NPI Limo Service, LLC

It was horrible. We literally did not hear back from this business until MONDAY AFTERNOON (THREE DAYS LATER). This is all beyond unacceptable, disrespectful, and rude. I will never ever use this company again.

kup/drop-off times. On the day of our wedding the limo arrived at the time we requested. The limo was clean, had a very nice light/stereo setup, and contained complimentary water and champagne. The driver was also very professional and was more than happy to accommodate our requests for additional photo locations and bar stops before taking us to our reception. Our photographers advised us that they were very pleased with our driver and his willingness to take us to some not-so-limo-friendly locations. A few days after our wedding the owner called me to make sure everything was done to our liking. Overall, our experience with NPI Limo service was excellent. I'd like to add that the limo was stocked with napkins matching our wedding colors!

as and he didn't know. 10 minutes later the driver shows up.....Next issue: we had given them the address of the reception when we booked. My attendant also went out and discussed with the driver where we were going....however, when we got in the limo, he asked my groomsmen where the reception was. Lastly, the driver was just unfriendly and lack professionalism. I called the owner in response to his request for a review and left a voicemail describing my concerns, and he never returned my call (it has now been weeks). So I guess I won't be sending anyone else there for a limo....

napkins, and let me bring in beer the night before so it would be on ice when they arrived. However when the limo arrived the electricity in the back didn't work. So no lights, music, or AC. Didn't get so much as a sorry. I mean accidents happen I realize but at least apologize or try and compensate. Then when we stopped to take photo's we caught the driver drinking our beer. Didn't feel to safe after that.

l and they were very accommodating. The driver, Suzie, was excellent!! I can't say enough nice things about her! She rolled out the red carpet at every stop and treated us like celebrities! If you are looking for a limo company, this one is the best!!

side and they had free snacks and drinks for us and our bridal party. Both of our drivers were very nice and knew exactly where to go and made sure to show up right when we asked them to. We were really happy with this service!
