TBH everything wasn’t perfect. The drone couldn’t fly because we were too close to the airport. There were some shots of a person that I had a falling out with so we had to have a few things changed. From first enquiry Jason has been amazing. He arranged an initial call with us to talk us through everything which was very helpful. Communication throughout was so fast and efficient! Our Videographer on the day was Patrick who was really friendly and we hardly noticed him there! We quickly got our films back within just a few weeks of the wedding and reliving our perfect day was so lovely and emotional!!

ighting was never tested at the venue before the day of. I think a little research and planning could of been done before filming the day of to produce better footage. I appreciate that they tried to make the changes but after a certain number of revisions I was told I had to pay.

Well this is disappointing. We did a lot to please this client.
There is quite a bit more to the story.
What is missing is that that client has a terrific film and even acknowledged so in many of her emails and multiple revision requests...

What also is missing is that each revision we did would be followed by more revisions that she wanted.
Even more concerning was that these requests would occur over long periods of time. One lasting nearly 30 days from when we sent the film; only to hear back that there were more changes.
After about 6 months of this we determined that this simply could not continue. So we let her know and, of course, the next day she posts a review.
We did our best.
The videographers from Petit Four Films captured all the important and small moments of our wedding and we have had such a great time reliving the day through the movie. Jason worked so hard to create a really professional product for us. On t...

edding is priceless! If you don't believe me--check out their website. The cool thing about them is that they make you feel comfortable and work in the background which is SUPER important so that you look relaxed.
Oh, and another neat thing about them is that they are OBSESSED with wedding films, which means that they are always working to improve their craft. We had a lot of input and they were fast in their response and very flexible. I swear you won't be disappointed!

guy had has equipment stolen.. (really?)
So they send a guy that has never shot a wedding before and as I look through my raw footage, all it is is darkness in the whole film. He missed to shoot all the special moments. Did terrible with lighting and adjusting his camera, did not give any direction and basically ruined our film..

Above all that, they were so much fun to work with. They really made my husband and I feel comfortable so it was really easy to just be "us" and enjoy ourselves. ing day - Jason and his partner showed up early and began filming. Also, prior to the wedding day, he offered advice on how to plan certain things which was really helpful. I was especially impressed with the preparations, details and really the whole film. Turned out amazing.
Conclusion - I've got no other Videographer experiences so I can't compare with others. In the end, I was more than satisfied by their work. I dont like how some videographers change all the colors and make it "unique." I feel like anyone can do that on their own. I like how he kept the colors as seen from my own eyes. With either a short film, longer film or raw footage I had many ways to view my films . This met my satisfaction.
