Pengyew Chin is by far the best caterer in the Pioneer Valley. He not only provided an incredibly delicious buffet for my wedding, but also took care of ordering the table/chair/linen rentals for me, set up the tables and chairs in a stunning a...rrangement in the reception hall, and helped me plan out how much alcohol to provide for the evening. His waitstaff is top notch, too; he and his staff were so easy to work with throughout the entire planning process, and he delivered 110% of what he promised. Our guests are STILL talking about how delicious the food was, and how beautifully the room was arranged (we got married at the Amherst Woman's Club). I highly highly recommend him!
