Over the Moon is unlike any other bar catering company because we do not provide alcohol to your event. We save our clients hundreds of dollars by working with them to provide appropriate par levels of alcohol they provide themselves.
We provide mobile bars, that are able to be setup in any type of venue. We also provide service packages designed to make your event as stress free as possible.

n hour if I’m being honest) to respond to my inquiry and set up a meeting. From our first phone call, I knew John and Over The Moon were the way to go. John was always quick to reply to my emails and had answers and advice for everything. We provided the alcohol and they provided EVERYTHING else. John was super helpful for on our planning phone call and told us how many bottles/cases of each type of alcohol to get and advised us on what types of alcohol to get.
John and Joe worked our event and we all were instant friends. In fact, they made friends with just about all of our guests. A couple days later I’ve heard from almost everyone about how amazing John and Joe were. We even requested to extend service for 30 minutes because the party was going to well and they gladly did so.
We chose margaritas and malibu/pineapple for our signature drinks for a sort of beach theme. If you take anything away from this review it’s to CHOOSE THE MARGARITA FOR YOUR SIGNATURE DRINK!!!! This is award winning margarita mix, people!! You won’t want to miss out!!! I had at least four throughout the night, my husband had more than that probably, and I think my sister topped everyone with TEN MARGARITAS because yes…they are THAT GOOD!

Our bartenders, Chris and Veronica, were professional, friendly, and they kept everything running smoothly from cocktail hour through dinner and all the way to the last call. One of the best parts was being able to purchase our own alcohol from wholesalers, which helped save on costs especially compared to a traditional open bar. The personalized bar consultation about a month out from our big day was invaluable in making sure we purchased the right quantity of alcohol. Running out was our biggest concern, and thanks to them, that never happened. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how great the drinks were and how fast and easy the service was. As the bride and groom we appreciated that Chris and Veronica made sure our favorite drinks were always stocked and ready. Overall, Over the Moon Bartending truly elevated our wedding and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for five star service.

ent I made which was $1300. I understand a contract is a contract, however, all of my other vendors were able to refund me some of my money for down payments. I reviewed contracts from other local bartenders and they would’ve been able to refund some of the money if we went with them instead. I did inform over the moon 8 months in advance. So make sure you will 100% be using these services if you book. Otherwise I did have a good experience interacting with John via phone and email and was very excited to use the services. Just wanted to share my experience.

Brought everything they needed and they even stepped in when we had to find our sparklers for our sparkler exit and helped light all of the sparklers. l of my ideas - our signature drinks, using our bar signage, having a champagne wall, and using custom bar napkins and stir sticks - and they welcomed all of my ideas and suggestions and executed them all perfectly. The champagne wall rental was such a fun addition to cocktail hour and was so fun for our guests! They have a huge menu of signature drink ideas as well and it was so easy to work with them. The quality of service was elite. Joe made sure to check on my husband and I often during dinner and throughout our cocktail hour and brought us drinks/took our order. The bar area was kept exceptionally clean and organized, and was set up beautifully. They were attentive to guest's needs and our feedback about them was overwhelming positive!
From the booking to the meetings to the final event, OTM exceeded our expectations. I can't imagine having another bartending service at such an important event!!

Joe was great to work with, he was very responsive whenever I had a question during the planning process. He and his manager were the ones who bartended for us, and they were super nice! They had a drink ready for me and my husband every time we walked up to the bar, and our guests loved them. My only complaint would be that we overbought quite a bit on booze and beer based on what they told us to buy (though I will say that we bought a bit extra than what they advised us to, but not by a ton).
Overall, they were so easy to work with, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

us plan our daughter's reception. We appreciated them never "up-selling" their services, often times doing the exact opposite, letting us know what we needed and honestly telling us that some of the "upgrades" we thought we wanted didn't add any value to our event (saving us $$).
The day of the event they were professional, prepared, and had great energy and vibe. They managed the night seamlessly, truly adding to the overall success of the event!

John and his team were incredibly easy to work with, providing great assistance in terms of planning our event (how much and what kinds of drink to purchase). They were super relaxed and friendly, with all of our guests being very happy with the service. Never had a line either. Also super flexible with some last minute changes to our menu as well. Even the small details, like neatly packing up and going through all of the leftovers. Could not recommend Over the Moon enough, but don't take my word, just ask any of the pros who have worked with them.
