She is super professional and always has great communication. No matter what questions we had she always made sure our questions were answered in a timely manner. Chelsea and her team made all of our wedding dreams come true. She truly cares about each and every one of her clients and puts such an amazing personal touch on everything she does. She was able to capture our modern, tropical vibe so quickly. Throughout the design process, everything Chelsea showed us, I truly loved. It was like she's known us for years that she picked out just what we liked. She even created a perfect lounge area for us and helped us get this black couch, which she knew I loved. Chelsea will help make your day everything you dreamed of down to each and every detail. She makes such an effort to be there for all her clients. She even came with my to my hair trial and really made sure I felt comfortable. Chelsea will advocate for you and really strives to make sure each of her clients are happy. She coordinated with all of our vendors and helped the process flow so nicely. Not only is she an amazingly talented wedding planner, but Chelsea is also such an amazing human being and such a warm, kind soul. It has been an absolute privilege to have her as our wedding planner. Our wedding was amazing, and we couldn’t have done it without Chelsea. The evening flowed so smoothly. Chelsea even made sure I got to eat my food and helped my husband make sure he was drinking water. We highly recommend using Pearl Weddings as your planner! Chelsea is the best of the best!

There are great wedding planners, and then there is Chelsea Suddes. Chelsea is in a category ALL HER OWN! My husband and I got married at The Wadsworth on 5/13/2023, and I cannot begin to express how absolutely incredible Chelsea and her team at Pearl Weddings & Events were. From the moment we met Chelsea, we knew we were in good hands, but little did we know just how exceptional her services would be. Chelsea effortlessly took our vision and turned it into a dream wedding beyond our wildest imagination. Her impeccable taste, creativity, and talent for event design is unmatched. She listened carefully to our preferences, our lifestyles, and our personalities, and then effortlessly incorporated them into every aspect of the wedding - from the vendors, to the furniture, even down to the fonts used in the stationery! The result was a beautifully cohesive and ridiculously FUN celebration that felt uniquely "us." Chelsea's superpower is that she can create weddings that feel uniquely perfect to the couple she is working with. For example, she had the idea to incorporate my husband's restaurant, The Pineapple Club, into our wedding by creating a "Pineappily Ever After" lounge next to the dance floor. It was SUCH a hit with our guests, and such a meaningful part of the day! Chelsea's talents go far beyond design. She managed every aspect of the planning process with such professionalism and attention to detail that we felt completely at ease throughout. From choosing the perfect vendors who aligned with our style and budget to handling intricate day-of logistics flawlessly, Chelsea demonstrated a level of expertise that truly sets her apart. Multiple people in my family commented on how smoothly the wedding day went, and how amazing Chelsea was! Her warmth, kindness, and genuine care for us as a couple made the planning process not only stress-free but also enjoyable. For example, one of my initial "worries" ahead of the wedding was that my male family members would dominate the passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, leaving my female guests hungry or unable to get enough food. Chelsea made sure this did not happen! She took full control of the situation and even spoke with the catering staff to make sure they kept an eye out for any female/more introverted guests who were interested in the passed apps. The day of, I was SO happy to hear that everyone got enough food, and I was so grateful to Chelsea for delivering on this "unique" request! Our wedding day was an absolute fairytale, and we have Chelsea to thank for making it a reality. Investing in Chelsea's services was the BEST investment I made throughout the entire wedding planning process; the day would not have been as amazing without her. Because of Chelsea, my husband and I were able to fully savor every precious moment with each other and our loved ones. Chelsea and her team are amazing! From the moment we first talked to her we could tell that she is truly a kind caring person. Chelsea helped to make both the planning and actual wedding stress free and fun. She and her team are super organized. All of the vendors she helped us select were hand picked to suit our tastes, personality & budget. The day of our wedding was stress free and beautiful. We truly got to enjoy the day knowing Chelsea and all of our wedding vendors had everything covered (ex: when my husband had an upset stomach from not eating lunch before the ceremony our photographer and Chelsea coordinated to have some snacks right when we arrived before the ceremony). The design of our wedding was beautiful and brought in so much of our personalities. We are so thrilled with our decision to hire Chelsea and agree with our guests that it was the best wedding ever.

Hiring Chelsea was hands down the best decision I made in planning my wedding. We were planning our Connecticut wedding from across the country in California, and having her there as an expert and coordinator was amazing. I also valued her opinions on design and the way she thought about practical elements of a wedding along with the aesthetic. It was important to have someone familiar with logistics of an outdoor rented wedding, and she certainly had a ton of great advice there. On the actual day I was worried about absolutely ZERO thanks to Chelsea and her team. Everything looks amazing and we had the best day ever. I also found her pricing very fair especially given her talent, attention, and quality of her work. She’s just lovely and is always on your side!

I can't even begin to explain how amazing Chelsea is (and her team). She took my vision and turned it into reality. Chelsea wasn't only my planner/designer, she was my friend. Truly I cannot put into words how much having The Pearl Wedding team meant to us. They are truly a world class group of people. They made our wedding planning experience seamless and our day was absolute perfection. They thought of things in the planning process I wouldn't have ever caught, they handled last minute changes and scenarios with ease. I even forgot my comfy shoes to change into after the ceremony and they had someone run out to buy me a new pair. Hiring their team is a decision you will never regret!

We got married this past weekend and it was an absolute dream come true. Every detail was perfect and it was all thanks to Chelsea and the Pearl team. There aren't enough words for me to express how thrilled my husband and I were with everything Chelsea and her Pearl Weddings & Events team did for us. We had a small wedding at a home in Mystic due to immune compromised family members, but were worried that it wouldn't feel like a special event. Chelsea went above and beyond to create the most wonderful experience for not only my husband and I, but for our families as well. The gorgeous design elements were planned down to every detail. From the tablescapes, to the flowers, and everything in between, we were in complete awe. Chelsea transformed the space to the point that we felt it was a different house. All along the way, Chelsea was also the kindest and most understanding person. She braved the cold and wind and smiled at us as we took our photos, even dancing in the background just to make us more comfortable. Then, she was waiting with a blanket as we entered the house, even helping to remove goose poop from my dress, which was certainly not in the contract! :) We truly cannot recommend Pearl Weddings enough. Our wedding was a relaxing and beautiful experience from start to finish, and that is a direct result of Chelsea and her team. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and their unending excitement for your special day is heartwarming. We will be forever grateful.

Chelsea from Pearl Weddings & Events was a complete life saver! She started eight weeks before our wedding and helped us so much by coordinating with vendors, making our timeline, and making sure we had everything booked correctly. We had made some mistakes when planning ourselves that she caught and fixed, which made a huge difference. She is also the nicest person with most calming yet upbeat presence. I wish we had hired her as a full service planner from the start! Our wedding day was an absolute dream thanks to Chelsea.

My husband and said “I do” in October of 2021. I’ve sat down to write a review for Chelsea and her team a few times, each time I felt that my words fell short when it came to describing how thankful we are to have found Chelsea. Chelsea is a beautiful, honest, kind and talented soul. She was so insightful and thoughtful and handled everything with grace while planning our wedding (during a pandemic) We didn’t know Chelsea for a long period of time but we felt like we had know her forever because from the very beginning she took the time to really learn about who my husband and I are. There were a lot of moving parts to our day…Chelsea and her team had everything under control and were prepared for even the slightest issue the could arise. For example 10 mins before walking down the aisle Chelsea whipped out a tide pen to remove a mud stain from my dress! My hero!

Chelsea and the Pearl Weddings team are absolute dreams. They are completely dedicated to making every vision a reality. Because of COVID, we ended up working with Chelsea for nearly two years, and through two events: an intimate backyard ceremony and our dream vow renewal and reception a year later. Both events were perfect representations of my husband and me. Despite Pearl Weddings popularity and busy schedule, they always made us feel as if we were their only clients. Not only was our wedding this year picture perfect, it was the least stressful day I’ve had in years. With Chelsea’s hard work and Casey by our side on the day of, my husband and I were able to dance, eat our delicious food, and enjoy all of our guests. I recommend Pearl Weddings to absolutely anyone who wants their day to represent them, and want to actually enjoy it. We wouldn’t have been able to pull it together without them.

Hiring Pearl Weddings and Events (Chelsea and Alana in particular) was the single best decision I made throughout our whole wedding planning process. Being a COVID couple, we had the roll with the punches of rescheduling, uncertainty around mandates and regulations - not to mention the regular stress of planning a huge event! I knew I needed help and Chelsea & her team were recommended to me by our venue. After the first 10 minutes of our *complimentary* consultation with Chelsea, we knew she and her team were the right fit for us. Throughout COVID, Chelsea was there for anything I needed, even if it was just reassurance or emotional support. I was devastated when I found out that due to us having to postpone, we’d have to work with a different member of the team. However, enter Alana!!! I don’t have words for what Alana meant to us on our wedding day and the days leading up to it. She was a calm presence and seemed to anticipate our needs - almost reading our minds! Not only did she take my vision for decor and made it come to life, but she personally made sure our day ran seamlessly. At one point, my husband lost his backpack during the ride from the church to the hotel, and within 5 minutes of mentioning it to Alana, she found it and delivered it straight to our room so we could continue to enjoy or reception. Not only was she organized, detail oriented and a stunning professional, but she was incredibly kind, empathetic, and most of all, genuinely happy to be a part of our day. You can’t say that about most vendors. Your wedding day isn’t just a job to the Pearl Team. My husband and I can’t put into words how amazing it was to work with this wonderful group of people. I’m so sad the wedding is over because we came to think of them as friends, not vendors! Amazing people. Their talent, creativity and execution are second to none. 10/10 recommend and WILL hire again. Stop your search! If Pearl is available, BOOK THEM! You will not regret it.

Where do I even begin? Chelsea from Pearl Weddings has been a friend, organizational expert, therapist, mediator, crisis manager, designer, creative problem solver, and cheerleader to us since the moment we had our introductory call with her. Aside from assembling a literal team of wedding Avengers, with the best, kindest, and coolest vendors I've ever encountered, Chelsea always made it seem like we were the most important couple in the world and our wedding, no matter what happened, would be a beautiful reflection of our love and joy. She radiated that happiness and joy right back to us at every turn - even when something silly or random was stressing us out, she always calmed our nerves and assured us that everything would be taken care of. And lo and behold, on the big day, everything was taken care of and my husband and I felt like all we had to do was float through the day. The whole thing still feels like a beautiful dream, and we truly couldn't have done it without the ANGEL that is Chelsea Suddes. I could go on and on, but I'll just say, hiring Pearl Weddings was one of the best decisions we've ever made.

Chelsea and her team are the utmost professionals. We initially thought we could handle the planning for our wedding ourselves, but were soooooo glad we ultimately hired Pearl Weddings & Events. There were so many unanticipated details to coordinate. Chelsea and her team took over with grace and represented us exactly the way we would have wanted had we handled things ourselves. If you only take one thing away from everything I’m about to write, let it be this: hire Chelsea and her amazing team at Pearl Weddings and Events! It will be one of the best decisions you make about your big day. Shortly after I got engaged, my Instagram algorithm kept showing me everything wedding related in Connecticut. I kept seeing beautiful events and noticed that many of them were planned by Pearl. I looked into Pearl and Chelsea and got an immediate good vibe! When my now-husband and I had a meeting with her, I knew within a few minutes that she was smart, genuine, organized, sweet, and a beautiful soul. If you’re thinking this is an odd way to describe a professional wedding planner… you haven’t met Chelsea yet. We decided to work with her and got to planning! Chelsea guided us with our vendors, and she handled setting up all the vendor meetings and venue tours and was with us every step of the way. I have a much easier time explaining what I don’t like rather than what I do like, and she totally got what I was explaining for our design and vision about the day in general. She brought us to look at the magical venue we ended up choosing, which we never would have known about if it weren’t for her. Our wedding date was set for June 2020 and planning was a breeze for us! Until the world kind of went a little crazy and in March 2020 we decided to postpone our wedding. We opted to push it to June 2021 - Chelsea was AMAZING and reached out to all our vendors to communicate with them and rebook. A month after we made the decision to postpone, my father passed away. He had been struggling with Parkinson’s and dementia for some time, and Chelsea understood my concerns with making sure he could be at my wedding and we talked about all the accommodations for the day to ensure things would go smoothly. During planning and after he passed, Chelsea wasn’t only my planner; she was a friend and sometimes even a therapist when I needed a phone call to calm my nerves. A few months later, our catering company closed and we had to start over - once again, Chelsea provided us with several companies she had already reached out to about availability and pricing - all we had to do was show up for tastings and choose. The weekend of our wedding, Chelsea was a literal superhero. After helping us organize a great rehearsal dinner the night before, she was on site the morning of our wedding with her awesome team! Every single person on her team was kind and meticulous as they worked to put together our day. When a guest had an issue, Chelsea was there to help or answer questions. When part of my dress decided to come apart, Chelsea miraculously appeared with a needle and thread and stitched it back up perfectly. Truth be told, I am always the “planner” and take care of everything - it’s difficult for me to let anyone else take the wheel. But Chelsea and her team had me completely at ease and I knew that they were on top of everything. I honestly can’t say enough about how spectacular Pearl Weddings and Events is. If you’re looking for someone that’s professional, organized, caring, genuine, and has a contagious positive energy, the team at Pearl is exactly what you need.

Chelsea, and Pearl Weddings team.. I don’t even know where to begin. First of all, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding day better than our dreams. Our day wouldn’t have been anywhere near as perfect as it was without them. From the very first conversation I had with Chelsea she was so helpful, accommodating and funny! I knew right then I couldn’t do it without her.. and I’m so glad I didn’t!! She has a passion for creating beautiful weddings for her clients, and she is the most genuine person I’ve ever met. Chelsea and the Pearl Wedding team were BEYOND AMAZING!!! I seriously could not have gotten through the day without them. From our first phone call Chelsea was extremely helpful, kind, funny, and really made me feel at ease. I was getting stressed about the wedding with COVID and struggling to really see how everything was going to come together, so Chelsea made sure that my vision came to life and helped keep me calm leading up to the day. On our wedding day we had unseasonably cold weather and rain, which was obviously not an ideal situation, but Chelsea quickly changed plans and ensured that the day was perfect (she even took off her sweater and gave it to me to make sure I was warm during our photos)! I seriously could not have done this without her and her team and I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend working with Chelsea and the rest of the Pearl Wedding team.

Chelsea and the team at Pearl Weddings & Events turned our home and street into an amazing, beautiful and elegant block party style wedding. Our guests were in awe as they stepped off the bus, walked down the street and were welcomed to a festive and beautiful wedding day. Chelsea listened to my daughter and her fiancee's (now husband) wedding hopes and ideas and brought it to life. I would also like to add the vendors she uses are of highest quality and fun individuals. The whole day went as planned and I, as mother of the bride, just got to enjoy the day and not worry because Chelsea was there through out the day making sure we enjoyed ourselves.

As our wedding planning weathered the changing winds of covid restrictions (including a total change of venue two months prior to the event), Chelsea and Pearl Weddings was there to do all the heavy lifting. For us, working with Pearl was the best decision we made after deciding to get hitched in the first place. Six stars.

Chelsea Suddes of Pearl Weddings & Events is a true partner with your best interest at heart and you can't go wrong with her in your corner. What impressed us most about Chelsea when we hired her was her calm demeanor, her deep knowledge and experience, and most importantly, that she really listened to what we were looking for, asked probing questions, and passionately worked with us to make our dream a reality. She gave us amazing vendor recommendations and helped us design the perfect day that embraced us to every last detail. For added context, we locked in our fall 2020 wedding date in early 2020 (right before things jumped up a notch in terms of craziness) and hired Chelsea early summer (<5 months out!). Planning a wedding during a pandemic certainly had its stresses, but Chelsea was with us through every change in state health guidelines, all of the creative brainstorming sessions, and every Hail Mary pivot (we're talking "last minute Silent Disco to beat noise ordinances" level Hail Mary's) and we were able to keep our original date and have an amazing wedding with our guests comfortable, largely because of Chelsea's direction, guidance and support. If you're thinking of hiring a wedding planner, we highly encourage you to take a call with her and within the first five minutes of your call, you'll see for yourself what we're talking about.

I can not recommend Chelsea and the team at Pearl Weddings & Events enough. With just two months until my wedding, I reached out to Chelsea in hopes that she could help us re-design our wedding as we did not want to postpone due to covid. Going from a 200 person planned wedding to a 50 person microwedding, I had absolutely no idea where to start. From my first conversation with Chelsea she immediately put me at ease and without even meeting her in person I trusted her 100% with every detail. Not only is she such a genuine person, there is no denying her passion for creating the most beautiful weddings for her clients. Although this was not the wedding we originally planned, it was even more beautiful then we could have ever imagined. Where do I start? We decided to hire Chelsea back in July when everything was questionable due to the pandemic. We instantly knew Chelsea was the BEST person to help me with planning my wedding! I asked Chelsea to do a design board for me and she went right to work. When I saw it, I knew that she heard every thing I said. She was able to understand me better than I understood myself. Her talent and attention to detail can not matched. This past weekend was my wedding and I had her keep a lot of it a surprise, so when I walked in I was in complete shock! She worked with every one of my vendors to bring about the most PERFECT day we could have ever imagined. The details her team put into everything blew me away! Chelsea worked with a calligrapher she suggested to design our seating chart and it was INCREDIBLE! If anything went wrong at my wedding, I had no idea because they were taking care of it. Hiring Chelsea and her wonderful team was the BEST decision I made for my wedding, and I am so grateful for not only the amazing job they did, but to have met such beautiful people. I will always be cheering Chelsea and her team on from the sidelines and will find any excuse to use them again! We love you guys!

My husband and I got married a few weeks ago - and our wedding day was absolutely incredible, all thanks to Chelsea. We hired Chelsea before Covid was even a word in our vocabulary - and now having been through the wedding planning process with Covid, we can confidently say, hiring Chelsea was THE BEST decision. She was proactive and pragmatic, and helped us take things one step at a time to reach the best decision, for us. She was centered on us through the entire process - our wants and wishes, our needs, our families, etc. - and as a result, we had the wedding day of our dreams! We can't imagine a wedding day without Chelsea. She is made of magic. We were totally blown away all day and night by the hardwork, creativity and thoughtfulness that Chelsea and Jill brought to our wedding day - and we still are blown away a month later. With no DJ for our micro-wedding, Chelsea swept in within seconds to subtly turn the music down as grandpa began an impromptu grace. She pulled candles out of her back pocket because we forgot to make sure our cake table was well lit. She repurposed flowers, frames and decor throughout the night to make every space feel perfect and thoughtful, and to tie the entire evening together. The best part is that we noticed these small details, but our guests didn't have a clue! And it's not only the tangible things - Chelsea had a pulse on every person, giving individual care and attention to anything and everything that was going on all day. This was such a weight-lifted for my husband and I, and allowed us to truly enjoy our wedding. We feel so lucky that we get to do it all over again with Chelsea next year, when it is (hopefully!) safe to celebrate with all of our friends and family. I'm a wedding photographer so I work with a lot of wedding planners. I have yet to meet one as talented, friendly, ambitious and on-point as Chelsea. She was beyond awesome to work with leading up to the wedding and her organization skills are perfection. I'm still in awe of her decor skills as well. The wedding was so beautifully aesthetically gorgeous. She made Kylie and Gary's day perfect and my job incredibly easy with her organization. I cannot wait to work with her again! I encourage any couple wanting a wedding planner to work with Chelsea!

Working with Chelsea was not only a wonderful experience but her level of confidence and “get-it-done” attitude helped keep me calm during the stress of planning and executing a party! We had to move the event twice due to COVID and Chelsea was amazing with rescheduling and handling all the vendors. We also had significant issues with our venue host and Chelsea took them all on without bringing the stress to my plate (I found out later how cool she is under pressure!). I cant tell you enough that my event had a lot of challenges – our venue decided not to tell Chelsea they had no power/restrooms until the day before – saying we needed to cancel. That was NOT part of Chelsea’s plan – this event was happening - not only did she find a generator and lux restrooms at a minutes notice the day before the event, but her and my caterer, pulled off a 55 person outdoor event with no electricity! Chelsea works magic – in concept, design and execution. I'm a hard to please Attorney - I mean it when I say, look no further because Chelsea cant be matched! Im looking forward to having another party just so I can work with her again – don’t waste your time interviewing other Event planners – Chelsea is the REAL deal!

This review has taken us WAY to long to write, but our wedding in September 2019 was absolutely MADE by the work of Chelsea at Pearl Weddings & Events. Right away, Chelsea honed in on the vision we had for our day and executed it in a way better fashion than we could have even envisioned. She made sure every detail was beautiful and purposeful and meaningful to us and our guests. Not only that, but Chelsea took any small opportunity to make the day go smoother. From dropping off extra mirrors to the bridal suite for getting ready (without me even having to ask) to practically army crawling down the aisle in a way that nobody noticed to deliver our wedding bands to a groomsmen before we even realized they were missing. Our wedding party still jokingly refers to her as our wedding "ninja". My bridesmaid said "I want a Chelsea when I get married". No matter what your vision is for your day, Pearl Weddings & Events will deliver. They will guide you along in the process, offer practical advice and ideas, but not push any of their own bias on you. Let them make your day a reflection of YOU and your love above anything else - plus a little extra added beautification and ease. You won't regret it!

We hired Pearl Weddings & Events for month-of planning, and my only regret is that we did not go for the full wedding planning service. We were so impressed with Chelsea during the planning process that we also asked her to help coordinate the rehearsal dinner and welcome party the evening before the wedding. She was effective and supportive in so many ways, but a few areas really stood out: Communicative: Chelsea is responsive, as well as thorough and thoughtful in her responses. She was easy to reach and made herself available to answer my questions – however small. She was also great at managing communications from multiple vendors (and personalities!) throughout the many months of planning. Action-oriented: Chelsea gets things done! This was especially evident in her ability to organize several rental vendors and make sure the right rentals (i.e. chairs, flatware, glassware, etc.) got to the right place, at the right time. Even after the wedding was over, she facilitated the return of a lost case of glassware while we were on our honeymoon. Genuine: Chelsea was incredibly positive and supportive from the moment we met her. She sincerely cares about the people she works with and her kindhearted disposition is exactly what we needed during what was sometimes a stressful process. Overall, Chelsea is incredibly talented and passionate about what she does, and any couple would be lucky to work with her to realize their wedding vision!

Chelsea and her team were absolutely amazing! From the moment we met with her, we knew she was for us. We had already found a site and vendors and she jumped in and started working with everyone. She coordinated the day, developed a timeline and worked with the vendors, taking all the stress from us. On the day of the wedding, she was fantastic. Even when there was a small glitch, she was able to handle it in stride as if nothing happened. I was hesitant about getting a planner for our wedding, but after working with Chelsea I wouldn't have it any other way. She is the one you need to have on your day.

If you are looking for a wedding coordinator that will go above and beyond what is expected then look no further! Chelsea is amazing! We got married in September in a barn. The vibe we were going for was relaxed and to be able to just be ourselves. Chelsea listened to every detail we wanted to include and made sure that it was going to be the perfect day. It was honestly the best day of my life. She made sure every detail was perfect she even put together a quick card table when I completely forgot to include one. She never once asked me where it was or what I was going to do she just set up a beautiful table and continued on. She handled every little issue during the day without ever calling me once. She just let me get ready and enjoy the company of my friends and family completely stress free. When I finally got to see the inside of the barn that day with all of guests inside I still get goosebumps. It was better than I could've imagined. Chelsea's great energy and organization is the perfect combination to create the most amazing wedding. I highly recommend her to be your wedding coordinator.

Our wedding was two weeks ago and we are still coming down off the high of such a wonderful weekend. Chelsea was truly a delight to work with and I would recommend her to anyone! My husband and I live in Amsterdam, and planning our wedding from thousands of miles away was a daunting task. Chelsea expertly managed all of the vendors and detail of the day, approaching everything with charm and enthusiasm. While she was awesome the entire time, she really blew us away the days leading up to the wedding. She took care of EVERYTHING, got her hands dirty and ran around (literally) in order to make our dreams come true. It wouldn't have been the same event without her - we are forever grateful!!

Where do I start? Chelsea is an incredible human and a phenomenal wedding planner. Every detail, every request, every email, executed on with perfection and with extremely good vibes throughout the year-long process. Chelsea planned our wedding at Hasbrouck House upstate - we wanted a garden party wedding and an entire weekend full of festivities (Friday pig roast, outdoor movie, bonfire, taco truck, brunch) and we got everything we wanted and more! All we ever had to do was tell Chelsea what we wanted or show her a photo of our vision and it was done. And she did all of this while staying in budget. Her knowledge, resources, responsiveness and just overall demeanor made our year of planning seamless and fun! And on the day of the wedding, everything was perfect. Everything was on time, everyone was taken care of, my dress (which was wrinkly and silk) was magically un-wrinkled by this woman! It was the most magical weekend of our lives. No matter what wedding you want or what budget you have, this woman will do it for you. Chelsea is the BEST decision we made (after deciding to get married).

Having Chelsea as a wedding planner was invaluable. She has an amazing passion for what she does. She helped us to find vendors that would match our vision and the final product of our wedding was a dream! If it had not been for Chelsea we wouldn't have been as relaxed on our wedding day and throughout the planning process. She was truly there for us even through the hot hot weather we received our wedding weekend. We look forward to reminiscing about the amazing memories she helped us to create for years to come!

Everyone told us don’t stress about the little things, your wedding day won’t go as exactly as you planned, etc. but literally everything went perfectly, just as we had planned (with Chelsea’s help), and was even exactly on time! It was all thanks to Chelsea and her work with our vendors. She came in for our month of coordination when we realized we needed help with a bunch of room flips during the wedding. She ended up doing so much more than we could have ever imagined when we hired her. We are endlessly grateful for her and everything she did to go above and beyond so that we could have the absolute perfect wedding day (and even perfect rehearsal). She spent the time to catch up on all of our ideas, details, and everything that mattered to us. She put together an amazing timeline that was such a relief to have and coordinated with all of our vendors to execute it. She was super responsive to our type-A requests, numerous questions, and checklists. She also truly took the time to get to know us. She does all of the big things, but she also pays attention to every single tiny detail. Just as a few examples, she was up late the night before our wedding setting our clock centerpieces to midnight and setting up our tables. She went to our hotel to make sure the buses left on schedule because she knew we were concerned about that. She even checked and fixed my makeup before our first look. She came early the day before and the day of our wedding and stayed late to see it all through. Her design visions and ideas are absolutely gorgeous and she even brought her own candles to add a few more touches in our venue. We will never know the full extent of everything that she did for us because she truly just takes care of it for you. We cannot say enough good things about her and Pearl Weddings. Our parents are still talking about her and how grateful they were she was there. She was a huge stress reliever for everyone. Looking back, we do not know what we would have done without Chelsea. We recommend her highly and to every engaged couple we know. This is her absolute passion and she is so incredibly talented.

I entered the process of planning my wedding with the assumption that I couldn't afford a wedding planner, and that other folks (the caterer and venue coordinator specifically) would be serving in that role. I could not have been more wrong. As we got closer and closer to our wedding date, I realized we had no one who was going to help coordinate the ceremony, rehearsal, and assist with overall day of coordination. I'm so happy that I found Chelsea! It made sense for us to go with her month-of coordination package, but if I could do it all over again I would have hired her from the start! She is sunshine personified - all of my family and bridal party commented on how amazing it was to have Chelsea as well as Evan Chestnutt supporting us through the entire day. Our wedding would not have gone nearly as smoothly as it did without these amazing ladies. I cannot recommend Chelsea and Pearl Weddings highly enough!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Chelsea! We had an outdoor wedding at my home in September. My daughter & son-in-law live out of state. Chelsea expertly coordinated the vendors to provide a variety of options. She tactfully navigated the very few bumps our family had in the decision making process. Each of us had our own vision of how we wanted the day to transpire and wanted to put our personal touches on the event. We loved that we could contract for the level of service we required. As the mother of the bride, I could not have asked for more. On the wedding day, Chelsea handled every single detail which left me free to be totally immersed in the celebration.
