Cannot say enough positive about Orr's! Had a stellar experience all around at the Squirrel Hill location. They have everything your heart desires and more! Cannot wait to go back to order my matching Sylvie wedding band.

The staff at Orr's, both at the Sewickley location and Squirrel Hill location, were very helpful both when I needed my engagement ring resized and when we were shopping for wedding bands. David was especially great to work with at the Sewickley store. Janene assisted us at Squirrel Hill and she was very knowledgable. When an issue arose with my husband's wedding band, she got it corrected right away and kept us informed. The staff is friendly and professional. I also appreciated them asking if I'd like my engagement ring cleaned every time I visited the store. Thank you!

Orr's helped my husband and mother in law create my own engagment ring that is truly unique to me. From the band type to the clarity and cut of diamond, they know their stuff. My husband bought my ring while deployed and they allowed my MIL to take photos and send to him. This was awesome!

I drove almost an hour just to shop at Orr's Jewelers in Sewickley, PA - and it is worth every mile and toll booth! I wanted an oval diamond engagement ring, and every store in Youngstown, OH tried to talk me into a round diamond (because that is what they had in stock). We stopped in at Orr's on a whim and met Kelly McElwain. Not only did she show us a selection of ovals, but she also showed us a custom ring designed by the store owner himself. I fell in LOVE! To make it even better, Kelly ordered 5 oval diamonds from the supplier to give us more options. We came back to see them the following weekend and were astonished with the quality of the stones! Not only that, my fiancé was amazed at the reasonable price. He actually stayed under his budget, and I wouldn't want any other rock than the one I have; 1.41 carat E, VS2. The cut makes it look like the size of a 3 carat round. The ring was custom made by Christopher Designs within 6 weeks or so. Kelly kept us informed every step of the way. We loved Orr's SO much that I even bought my new fiancé a Rolex watch as a wedding gift. He is a big watch person and was in his glory with their HUGE selection of brands and models. They have a Rolex trained watch technician on staff too. All the staff at Orr's were amazing and accommodating. I have never received such great service. We will be back for EVERY jewelry purchase we need to make. On top of all that Orr's also bought my diamond from an old ring for 25% more than any other offer I had. The store itself is beautiful and the town is so charming. Don't even think about shopping anywhere else! Orr's Rocks.
