Lindsay spent a lot of time talking to us about my vision for our wedding day so she could match our stationary perfectly to our event. I appreciate her taking the time to listen to all of the details of our special day to help us create the perfect invitations for our event.
Lindsay was able to incorporate the monogram I began using well before meeting her and she worked it into our invitation suite. She even custom made cards with our logo on them so we could have a hand written note to each set of guests on our big day!
I came to her with a font that I found online that I really loved but couldn't find the name of. She was able to talk to her stationary community, figure out the font I loved and she purchased it so I could see samples of our invitation in that exact font! I was thrilled!!!
Lindsay helped guide us to the perfect wording to make sure our invitations sounded formal and communicated our requests without being "too much."
She gave honest feedback and advice as far as what we should and shouldn't include on our invitations.
She was quick to respond throughout our planning process and she offered high quality proofs so we knew exactly what we were getting.
She was patient with my indecisiveness and desire for everything to be perfect.
She incorporated colors from our theme (and glitter) which made me super happy!
She is knowledgable in regards to post offices that hand cancel invitations and since our wedding was at the Franklin Institute she shared with me the location of a post office in Old City that used a Ben Franklin hand cancelling stamp which was perfect!
Our calligraphy artist also does invitation suites and she was shocked that I had to assemble everything myself as far as the belly band, etc. I don't know if that is unusual or not since this has been my only wedding in life. =) It did take me verrrrry long to assemble everything. A full day. But it was a fun part of the wedding planning process.
The invitations were high quality. We received extras just in case anything was wrong. There were a few I had to skip over but since there were extras, it didn't matter! The font looked beautiful and the combination of colors and textures in our suite were perfect.
Our invitation perfectly set the tone for our black tie wedding!
I was so excited to pick up our invitations, put them together, send them out and then start receiving our response cards in the mail! We got lots of positive feedback from our guests.
Thanks for everything, Lindsay! I will always think of you and this fun part of our wedding day when I drive down Baltimore Pike!

The result was stunning - so many of our guests contacted us to comment on how unique and beautiful the invitations came out. saw her shop was in walking distance to my house I decided to call and set up an appointment. My mom and I went and she was great ! She sat down with us and took time to talk about the invites and what I would need. I chose a design of hers which I thought was pretty when I saw it but when I actually received the invites I couldn’t believe how beautiful and elegant they were ! She even helped me find a matching belly band that completed the look perfectly, let me add that she personally delivered them to me since they were backed ordered a couple days, not many would do that! Once people started receiving them I got so many texts and calls about how beautiful they were !! When I started planning my wedding I didn’t think invites were that important but Lindsay explained that they set the tone for the entire wedding since it’s the first impression people get and she was 100% right. First and foremost, her pricing is very competitive and reasonable for the services she offers.
Second, she is an excellent designer. She custom designed a graphic for us that pulled together our whole wedding - it was even referenced by our officiant during the homily of our wedding ceremony! I gave Lindsay little direction on what I was looking for and she designed a beautiful magnolia blooming over a gray antique map. It pulled together our wedding florals and “travel/adventure” theme. I loved it so much that we used it for the envelope liner, belly band, and the cover of our ceremony program.
Third, Lindsay is incredibly personable and easy to work with. I really enjoyed getting to know her. I appreciated her patience with all of the minor changes we made and her honest opinion during the design process.
Clearly, I can’t say enough good things about Paper & Posh. Trust me, just go with Lindsay.

I reached out to Lindsay and only a matter of an hour she responded back to me. Lindsay is easily accessible, which I loved because we both had a lot of emails back and forth. When I went to Paper & Posh, the office looked like Pinterest, which I found to be adorable. Lindsay spent some time getting to know myself and my fiancé. We also got to know Lindsay, she explained her background and how she got into this business. She explained the entire process to us and answered every question I had. I went to the appointment certain on what I wanted for an invitation, but once I sat down with Lindsay and she told me her ideas, I went with almost the complete opposite. You can build your own invitations from the ground up, which I thought was great.
My invitations came out beautiful, everything I imagined. Lindsay also works with a Calligrapher (Tennyson Tippy) and was able to get us connected with her. I had the Calligrapher do my envelopes and they look amazing. The process of getting the envelopes to and from her was so easy. Lindsay helped orchestrate that and the Calligrapher was so great. She even sent me some samples when she started working on my envelopes so I can see how things were coming along. I plan on having Tennyson do my seating chart because I loved her calligraphy so much.
Trust me when I say if you go here you will not be disappointed. The process was so easy and so quick. I look forward to working with Lindsay on my thank you cards. I highly recommend Paper & Posh!!

t samples that met all of my specifications, give me the information that I needed with regard to quantity, when to have the A- and B- lists respond by, a variety of ways to make the invitation more or less formal, etc.
Lindsay worked with the stationary company to get me the proofs in a timely manner, she kept me on my schedule, and she made sure that was able to see a proof for every little revision that I made. She even fact-checked the invite to find an error that I had missed in my 50 re-reads of the invitation.
I am thrilled with how the invitations came out and I am about to work on doing a MadLibs-style guest book card (cooler than I am making it sound -- just ask her for examples), seating cards showing the guest's choice of meal with a cute graphic, possibly gift tags for the wedding favor, and likely thank you's that coordinate with the invitations.
I'm so grateful that I am able to just propose a concept and have Linday/Paper&Posh make it come to life in a way that makes me look like a very together bride and is still representative of me. I look forward to working with her for the next 2 months and certainly if I needed invites/stationary for future events.
