er had any questions they would call back in a timely manner. The employees were always willing to help. Also, the price was very reasonable I thought. When my flowers did come in they were stunning. They showed me the flowers the day before to make sure everything was good to go. When they delivered the bouquets the next day I was so pleased with the work and the way the flowers were put together. The presentation of the bouquets were perfect. If I planned my wedding again I would pick Petal and Stem.

a vast amount of ribbon color. They have somewhat of a small shop, a little messy and disorganized, but the product that comes out of it is wonderful. A little pricey for just 2 bouquets, but then again, they are wedding bouquets. I was very happy with the service they provided!

The Petal & Stem Florist is the worst floral company I have ever dealt with. The staff is unorganized, unprofessional, and do right rude. They changed the prices of the flowers for my wedding 5 times. Then told me that they could not provide me...

with a list of the flowers that would be included in each bouquet because that limited their creativity. They did not know how to provide me with an invoice for the cost of the flowers. They told me they did not know how to used email or a fax machine. My experience with them was simply awful. Future brides...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

ut a year out and when I called back they had trouble locating it and were a bit confused about what I had ordered once they did find it. They also did not put the right colored ribbons on some of the bouquets. However, I would still HIGHLY recommend them, just make sure you check in with them a few times before your big day!
