Reached out to Rhiannon and she responded with a quote and a phone call. She was terse and rude on the phone. I wrote back with a question on the formatting and a possible design change twice and left voicemails. She never responded. Worst cus...

k over our interactions with you, but are not seeing emails or voicemails from anyone with your name. We are also trying to find an inquiry from you in our system, but nothing is populating under your name or event date indicating that we had a phone consultation or sent a quote to you.
It is possible we experienced a technical issue on our side, but it’s strange that we are unable to find record of communications.

reached out to Paper & Home and soon started working with Rhiannon. She was soooo nice and helpful. I explained my situation and she was able to get the updated invitations out in two weeks. I also ordered a seating chart and welcome sign for our wedding from Paper and Home. I was originally going to do these signs on my own and get them printed somewhere else. But I’m so happy I went with Paper & Home because it’s like Rhiannon just knew what I wanted and was able to get it printed super quick!! HIGHLY recommend!!
