Hire Val YESTERDAY. Oh my gosh. Cannot find the words to express how vital Val was to my sanity and to our wedding being the actual best day ever. You know how people always say they have some regrets about their big day, and it's not actually the best day of your life? With Val, you won't regret anything, and it will be the best day ever. She could not have known a pandemic was coming, and she handled it like the CDC ordained her to personally fix it. We had to postpone our day a year and she handled every single aspect of it, all I had to do was tell her the new date we wanted and curl up in a ball and cry. She knows everyone in the Northeast Ohio wedding game and makes stellar recommendations. She is a detail-oriented queen and she makes things happen. We didn't have a strict budget, but there were a couple things we wanted to do that came back with higher-than-expected quotes, and Val engineered ways to execute exactly what we wanted for a way better price. She even found us the perfect officiant after our original fell through. I could tell you 10 more stories about how incredible she is, honestly. Call her right now!

Hire Val. Don’t look anywhere else. Just hire her. We we referred to her after she expertly moved a fiends wedding date mid-pandemic 3 weeks before the wedding. We knew she was then bomb. We wanted stress free laid back wedding planning and she made it happen. We had so many friends experiences delays, cancellations with pandemic that we didn’t want to stress about planning. She was absolutely hands down key in making this happened. She handled all communications with the many vendors (I never realized how much back and forth there is). She is so pleasant. Always available. She made sure the day went smoothly and took care of everything. We never had a worry. Her pricing and package structure is uniques among planners in the area and makes wedding planning more accessible. She sent us pictures and videos the next morning so we had some special moments captured right away. She is thoughtful and comprehensive in her planning style and I would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone.

Val was incredible and made our day so special for us. Totally a stress free wedding and everything was taken care of perfectly. I cannot say enough about Val! We hired her after we decided to postpone/reschedule our wedding and thought it'd be easier to have a helping hand - literally the best decision we could've made. I had most things planned already and she had a variety of packages to fit our needs. I handed her all the vendor information and she took it from there with rescheduling and coordinating. She made it so easy on us. We also sprung the idea 3 wks prior to our wedding that we may want to move it to an outdoor venue (Covid) and she recommended a place and helped us book it last minute and literally gave us the wedding I didn't even know I wanted! She also took over small details for me toward the end since we were so overwhelmed with the last minute changes etc. So perfect and forever grateful to her!

Val does not respond. I told Val that I would love to use her as my wedding planner as I thought she’d be a great choice. She sent me over the contract. I had one question about the contract and she never got back to me. There’s far better wedding planners who actually care about your big day than Perfectly Planned that’s for sure. I did end up finding a great wedding planner who answers all my questions/concerns. My advice would be to keep looking elsewhere for a wedding planner.

Val and her staff were so amazing on and before our wedding day. Truly, they handled everything and we could NOT have done it without them. Val was so attentive and amazing throughout the wedding and we can't thank her enough. Specifically, we had a problem with our florist canceling two weeks before our wedding. It was less than ideal timing but Val, with her amazing and super human powers sniffed out trouble with my florist weeks before I even noticed. Not only did she identify that there may be a problem, she didn't bother with unnecessary details in advance (which is what I asked of her, early in the process) AND she developed a contingency plan just incase my florist fell through. When my florist did finally cancel, Val contacted other florists and presented me my options. The florist I went with that day did an amazing job and exactly what I was envisioning. And the best part of it all, I didn't have to worry about any of it. Val just took care of it. That is what she does. She is professional and on top of all details at every point in the process and I cannot recommend her enough.

Val and her staff were amazing from start to finish. I worked exclusively with Val during the whole wedding process. In the months leading up to my wedding she was always accessible and helpful with advice and answers to any questions that I had. She made me feel reassured every time we spoke that I was in good hands. There is 0% chance my fiance and I would have been able to pull off our dream wedding (and we did!) without Val. On the day of our wedding, Val and a team of two of her employees worked all day to get everything set up and running smoothly. They helped with decor, vendor coordination, directing guests, directing the bridal party, timeline management, you name it. One of them actually ran across the street to the store to buy me something I had forgotten, right in the middle of the reception. Val made sure I ate, brought me drinks and waters all night, and offered to help pack cars and take things home after the reception ended. I would recommend her all day to anyone who is thinking about hiring a planner for their wedding. She was a delight to work with and I couldn't have done it without her.

Val was an invaluable resource during our wedding. We hired her as a day-of coordinator so I did most of the early-on big picture planning myself. If you're in a similar situation and are debating whether or not to hire a day-of coordinator, I can wholeheartedly say you absolutely need to. I honestly cannot imagine managing my wedding day if I didn't have Val. She was so on top of all the details: everything from managing the vendors, to giving us a card box to use for the day when I realized I didn't have one, to responding to a midnight text that I sent her in a panic. She was so attentive to me and my husband throughout the night - she made sure we were fed and had a constant supply of drinks (and water to stay hydrated!). I even got comments from friends on how she ran everything like a well-oiled machine from the sidelines. You have to hire Val for your wedding. You won't regret it.

We hired Val as a month-of wedding coordinator since we were planning our wedding from another state. The first call went so well and even though we were planning so far in advance, she still made herself available to answer questions. She helped make suggestions on vendors and was a big help in organizing logistics for the day-of!! We setup the venue two days early and she even came to help out. :) She did made sure all the vendors were confirmed and showed up where/ when they needed to be at the venue which saved us a ton of time and stress. She also made sure to keep our big group on time and where they needed to be. Val is so sweet and was very easy to work with. We definitely recommend hiring Val for your next event!!

We had two daughters get married this year and Val was the best decision we made for both weddings. She was our day of coordinator for both weddings. She took care of all of the details for each day and made it possible for us to enjoy the days without any worries. Not only is she professional and knowledgeable, she is a kind and caring person. We are grateful to Val for all of her help on these special days. With her help, our daughter's both had incredibly memorable days!

*If you haven't spoke with or hired Val yet, you need to!!!* On top of being one of the nicest people we know, Val is also one of the hardest working people we know. She is so knowledgable about the wedding industry and so incredibly talented. I was a DIY bride and Val took my vision and everything I planned and brought it to life (she made my mom cry walking into our venue with the work she did). She is the person I never knew I actually needed. I thought I was an organized person until I met with Val. She asked me questions that I didn't even think about, contacted my vendors for me, recommended suggestions about the flow of the time line, etc. You name it, she had it handled. She is THE person you want next to you (besides your husband or wife) on your wedding day. I had ZERO stress on our wedding day because Val was always one step ahead of us. We even had some issues come up at the reception that I knew nothing about because she handled it. I cannot thank Val enough for the time and planning she put into our special day. We are forever grateful!!

Hiring Val was the best decision I made! I was planning my wedding from out of state, and she made it all a breeze. She was totally accommodating when I wanted to do my venue walk through almost a year out! Our wedding was perfect, and everything went according to plan. She even jumped through hoops to get all our rental deliveries squared away. I am so thankful I didn't feel like I was handling anything at my wedding- I really got to enjoy the night!

Val and Kayle are the reason our wedding day went so smoothly and flawlessly. Kayle came in like a breeze, taking care of everything and anything we couldn't do because we we're busy running doing wedding day things. From helping with the timeline, to grabbing us drinks at our reception, they were constantly watching over everything and making sure any problems that did arise, never reached us. They were our most important vendor by far, and I honestly don't think we could have done it without them. They are a must have for your wedding day. Thank you ladies!!!

Hiring Val was easily the best decision I made for my wedding, and arguably one of the better decisions I've made in my entire life. To say that she saved my wedding wouldn't even do her justice! She's fun yet incredibly hardworking, and managed to keep every aspect of my wedding going even when several other vendors made mistakes that could've easily unraveled the whole thing. I literally can't imagine how things would've gone without her, because she saved the day multiple times! When our liquor provider didn't come prepared with enough champagne flutes, and she got them to pay for replacements from a local event rental facility and deliver them to the venue within about 90 minutes! We also had an issue with our groomsmen tuxedo accessories being the wrong color, and not only did she find a workable solution from the tuxedo rental provider before ceremony time, but she also took them to task on their mistake and set me up to get a full refund after the fact. I can't stress this enough: my perfect wedding wouldn't have even been possible without Val. She deserves much more than 5 stars. If you are wavering on whether or not you need a wedding coordinator, the answer is– you need a Val. She's someone that will go to the ends of the earth just to make sure your vision is perfect, and that's something that's truly invaluable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stop looking at other planners! This is the one!

I found Perfectly Planned a few months before my wedding and I'm SO glad I did. We really needed a wedding coordinator for the day of the wedding because we knew we wouldn't be able to pull everything off ourselves. I met with Val and Kayle a few times before the wedding and they were so helpful and were very quick to answer any emails I sent. Kayle was my main contact for the day of the wedding and she is beyond amazing and the sweetest girl I've ever met. I literally don't know how our wedding day would have went as smoothly if it weren't for her. Kayle and Val also helped my family clean up at the end of the wedding because we had a strict deadline to get out of the venue. They went above and beyond. I am so happy I found these girls and am so grateful for all their help!

My wedding went flawlessly thanks to Val. I could not have done it without her. When I found myself frazzled or panicked she managed to bring me down and take care of everything. She was prepared when something was forgotten and had everything perfectly timed. All the vendors she found for me were outstanding. I had so much fun planning with her! <3
