The challenge I have encountered with Off the Wall Libations is that my deposit has not been refunded in two months following their cancellation. In the email where they cancelled on November 30, they let me know my deposit would be refunded immediately, however that still has not happened. I've contacted them via email, have requested the return of funds via PayPal, have sent a reminder via PayPal, but have not heard one word from them since cancelling. Not only did I have to scramble to find bartenders 5 days before our wedding, but I am still out the deposit paid to these guys. They came recommended from our wedding planner, and I am to understand that their services are top-notch, however, my experience in unusual circumstances has been very disappointing.

ue - O.W.L happily provided this insurance for a small fee. From the beginning, I had the sense that Calvin would be professional and would make sure that he provided all the supplies needed for a full bar setup. Calvin was very easy to keep in touch with via email and was pleasant during all our interactions, including some last-minute requests and questions we had. Calvin arrived right on time for setup - I think a few of my friends even grabbed drinks before our ceremony, an hour before our official “start time” for the bar :P. During the reception, there was never a line at the bar and our guests had a great time!
