On the Green Salon and Day Spa

the last girl did was in my notes (gray cover & toner plus some highlights). I let her know immediately I wasn't happy and due to her next appt she said schedule time to come back. Unfortunately that was 2 weeks to wait with bad hair. I tried contacting the owner to discuss on a Saturday and was told I would have to wait until Tuesday. By 2 PM Tuesday I called to follow-up and was told I would get a call later that evening. Got an email after 9:30 PM telling me I got what I paid for and nothing else was needed. I have pictures from every hair apt over the last year showing that every one of my services included the gray coverage, which the owner has told me is not in my records? I'm not sure whether to think I was undercharged for the last year or she's trying to get rid of me. Please consider their customer service if you are considering this salon.

what I liked and they replicated it with zero problems--seemed effortless. I am so pleased with their work--it made a great difference and my photos were fantastic. I had called around to different salons in the area before finding this one, and everyone else seemed snooty or "mightier than thou"...the staff at On the Green were pleasant, accommodating, extremely talented and affordable. If you're picking between them and someone else in the area--choose On the Green...the positive experience is worth it! They somehow managed to reduce my stress level the day of the wedding!
