with them was communication. This was in large part my fault, because I have never rented anything like this before. However, in my first phone call I got flustered because they asked so many questions that I wasn't prepared for. I had used the website to prep, and gave them the list based on the website. I just didn't anticipate there being questions outside of that. (I am also apt to getting flustered on the phone especially.) I wish that there had been a way to place the order online. The reasoning for the phone call was so that they could help you figure out your needs, but I felt like the conversation was not helpful, and instead made me nervous about using them. Also, they don't give a delivery time until 2 days before the drop off date. We had an extensive DIY affair, and needed to know early so out-of-town friends could come in to help setup. Luckily they were nice and accommodating with us when we called to ask for an early AM rental drop off. They were also fine with my sister-in-law doing the drop off signature instead of us, since she was on-site earlier than us. Everything was in great condition with all pieces and instructions to set it up. We had a dance floor, bouncy castle, and 150 chairs and 25 tables. We got everything put up quickly with no problem, and taken down and stacked with no problem. The dance floor in particular was beautiful!

s a lack of communication. Things were charged to my account without prior warning and frequently the updated contract was not what we had talked about on the phone. On a positive note, everyone was very friendly and I was able to get almost all of the problems solved by my wedding day, but there was a lot of stress along the way.

y couldn't deliver because the wedding was on a Sunday, but they picked up the rentals for a small fee, which was more than worth it. Would rent here without hesitation.
