fast and was spreading myself out so thin Because of that it had greatly affected my customer service/correspondence and I am truly sorry for that. Not only to you but to all my clients in 2021 and onward. Also, it was truly not my intention to indirectly blame you regarding the props. I was frantic that day when I realized someone had stolen my bag of props off my cart that I needed to find props to replace and not be late for the time of the service, but as how my luck was going, I didn’t have many options. I should have told you that the props were stolen and been up front with you and your fiance. Due to my passive thought process of not wanting to give you any bad news on your wedding day or make you feel bad or responsible for my stolen props, I did not communicate it to you, which in turn left you wondering and disappointed in your viewpoint that I wasn’t prepared with enough props as you were expecting. I apologize for that. As much as I would love to turn back time, I hope that with the compensation I had given you, that I at least made an effort to somehow redeem myself for the lack of props that my business provided. I hope that you would find it in your heart to forgive me for not being up to par with my customer service and for my delayed timing with my correspondence. If you could please check your wife’s account, I had sent compensation through the Venmo account she had used to pay for the photo booth service for the lack of props. Also, as for the promised gifts. I had and still have every intention of keeping my promise on the gifts, but I am truly and sincerely extremely behind editing, printing and sending out packages to all my clients. It will still take some time for me to catch up but please know that you will still receive these items. I appreciate and want to thank you for your honest review. It has truly reminded me, humbled me and taught me many valuable lessons. This is not the kind of standard that I would like for my business or for myself and so I will try my best to work harder to get back to the kind of high-quality customer service that I know I can give and have given in the past and do my best to learn from the experiences that I went through to better myself and my business.
