Does that sound like a videographer that you'd want to take a chance with? Neither me nor my wife have been contacted by the management team of Petit Four Films. They are the definition of incompetence, lack of accountability, and disappointment. I hope this review spares you losing your priceless memories by trusting the incompetent company of Petit Four Films.

Richard was our videographer and was a lot of fun to work with. They were on time with everything and the communication was good. They made us a beautiful and unique video that we love. very responsive from beginning to end. Chris was our videographer and was very considerate. They listened carefully to my wants and needs with video. They followed all my instructions and worked with my vision. I would have like to have seen more cocktail hour, but they did cover alot of open dancing which was fun to watch. Overall we are happy that we have this and the rates for what we received was an excellent value!

TBH everything wasn’t perfect. The drone couldn’t fly because we were too close to the airport. There were some shots of a person that I had a falling out with so we had to have a few things changed. With that said, I never felt as though nobody cared. This team is excellent! Michael did everything he could to accommodate us. He gave us many options that fit our visions and personalities. I love these guys. I know I wanted a thousand changes and was indecisive. They were there 100% of the way and didn’t charge me a dime. I can only speak for myself but our experience was excellent. Highly recommend!

shoots. Day of the wedding Trenton was earlier than expected, and then as soon as hje arrived, he immediately did the work so we wouldn’t waste any time on the contract. Every minute that we paid them was all worth it. During our meeting before the wedding I loved the ideas Trenton shared with us. He made sure to capture everything naturally and with all the different emotions shown in the video. It was all beautiful! A little disappointed that the drone couldn’t fly due to the weather but that is my only complaint. Excellent experience overall!

nd.” I reached out to the company who doesn’t answer the phone and left a voicemail. I was sent a text saying someone would reach out “shortly” and I didn’t hear from anyone for 3 days. A new point of contact was assigned to me and answered a few of my questions but couldn’t tell me when the final meeting with the videographer would be and that she’d get back to me. She didn’t get back to me. 10 days later (1 week before the wedding) I had to reach out again and ask to finalize a meeting to which she responded she still didn’t have his availability. I stated that we are a week out from the wedding and I had reached out over 10 days ago to finalize a meeting date. I let her know that I’d like to speak with her ASAP. I didn’t receive a reply to that email and there was no follow up from her. The following day, I received an email from the Production Team to schedule my meeting with my videographer. The meeting happened 3 days before the wedding. Fast forward to 2 months after the wedding, clients were emailed that they’re running behind schedule and, due to labor shortages, they will not get our films out within 90 days (which they guarantee on their website or your films are free). After this email was sent, I spoke on the phone with an employee and I asked if PFF was offering any sort of discount for the films being late and she said she would definitely look into this and get back to me. I never heard from her again. A month later, I reached back out to this same employee to ask about the status of my films and the discount and I was met with another email reply saying "ATTN EMAIL NO LONGER IN USE" just as I’d gotten in the past. I then contacted the company through their general email and I received an automated reply with no personalized answers. When I received my wedding film 3 weeks later, the overall film was OK. I was not wow’ed by it but it wasn’t terrible. There was no drone footage in the film (which was included in our package). I was never given a heads up that no drone footage was ever taken. Again, poor communication. Through their editing request form, they did make all of the revisions that I asked for to my films, which I appreciated, and I thought it looked a lot better. I reached out again to express my frustrations and asked (again) about the 90 day guarantee. They replied that the most they could offer was a credit of the price of the films, which they said was $100. Unsure how they came up with the price of the films being $100, my request for the price breakdown of the package was not answered, they only resent my invoice which doesn’t break down the package. This is misleading to advertise that it will be free. This was 3 weeks ago, I have still haven’t received the credit they said would be given within 7-10 business days and my emails have gone unanswered. The communication with PFF has been disappointing from the beginning. There wasn’t just one poor interaction with one person, it has been a pattern of poor interactions with several people. I feel compelled to warn everyone that might be considering this company because I wish someone had warned me. While they are less expensive than other videographers out there, you get what you pay for. Definitely do not recommend.

e process and was very professional. We ended up going with the 8 hour package. We had our meeting with our videographer Ethan about a week before our wedding. He was ontime, patient with my request and all around terrific! The drone footage was beautiful. When we received the films the outcome was excellent. A couple of bumps in the road due to us emailing the wrong email address but beyond that completely worth it!

I think that for what Petit Four charges it is completely worth it. Our budget didn't allow us to have a $4500 wedding film, which was the going rate and very few vendors under that rate were not available or we just didn't care for the work. One thing I did appreciate is that they allowed us to back out of certain areas of our contract and give us a credit. There were some things that we purchased that I felt as though later we didn't need. Again they just took care of it. We had a similar situation with our catering company and they were not helpful at all. So being able to do that was nice. The teaser is well worth it. The long film needed some work. Actually they had to change it twice. The second time because I overlooked an additional change. We are happy with how it looks and they did all of those changes complimentary. If I had to be critical, the only issue that we had was that the drone couldn't fly due to weather. Which was out of their control and they gave us a second film instead which was appreciated. Highly Recommend!

Please please avoid this company. The customer service is garbage. My films are not even close to what I expected and the lighting is horrible. Please save your money and find someone else.

them wasn’t even worth it. And they sent our video with the wrong couples name - have contacted them several times for over a month and it hasn’t been fixed. The video had odd camera angles, every shot is zoomed in chest up , only peoples shoulders and heads are visible. Not even my wedding dress? Our teaser focuses on groomsmen not even the groom. The drone footage saw the roof and a busy street , not sure what it was included for. Save your time & money , book with a better company.

My only complaint was that on the day of the drone did not fly due to a flight restriction. Not necessarily Nick’s fault but still it would have been nice to have it. LOVE the teaser. l after we paid. We were notified about who our videographer will be 5 days before our wedding. Once we were given his information they ask us to call and go over all details with the videographer. I called and called and texted and emailed. With no response until one late email later saying his phone is broken and has no way of calling until the day of my wedding. Since this is clearly off to a bad start I called and spoke with Jason the CEO. He agreed this isnt right & got me a new videographer. One of those being the live-stream so my family in Europe can watch since they are unable to come due to travel restrictions. I explained how my family in Europe was having a 56 person viewing party. They never even set this up. Before I walked down the l isle, literally is when I noticed he never set it up and called him to ask him what was going on & says he forgot. When we received our wedding videos it was nothing that we asked for nor was it even completed. We asked for chronological order, it wasnt. The audio on almost every part is horrific, one speech was duplicated, & the look & feel of the video reminds me of a high school project. They agreed its not up to there standards and that a senior editor will redo my videos. Months go by & no video, no update no anything. I reached out so many times and no one would ever respond.When I finally do they told me they never sent my videos to be redone. Feb 22 update SORRY YOURE NOT DVD OR USB, due to shortage. I need to add to my review as Jason finally decided to respond after 6 months of neglect. I did NOT choose to change my videographer. I called and called and called & texted and emailed & the head videographer never responded. How would I bride or person for that matter be other with that kind of neglect DAYS BEFORE a wedding. As for speaking with not willing to speak with upper Managment. What upper management there isn’t any one.? Only a day of coordinator contacted me with the head videographer information and when I called her to tell her I can’t get a hold of him said said you need to talk to Jason. If any would would like call logs of me calling him I am happy to provide. Showing it never lasted more than a minute because he never answered. The videos we received looked like a high schooler completed our videos, speeches was duplicated, we asked for chronological order which it was not , and many other issues. Never had I had multiple revisions when I contacted my day of coordinator regarding the original video she agreed that the video is done very poorly and that is senior editor would complete my video (this was in October). Jason was missing Michael was missing only the day of coordinator would respond every few weeks to months. I then sent her a PDF file with all of our email correspondence, lack of response, and proof of emails stating I would have my videos redone up to petite for film standards. She then admits that they were never resubmitted. Finally I get a hold of Michael also promised me when I finally got a hold of him at the end of December and he would contact me in 24 hours with an update and explanation . He never did so no matter how many phone calls text messages & emails I attempted. Jason ignored me till my review

he style just melts our hearts everytime we see them. Picturesque and perfect, really made our friends and family jealous 😉 I am just so excited to get them printed and hung up in our house! Price is reasonable and quite competitive compared to other businesses I researched. Great to work with, good communication, and just so much fun!
