We had our wedding there this past Saturday and it was everything we could have asked for and more! The staff were all so helpful and so good at what they do, especially Carina and Lisa!! We would recommend them to anyone!

There’s truly a lot of positive feedback I could say about Penn Oaks. But I’ll try to keep it short! The entire staff is wonderful and every time we visited Penn Oaks, we felt very welcomed! The banquet manager, Lisa, is great and made sure my husband and I were taken care of during the reception. Sarah, our coordinator, is one of the best people I’ve ever met. She’s very good at her job and is such a sweet and friendly person. Sarah is part of the reason we booked Penn Oaks! But the overall venue was great and they even had a place for the guys to hang out before the ceremony, which my husband really loved! Overall, nothing but positive feedback for Penn Oaks!

We just had our wedding there last weekend. Penn Oaks was amazing. They made everything so easy and simple! Sarah was awesome! The food was amazing and they set up everything for us! 5 stars!

We had both our ceremony and reception at Penn Oaks in October 2017. We were looking for a venue that was inclusive in their services and made the work pretty minimal on our end. Carina helped us out as our coordinator and also acted as our day-of resource. She is the best! She's very responsive to e-mail and was always helpful and positive. She made sure we were on top of our responsibilities as she structures it so that you have everything done about 10 days prior to your big day so you're not worrying about last minute things the day of. My wedding guests still talk about the food spread and how much they loved everything they ate. I really can't think of one negative to say about this venue or its staff.

My husband and I got married at Penn Oaks a few weeks ago, and I cannot get over how absolutely perfect it was! The bridesmaids and I arrived early to get ready in the gorgeous Bridal suite and from there, they day was amazing. The whole area is gorgeous for pictures and for our outdoor ceremony. Thankfully it didn't not rain, but if it did, I knew we were in good hands and their tented area would have been just as great. From the beginning, our coordinator Sarah did a fantastic job. She always made sure we were happy and made the planning process a breeze. Everyone the day of the wedding was so attentive and great! Sarah and Lisa made sure there were no issues and it was the perfect day. I am so happy we went with them and cannot say enough great things about them! My guests are still talking about how this was the best wedding they've attended!

The venue space is gorgeously stunning and the food was amazing. Beautiful bridal suite that is an exceptional space for fun and preparations. My brother had an amazing wedding experience and for that, I’m grateful. Spoke with the event coordinator/director regarding communication suggestions and was extremely impressed at her receipt of the suggestions and her genuine goal to make every bride and grooms day exceptional and unforgettable.

My husband and I just had our wedding reception at Penn Oaks at the end of July. From the first time I walked in, I knew it was and had to be our venue! The people were so welcoming, the ballroom was pretty and the balcony/patio was beautiful! Throughout the process I worked with Carina and she was wonderful. She made sure all the details were in and organized and assured me every step of the way. She even sewed my dress in the middle of the reception due to my button being missing. Steve the owner also made me feel great every time I saw him and let me know they were going to make my day great, and it was true! I got so many compliments on the food and that it was the best afternoon wedding people have been to!

Choosing Penn Oaks for our wedding venue was, hands down, the best decision my husband and I could have made for our wedding. From the first day we toured the venue and met with our wonderful coordinator, Carina, we knew with 100% confidence that we were in great hands. The setting is beautiful. Rain or shine, they have a beautiful ceremony and reception space. Carina was on top of every detail and had an answer/solution for all of our questions and concerns. Throughout the planning process, I never doubted that the day of was going to go smoothly, because she was so calm, organized, and prepared for any situation. Everyone we interacted with throughout our time working with Penn Oaks went out of their way to make us feel taken care of. On a couple of occasions the week before the wedding when two of my bridesmaids and I stopped by to drop off decorations, various members of the grounds crew stopped what they were doing to help us carry things in or drive us up to the front door in a golf cart. When our wedding day came, every single thing was perfect, and beautiful, and prepared exactly as planned. Everyone there that day went to such effort to help give us exactly the day that we had been hoping for. If your budget allows, the fireworks display is an amazing addition, and something your guests aren't likely to have seen other weddings. Finally, while you can't put a price tag on the peace of mind that they gave us throughout the planning process and up until the wedding, the value you get at Penn Oaks is phenomenal. The delicious food options, the customer service, the dedication they give to their couples, and just the sheer amount that they provide as part of their wedding packages, is truly remarkable. The contract is super simple, with no hidden extra charges for anything, which we so appreciated. We loved Penn Oaks, and we're so grateful for the amazing and unforgettable day they gave us. My husband and I had our reception at Penn Oaks in April of this year. Carina was our wedding coordinator. From the very start when we began our venue search, we both knew that Penn Oaks was the perfect fit and they did not disappoint!! Carina was so helpful and accommodating through every step of the process. I can't say enough kind words about the staff there and how warm and friendly they always were. Penn Oaks really knows how to put together the perfect event, from the planning process all the way up to the big day. My guests have not stopped raving about the food especially!!!

I am SO happy that I chose Penn Oaks for my wedding! Seriously, they know how to do weddings. As a person who didn't want to spend a lot of money on decor, it was amazing that the venue was already so beautiful! The ceremony space was stunning. I loved that I could have the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one gorgeous location. Carina was my coordinator and she went above and beyond anything I could have expected! She helped me from the beginning with the details and on the day-of made it so that I didn't have to worry about anything! She even bustled my dress and fetched me shoes to change into for the reception. The prices are amazingly reasonable and include so much, such as the wedding cake, alcohol, and more. They have their own centerpieces and table numbers that you can use if you wish. The food tasted so good and the tasting several months prior was included. The bridal suite is also so nice - it even has an entire salon setup. There is so much more to say about how great Penn Oaks is, but it is such a great choice especially for brides who do not want to have to worry about their wedding!

I am so glad we chose Penn Oaks as our wedding venue! Everyone there is amazing. Our coordinator Dawn was a pro, the owner Steve was there on most of our visits (and even helped us bring things in from the car!), and the banquet manager Lisa was like a second mom during the reception, making sure we had drinks and anything else we needed. These people know what they're doing, and everything went according to plan. The venue itself is beautiful, but the staff and the food really make it unforgettable. Most of our guests were full after cocktail hour, but that didn't stop them from finishing their plates at dinner too! Thank you to everyone at Penn Oaks for giving us such a special day!

Penn Oaks country club has excellent staff members who are there for you throughout your time. I had Carina as my event coordinator and she was extremely helpful, patient, and helped me with some decision making. The space is spacious. Our guests had a great time during our wedding. The food is good as well. It was a cloudy day but I'm sure the pictures looks great.

Penn Oaks models itself on being "simply perfect" - and Dawn, Steve, Lisa and their team truly delivered on a simply perfect wedding. We weren't really looking for a country club reception initially, but Penn Oaks had great reviews and we're local to the area, so we stopped by. Instantly, we were sold by the gorgeous venue, but really, it was Dawn (the event manager) who sold us. She was so helpful to my husband and I, as we were newbies to wedding planning and had NO IDEA what we were doing. She encouraged us to shop around and even gave us a list of questions to ask other vendors. Long story short, Penn Oaks was by far the best bang for our buck, and we booked our wedding for May 2018. Throughout the process, the Penn Oaks team couldn't have been more amazing. Dawn was there every step of the way to make sure we were feeling good and did her best to alleviate any stress we had. Also, a huge shout out to Steve DiMarco, the owner and GM. Leading up to the wedding, we stopped by Penn Oaks frequently, Steve not only knew us by name, but treated us like family. We also witnessed him setting up and scrubbing chairs himself prior to another couple's wedding - have you ever heard of the owner doing such a thing?! They are just such a team there that we knew our day would be amazing. Fast forward to our wedding day - it was raining all week and I was in panic mode. Dawn and Steve ensured us that they would take care of everything. And they did. Throughout the night, we had multiple guests tell us that our cocktail hour was the best they had ever been to - SO much food, and it was all delicious! The rave continued on with dinner, and the rest of the evening. Lisa, the banquet manager, checked in on us constantly to make sure everything was perfect, and it was. From planning to execution, you will not be disappointed with Penn Oaks. Everything was just so easy, which is what you need throughout this process. Thanks so much to Dawn, Steve, Lisa, and the rest of the team, for truly making our wedding day simply perfect.

Our wedding was absolutely stunning at the venue. The food was delicious, and I am a very tough critic. The salmon and duck entrees were perfectly cooked and cocktail hour was incredible. All the seafood at the raw bar was cleaned thoroughly and the presentation of each station was clean and elegant. Carina was our coordinator throughout the process and she was very sweet to deal with. Dawn was our banquet coordinator that day of and she was very helpful as well. The newly renovated bridal suite was lovely and a great place to spend the day with my bridal party. I was originally told we would be the only event at the venue that day, but there were several things going on that afternoon. I was not thrilled about that, but it all worked out. Also, my florist was not able to hang the floating votive candles to my floral centerpieces because Penn Oaks said it was a fire hazard. That is understandable, I would just like to have been told that before walking out and discovering they were not there. All in all it was a wonderful day and a beautiful venue! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone! Thank you Penn Oaks for such a memorable and special day!

We had our wedding at Penn Oaks a few weeks ago, and everything was perfect! My guests are still commenting on how beautiful the venue was, how friendly the staff was, and most importantly - how delicious the food was. Their wedding packages make it so easy to plan the wedding of your dreams, but not break the bank. Carina was our wedding planner and she was always available to answer questions (even when we were two years out from our wedding). During the wedding their Event Manager Lisa was constantly checking in with me and my husband to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Our wedding was truly the perfect day, and I don't know if it would have been had we had the wedding and reception anywhere but Penn Oaks.

Penn Oaks did a fabulous job with not only the day of our wedding, but the planning process as well. Carina was awesome-she answered all emails as quickly as possible. The owner is so welcoming & kind as well. One day we went up to look at the venue and he gave us a free dinner at the club. The day of our wedding was everything we planned for. I got so many compliments on our food. Everything came out HOT!(which doesn't always happen at weddings) Crab cakes were real crab cakes, and not just filler. Our apps were great. We are Polish on both sides and they accommodated us by making pierogis for one of our app dishes! I initially wanted a fall wedding. However, our budget could only afford a winter wedding with the discount. We had our wedding December 2, 2017. The venue looked beautiful throughout with all the christmas decorations-so happy we picked this date! The staff was great, we even pulled some of them out on the dance floor!! We did have band and we put them in the tent area. Also happy we did this because it gave guests an area to actually talk and hear each other. We also splurged on the fireworks-WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!! Thank you to everyone at Penn Oaks for really making our wedding a night to remember!!

I can't say enough about Penn Oaks and especially Carina, our Coordinator. As an anxious bride, the planning was just as important to me as the day of and Carina made everything so easy for me throughout From our first meeting to our tastings, rehearsal and day of - Carina and the Penn Oaks staff made us feel so at ease. The food is amazing! My guests have not stopped talking about how the food was the best "wedding food" they've ever had - especially the duck! The fireworks stole the show and my heart - MUST HAVE! Can't thank Penn Oaks enough for a perfect day!

Penn Oaks is the best place around to get married. The food is AMAZING, the venue is beautiful, and all the staff are incredible. We could not thank our wedding coordinator, Sarah, enough for everything she did for us from Day 1 to Wedding Day. She is amazing!!!! We got married in December and it happened to snow that morning and we got the most beautiful pictures at Penn Oaks! All of our family and friends keep telling us how wonderful the wedding was and how much fun they had! It was an incredible day and my husband and I could not be happier we picked Penn Oaks. I am not one to write many reviews but this place was nothing short of Amazing. From the moment my (now husband) & I walked into Penn Oaks we have had smiles on our faces! After the first time visiting, we thought there HAD to be something wrong with the place because there was no way we found the most perfect spot that easily. Everyone working there was so happy & friendly, you could tell they truly enjoyed each other & their work. They were nothing but helpful & made everything so exciting. I worked with Carina and believe she truly made this such an enjoyable experience. Carina & Steve made everything so convenient. We felt like we were at our own home the way we were able to make the day exactly what WE wanted and not have to abide to someone elses rules. Lastly, the amount of compliments we received after the wedding were amazing. We heard 'BEAUTIFUL wedding, such a FUN wedding, the food was delicious" and that is all thanks to Carina, Steve, and the happy staff they have working. We loved our wedding day at PennOaks this past July. Weather was gorgeous! Everything went the way we wanted. Carina helped us with everything throughout the process. She was very helpful and attentive. I would give 5 stars, but the only little tiny thing I didn’t like, it was the fact that the kitchen staff poured the champagne for the toast way too early. I was still getting ready in the bridal room when I saw them doing it. We had our ceremony there (which was beautiful!), and by the time everyone came in for the reception, the champagne was lukewarm. It wasn’t a big deal because people didn’t really realize - I believe; but I thought I should mention about it because I personally like my champagne cold. Other than that, everything went nice and smooth and I definitely recommend PennOaks! It was such a magical day for us.

Excellent!! The time of our friends and family and our lives. When we went to the food tasting, it was amazing, but guests raved about their amazing meals!!! So reasonable and willing to work with any ideas you may have. Extremely accommodating for guests with disabilities and older guests. Also, had our puppy in our wedding and they were wonderful with him. Made him feel just as welcome as we were. We worked with ONE person throughout the entire process. Carina Hernandez was our coordinator and did an AMAZING job. Lisa was our banquet manager the night of our event and was available and kind and willing to change and alter ANYTHING we needed. Even provided a little bite to eat for our pup. HIGHlY recommended!!!

Choosing Penn Oaks was the easiest choice we made! My parents dropped in the day after Christmas and called to say I had to check it out. Originally, wanting a rustic wedding, I was reluctant, but seeing the pictures of patio lit up and meeting Dawn, I was sold. Dawn was amazing to work with! She was so kind, helpful and kept us calm! We loved our reception at Penn Oaks, from start to finish it was perfect! The food was amazing, the service was phenomenal and our guests are still talking about our special day! I recommend Penn Oaks and their team to everyone I know who is planning a wedding, or not!

We had our wedding at Penn Oaks Golf Club last weekend and it was absolutely amazing. We could not have asked for anything more perfect. We worked with Sarah throughout the entire planning process, and she was timely with any questions we had. She made the process so easy and not stressful at all. We even decided to add fireworks only a couple of days prior and it wasn't a problem at all. On the day of the wedding, everything was set up impeccably and the day flowed perfectly. They went above and beyond and this wedding was anything and everything we could have hoped for. We would recommend them to anybody.

I had my wedding at Penn Oaks almost a month ago, it was hands down the best day ever! Carina was my wedding planner and she did an amazing job. Penn Oaks and Carina went above and beyond for me and my special circumstance. My original wedding date was 7/22/17 but on June 7th I was in a horrible car accident and it was going to take many of surgeries and a lot of rehab for me to be able to walk down the aisle. The week of my accident I called Carina and let her know what happened and asked about changing my date. The next day the called me back and told me whatever date I wanted I could have as long as it was still available. So, instead of 7/22/17 we got married on 10/6/17 and it was hands down the best day of my life. They made sure every little detail was worked out and I didn't have to worry about a thing! I was a amazing day and I can not thank them enough for all that they did for me and my husband! Thank you!

Choosing Penn Oaks as our wedding venue was the best decision we made! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, my husband is a huge golfer so his eyes lit up with the idea of getting married on a golf course! We had our ceremony outside, and it was gorgeous! The cocktail hour was amazing on the patio, and the ball room was perfect and spacious fitting 165 people very comfortably! Our guest keep talking about how amazing the food was, and how beautiful the wedding turned out! We couldn't have done it without Dawn! She was AMAZING, she was so easy to work with, with her organization, she was so on top of everything. For the entire year of planning she was always there to answer our questions and make sure our special day would be everything we imagined! The entire day went so smoothly, Dawn was there early in the morning to let us get ready in the bridal suite! She took the time to make sure all of our special details were exactly what we wanted. She also took my husband and I on the golf cart to bring us to the best spots for pictures. The entire staff was extremely nice and helped to make our wedding day the best day of our lives! My husband and I had our wedding at Penn Oaks Golf Club on July 24, 2016. Carina was our wedding coordinator. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, in making our day a success! The food is delicious, and the scenery!! We had over 300 people in attendance. We were told it was the largest wedding they ever had. They accommodated our guests well. I would definitely recommend Penn Oaks!

The perfect venue for our Sept 30th, 200 guest wedding. We had our cocktail hour in the outdoor tent. It was a beautiful night to have the tent open and it was the perfect area to transform into our late night dance floor. The indoor banquet hall was lovely and comfortably sat our large guest list. Dawn was accommodating of our requests and made the experience easy and simple. She contacted me when decisions were needed and didn't overlook any detail. The staff was friendly and experienced. Everything ran very smoothly and dinner was served promptly.

Everything was beautiful! All my guests loved the food, drinks, venue. I worked with Carina and she was always so helpful, supportive, and willing to help make my day perfect! I had several different food requests and she never made me feel like I was asking too much and was always happy to help! My sister also last minute put a slide show together and they helped her display that adding a personal touch to the night:) I also loved the ladies/men’s dressing rooms! And the owner was so nice! Every time I stopped in he greeted me like we knew each other forever, and was so excited for me and the big day. You can tell he loves what he does! I had my wedding on a Friday night which was great for my budget. I like that they have everything bundled into one price. No surprises! And they include a lot in that price! I Highly recommend choosing Penn Oaks for your big day!

Every meeting, every encounter was completely stress free and fun! Every guest raved about the food it is an absolutely gorgeous venue could not be more happy my choice for wedding location!

We are SO happy we chose Penn Oaks for our wedding! We got married September 9, 2017 on a gorgeous fall day allowing us to do the ceremony outside and cocktail hour on the patio. Wow! Penn Oaks really pulls off a great wedding! Dawn was our coordinator and she was so helpful every step of the way. We had the most perfect wedding at Penn Oaks on May 19, 2017! My family and our guests still talk about our wedding and how wonderful it was - from the beautiful venue, to all the friendly staff, to the amazing food! From day 1, Sarah allowed us to really make the wedding our own and was a total gem along the way. She was the perfect balance of letting us do our own thing while still offering recommendations to ensure a seamless day. My husband and I are total foodies, so food was incredibly important to us (we didn't want typical 'wedding food'). Penn Oaks' food is the real deal! One of my guests told me she had never eaten so much in her life and that's exactly how we wanted it :) We couldn't get over how amazing all the staff was. We obviously knew Sarah was great, but then to have the banquet manager regularly check-in with us throughout the wedding to ensure we were happy was above and beyond. The banquet staff were so professional and so friendly to all of my family and guests. The owner is the friendliest guy who honestly wants you to be 100% happy with your wedding - and we totally were! Sarah & and the Penn Oaks fam - thank you guys from the bottom of our heart for being great people and genuinely caring about your job and making your clients happy. From start to finish, Penn Oaks was absolutely amazing. Our coordinator was Carina and, as you can tell from all of the reviews, she's the best! Throughout the planning process, she kept us informed of what we still needed to figure out and was very flexible with everything. Steve the owner is very welcoming and actually took us on a quick tour of the full golf course. For the rehearsal and the wedding day, Carina was right there guiding us through everything. I can't say how much her and the banquet staff made our lives so much easier. Our guests were so impressed by the staff, ceremony space, cocktail hour food and really the entire event. Our wedding at Penn Oaks was nothing short of amazing! We just got married on May 6, 2017 . The day was perfect, I wouldn't have changed a thing. All of our guests are still raving about the day and how great the food was. Our ceremony was outside and cocktail hour was out on the porch. We worked with Dawn and she was the best! Wedding day the staff was awesome as well! They set up our center pieces, offered us food and drinks throughout the day, and were right there if we needed anything. Penn Oaks was the best!!

I’m thrilled to say that my wedding went without a hitch! We even got a BEAUTIFUL snowy wedding day. We toured a LOT of different venues but nothing compared to the way we were treated at Penn Oaks. They cared and listened and made sure they paid attention to what we liked or disliked. Carina was such an amazing bridal consultant, she truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and everything we desired. Our guests are still talking about the food and keep telling us how much fun they had and how well done the wedding was. The package is pretty much inclusive of everything, you won’t find a better deal. Penn Oaks thinks of everything for you, meaning the bride and groom have less decisions to make which is great because let’s face weddings are so stressful! I would highly recommend Penn Oaks and I have. One of my bridesmaid is actually getting married here next year! If you’re undecided, take a trip out to Penn Oaks to meet the staff. You won’t regret it and you will love it! I would love to do it all over again if I could, it was an incredible day!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding at Penn Oaks! We got married October 2016 and everything was just perfect. Our coordinator was Carina and she made sure everything went off without a hitch. All the decorations and details looked beautiful, the cocktail hour and food was amazing and the space overall worked so well, even for our large wedding of 220 people. We also had our ceremony on site and the outdoor gazebo space was so nice. Then our guests only had to take a few steps to the patio where we hosted our cocktail hour. It was all so convenient! Knowing that our family and friends love to dance, we opted to have the band and dance floor on the patio so there was more space for dancing. This setup worked perfectly and the dance floor was packed all night! We are still hearing from our guests how much fun they had at our wedding and this is all thanks to the team at Penn Oaks. We would highly recommend Penn Oaks for any formal functions!

Penn Oaks is amazing! My husband and I had our wedding reception there in December and it was absolutely beautiful. The food and desserts were fantastic. Carina and the rest of the staff were wonderful and made sure our day was perfect. We could ant have picked a better venue.

Penn Oaks exceeded every expectation I had for our wedding. From the actual space, to the food, and then to the people/service- everything was, “simply perfect.” On our first visit to Penn Oaks I knew it was the right venue for our wedding and reception. Our coordinator Dawn and the owner Steve went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Not every wedding venue made us feel welcomed or relaxed. They treated us like family from the moment we walked in and continued to treat us like family throughout our wedding journey. I knew I wouldn’t get this personal attention and service at any other venue. I have food allergies and my father is handicapped. Penn Oaks worked hard to make both issues a non-issue. The day of our wedding everything went absolutely perfect. I tend to be a perfectionist so it takes a lot for me to say something was perfect. Nothing went wrong thanks to the attention to detail of Dawn and the Penn Oaks staff. The tent sparkled for our nighttime wedding and cocktail hour. Every photo looked amazing with those lights. We had a seamless transition from ceremony to cocktail hour. Cocktail hour was phenomenal due to the food, drinks, and atmosphere. We upgraded to the Freddy’s station which was a huge crowd pleasure. We had the most compliments for that station! We are huge Freddy’s fans so it made our wedding uniquely “us”! After cocktail hour ended, our guests only had to walk into the ball room for dinner and dancing. It was extremely convenient to have everything in one venue. Dinner was delicious and the portions were very generous. Lisa, our banquet manager, made sure everything ran smoothly. We had zero complaints from our guests, only numerous compliments. We had the perfect wedding thanks to the entire staff from Penn Oaks. It was the right choice for us and I know it will be the right choice for you.

This venue was PERFECT for our winter wedding. They have a 20% discount for weddings December-February and it let us be able to upgrade our package on a smaller budget. Carina was our wedding coordinator and she was responsive with the millions of questions I asked her. We had the ceremony in the heated tent, and we received compliments from everyone about how beautiful the space was. We were able to save food stations until the end of the night too that way guests could have late night munchies. The wedding party and I got ready in the bridal suite, which was huge and comfortably fit all of us and the beauticians. We were checked up on all day to make sure we didn't need anything. They really came through for us at the last minute when we saw the weather was going to be bad, and we were able to get a shuttle arranged the day before the wedding. Also, the day of, they decided to valet park the cars since the road was a little icy and it was cold. Overall, this was the most beautiful wedding I could have ever asked for, and working with Penn Oaks was very stress free. I could not have imagined a more perfect venue for my December wedding!

I can not say enough about how excellent Penn Oaks Golf Club. Dawn Claffey was wonderful to work with. She listened to my ideas, provided me with excellent suggestions from her many years of experience, and was extremely accommodating. Everything including the food, service, and staff was top notch. The room where cocktail hour was held looks stunningly beautiful at night all light up. My guests are still raving about the venue and how much they loved the atmosphere Penn Oaks created. I would recommend Penn Oaks as a wedding venue to any new bride looking for a great place

GO TO PENN OAKS! I cannot say enough about how amazing our wedding was. The venue is absouletly gorgeous! The course is great for photos and the indoor tent is very romantic and spacious. The food is incredible, we did chicken and salmon which were both delicious. The bartenders were great and even nailed our signature drink which was an old fashion. Carina was our coordinator and she was wonderful! I cannot say enough things about her! She kept us organized throughout the whole process , always responded to emails in a timely manner, and the day of the wedding she kept my whole bridal party organized and had us start as soon as our final bus arrived! she even sewed the button on one of the groommens jacket back on before the cermoney and when our card box wasn't working she allowed us to use the box from penn oaks. We also worked with Lisa and Sarah throughout the night who were also wonderful and helpful! Later on we even found out that due to strong winds , penn oaks was actually running on a back up generator ! haha and nobody even knew ! my wedding was perfect because of Penn Oaks!!! Picking the perfect wedding venue is very stressful – The moment I stepped into Penn Oaks I feel in love with the place. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to have my Wedding at Penn Oaks. The wedding coordinator (Dawn) and the staff made my day absolutely perfect! Dawn was amazing to work with she was extremely nice, helpful and well organized. The venue itself was beautiful but Dawn and the staff did an amazing job with the décor. Our ceremony was supposed to be outside however due to the rain (brides worse fear) the ceremony was moved to the Patio and it was perfect!!! The food was amazing. I still have family and friends talking about how great venue. I highly recommend Penn Oaks!!!!!

At first it seemed like a big choice as to where to have my wedding but I couldn't be happier that I picked Penn Oaks! They made my day absolutely perfect! I worked with Carina as my wedding coordinator and she was the best! Carina was extremely nice, organized and did anything she could to make my day special, I can't say enough nice things about her, she truly made the experience even more wonderful. The venue itself is really beautiful. If you are planning an outdoor ceremony there are great views of the golf club all around. I wanted our ceremony to be outside and unfortunately we had rain all day but the staff was so accommodating in trying to wait until the last minute to set up outside and when they couldn't, they made the covered patio just as beautiful as outside would have been, probably even more so with all of the soft up-lighting they provide, so you will definitely be covered either way! The food there is great, I have had many family and friends tell me how much they enjoyed all of the appetizers, food stations and their dinners and that they just couldn't believe how good everything was! Penn Oaks gives you a ton of food options and there packages include so much it is unbelievable! I would whole-heartedly recommend Penn Oaks to anyone getting married, they are kind, courteous, efficient and they are all genuinely happy that you picked them to share your special day with! I can't say enough good things about them and how happy I am that I picked them and I hope you do too!

We just had our daughters wedding at Penn Oaks and it was absolutely amazing. Even though it rained, the inside venue was gorgeous. We heard over and over again how fantastic the food was, not to mention the amount of food available. Our event planner was Carina, and she was great to work with, and I suggest asking for her! Anything and everything you could have asked for was never too much. I truly can't say enough great things about Penn Oaks!

Not military friendly. They were entirely on board until we explained to them that we would need a military clause. The date was sold out from under us while we were waiting for an answer and we barely got an apology. We loved the venue, but if you are military, I would not recommend it at all.

Had our wedding here 9/4/16 with Carina and everything was absolutely perfect! All of the details were executed exactly as I imagined! The venue was so accommodating and made the day a breeze. I knew I had nothing to worry about from the first meeting with Carina to the final walk through on the day of our wedding. Would highly recommend Penn Oaks Golf Club! Had nothing but compliments from all of our guests.

My husband and I got married on August 26, 2016 at Penn Oaks where we had both our ceremony and reception and I cannot begin to explain how AMAZING it was. Our wedding coordinator was Carina and she was THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Please ask for her!!! You will not regret it. The amount of patience she had, in order to deal with me and my family was truly extraordinary. She helped made our day go so perfect. On the day of the wedding Penn Oaks' staff were so nice, welcoming and tended to our every need. No need to worry about the food either. Our guests made sure to express how tasty the food was! Our family is accustomed to Caribbean food and during our food tasting we asked the chef if they could add jerk seasoning to our plates and needless to say it was a hit!!! What I love is that Penn Oaks went out their way to make sure the food was how we wanted it to be! During cocktail hour the food would not stop coming!!! The bartenders were super nice and to top off the amazing night my husband surprised me with fireworks! Our guests kept telling us how and I quote, "It was best wedding they've been to!!!". The stress leading up to it was worth it due to the end result! I'm so happy we picked this venue and honestly wish we could re-live it again <3 Please make an appointment to visit Penn Oaks!! The grounds are beautiful (perfect for photos!!!!) and the reception hall is gorgeous! Definitely a day you will never forget!!!!

Penn Oaks was a great wedding venue. It offers great service, winter discount and amazing coordinator who made sure everything is in placed on the day of as well as rehearsal. I will recommend Penn Oaks to any future bride to be. The golf course was very pretty for pictures and my wedding was in the winter, so we had the heated tent set up for the ceremony and cocktail hours with lights in the surrounding. Everything turned out amazing and wonderful for our day, we couldn't be happier!

Penn Oaks helped make our wedding amazing. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail went perfectly throughout the entire day. Very responsive and easy to work with, I cannot recommend them high enough!

My husband (still getting used to saying that!) and I had our wedding at Penn Oaks on Sunday 4/24/16. I couldn't have asked for a better venue. I have dreamed about my wedding my whole life, and Penn Oaks helped make my dreams come true. From the moment we first looked at the venue in November 2015, we fell in love and knew it was where we had to have our wedding. Jeanette C was our wedding coordinator, and she was amazing. She was very kind, helpful, responsive, and professional. We had a 5-month engagement, and Jeanette helped make sure everything got done. The night of the wedding Lisa was there to help, and she was also very friendly and helpful. The food at our tasting was so good, it was hard to pick just 2 entrees, but we ended up choosing the Chicken Meditteranean and the Stuffed Flounder, both of which were delicious! Our cocktail hour, though my husband and I only attended for a short time, was great, and everyone raved about all of the food! Thank you Penn Oaks for helping us create the wedding of our dreams! If you are looking for a great venue in West Chester, I highly suggest Penn Oaks Golf Club!

We selected Penn Oaks for our wedding venue , for March 12, 2015. This place was absolutely amazing! I couldn't have asked for anything more perfect. The venue was gorgeous, the staff was exceptional and our planner, Carina was phenomenal! She took care of everything and kept us informed every step of the way. On the day of our wedding, Carina was the most pleasant, helpful, gracious person. She offered me her jacket while taking pictures, carried my veil as I walked and even bustled my dress. Everyone of my guests raved about the food! The roast tenderloin was so tender, the presentation was beautiful. Our wedding day was perfect thanks to Penn Oaks. Plus their prices were awesome!

Penn Oaks Golf Club…BEAUTIFUL place to have a reception! My husband & I had our reception at Penn Oaks(11/14/15) and were so pleased with how perfectly everything turned out! Food is DELICIOUS - all guests have been raving since! Dawn Claffey was a pleasure to work with in planning our wedding reception at Penn Oaks! Dawn was very patient during the entire process. She takes the time to meet with you/family to go over details, etc. Lisa also helped to make sure everything went smoothly during our reception…very sweet & attentive ALL evening. All of our family and friends have been going on about how fun & beautiful our wedding was since!

We got married at Penn Oaks on September 6, 2015. Dawn and her staff were spectacular! She saw us through every aspect of planning. My parents are EXTREMELY detail-oriented and I'm an only child, and Dawn answered each and every one of their questions patiently and kindly. She never once made us feel like a nuisance! The day was gorgeous - every step was perfectly planned and everything flowed smoothly. My guests were never kept waiting. The food was delicious and the presentation was gorgeous. Dawn made sure her staff took great care of us - they ran back and forth getting us water! Haha, we were constantly parched due to all the excitement and everyone was gracious and lovely. There was even a wedding before ours, which I had worried about, but all my worries were in vain - it was as if we were their only wedding that day! I cannot articulate how perfect everything was - Dawn and each member of her staff made it the best day of our lives, and I couldn't help but remark to my new husband, at least six times, "Everything is perfect!" They even offer fireworks as a part of the package, and my father-in-law decided to splurge on it for us. It was amazing and they did a truly incredible job! We had the most amazing wedding at Penn Oaks Golf Club. We had our dinner in the ballroom and all of the cocktail hour and dancing was on the patio. The lighting on the patio was the most picturesque, magical thing I have ever seen. When I first walked in I almost cried because it looked so incredibly beautiful. Dawn was our coordinator and did above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it to be. She was always flexible and met with us around our times. She made sure she asked us what we wanted before making any decisions and put together all of our centerpieces. It was the most amazing time and I could not recommend this venue more. The entire staff the day of was so accommodating and made sure that Mike and I had the best time of our lives. All of our guest raved about how much fun it was! Could not have dreamed up a better venue or experience!

Compared to the horror stories that I heard from past, present, and future brides about their venues, I was overly delighted at the ease associated with getting my reception together. Dawn was AMAZING...and she made this process better than I EVER expected. I am a very detail oriented person and I was ecstatic with how good everything worked out!!

I just got married on August 28, 2015, and had my wedding reception held at Penn Oaks. I found Penn Oaks originally and heard many wonderful things about it from others. One of the major reasons my husband and I loved Penn Oaks is their large tent area. We were able to use both the ballroom and the tent room throughout the night. The tent provided the perfect space for dancing and other activities, including the photo booth. All of our guests were in the tent at the end of the night and there were many chairs and seating available to watch the dancing. We worked with Carina and she did a wonderful job making sure that we were on the same page during the whole process. The staff on the day of our wedding did a beautiful job setting up our reception area beautifully. The decorations we brought were all displayed nicely. The tables looked beautiful, the food was delicious, and our guests can't stop talking about how beautiful it was! I would highly recommend Penn Oaks for anyone looking for a classy, tasteful wedding venue. The greens also provides beautiful space for pictures. We were able to even use a golf cart and drive to other parts of the green for different backdrops. Thank you Penn Oaks for making my day so special!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Penn Oaks on 8/7/15. The entire process from start to finish was nothing short of perfection. From the moment I walked into Penn Oaks to visit the venue to the end of reception there, everything was absolutely fantastic. We worked with Dawn as our coordinator, and she was amazing. She was so easy to talk to and unbelievably organized. She sold me on the venue from day one. She gave great advice and was always on the ball. On the night of our actual wedding, Dawn was there to ensure that everything was running smoothly and that we were on track with everything. She turned everything over to Lisa once the reception got started. Lisa made sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire night. She focused on us as a couple, as well as our guests. We felt so lucky to be in the hands of Dawn and Lisa that evening. Our guests raved about everything. They LOVED the food and raved about the cocktail hour. They had nothing but wonderful things to say about both Dawn and Lisa as well as the bar tenders and other members of the staff. We didn't have one complaint the entire evening. Having our reception at Penn Oaks was a dream come true. We couldn't have asked for a better evening. Fantastic place!
