Pre-Wedding (2–4 Weeks Out): Meet with the couple to review all contracts, vendor details, and expectations. Create and finalize a detailed wedding day timeline. Confirm logistics with all vendors and serve as their primary point of contact. Conduct a walkthrough of the ceremony and reception spaces. Lead or assist with the rehearsal (usually the day before the wedding) Collect personal items (place cards, favors, signage, décor) for setup. On the Wedding Day: Arrive early to oversee venue setup and décor placement. Ensure all vendors arrive on time and follow the agreed timeline. Manage the delivery and setup of florals, rentals, cake, and other décor elements. Oversee ceremony flow (seating, processional, recessional) Cue wedding party and musicians for entrances Troubleshoot any last-minute issues discreetly and efficiently. Coordinate cocktail hour and reception transitions. Keep track of speeches, dances, cake cutting, and special moments. Manage vendor breaks, payments, and gratuities on behalf of the couple. Pack up personal items, gifts, and keepsakes at the end of the night. Throughout the Day: Act as the main point of contact for vendors, family, and the wedding party Handle any emergencies quietly so the couple remains stress-free Keep the day running smoothly and on schedule.
