If you need a coordinator, book Heather ASAP!!! I cannot put into words how amazing she is! I hired her as my day of coordinator and she helped me with the entire process from beginning to end, without breaking the bank! She helped me coordinate with all of my vendors and made the day flow absolutely perfectly. In the best possible way, I barely noticed she was there because she ran the entire day for us. From the rehearsal to the wedding day, I never had to worry about a thing. We talk all the time about how the day could not have gone any anymore perfectly if we had tried, and I know that that is all due to Heather.
She handled all of the vendors and coordination of everything seamlessly and I never once had to worry about a thing. My whole family and bridal party got to enjoy the day because Heather had it all handled. Even during the planning process, she made me feel like a priority and was very patient with me and all of my questions.
Seriously, look no further and HIRE HER!!! You will not regret it!!! 🩵

Wedding photographer here! When I worked with Heather at a wedding this year, she was nothing short of excellent. A wedding day requires flexibility, problem solving skills, and a positive attitude no matter what comes your way, and Heather exemplified all of these traits. Her business is founded and rooted in familial love (ask her about how she came up with the name Petals & Pearls!). With her help, the wedding day went smoothly and was full of joy! I cannot say enough about how wonderful Heather is! My daughter had a beautiful wedding that I knew I was going to have to work hard at to pull it off. Boy was I wrong! Heather jumped in immediately and took control. She was kind, patient, firm and efficient! She kept us on track and I was ably to sit back and enjoy being the MOB. Not only did she get the venue set up in record time, it was gorgeous. She shared tips and tricks to make it even better for the wedding party and the guests. When it was time to leave, I dreaded how hard and fast we would need to get out of the venue on time. I was stunned when I looked around and realized that Heather had quietly cleaned up and packed up 90% of our belongings! No small feat for a team, let alone one person. If you are looking for a coordinator that you can trust to do an EXCELLENT job, look no further. I would even try to book her for a big party or other event. She is that good.

Heather was such a gem to have as my day of coordinator. She is so professional & ensured everything went smoothly. She went above and beyond and I could not thank her more. We hired Heather about 2 months before our wedding day and I am so glad that we did! I don’t know what we would have done without her. She was so friendly and helpful the whole time leading up to our wedding day and was quick to answer any questions we had. On the wedding day Heather made sure everyone was where they needed to be for the ceremony/reception and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day. Heather is organized, professional, and such a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding! She made our day stress free and I was able to enjoy the day with my husband 🫶🏻

She made everything stress free and seemed so on top of it despite having what seemed like an infinite amount of things to do.
