Jeff was so great during this time and I even used them for newborn photos when my daughter was born! In the meeting he showed us some of his recent work, not a selection of pictures from the past year but rather shoots from just a few days prior, every single image was stunning. Fast forward a month and we’ve just received the images that he took for our engagement shoot, we’re speechless at how good they came out. Neither of us had ever taken any professional pictures before and weren’t quite sure how comfortable we felt in front of the camera but Jeff had all the right coaching techniques, he had us relaxed and looking like naturals right from the start. While shooting the engagement session, every now and then Jeff would spot something unique incorporate into our pictures, it was very cool to see his artistic skills at work and again I can’t stress just how good the pictures came out. All in all, Jeff really showed himself to be a very talented, driven, and all around great guy and we are excited to have him capture our upcoming wedding.

e appointment we met Mike who worked there as well. My husband and I were fortunate enough to work with Mike who did a free engagement shoot for us as a part of the bridal show package. Mike was amazing to work with. It was very comfortable to be in front of the camera because he kept the conversation going. The pictures were wonderful. Mike also shot our wedding and before hand we sat down with him to let him know everything we wanted so that we didn't have to worry about anything on the wedding day. Mike carried a list of all of these things with him on the wedding day and didn't miss a thing! We had so much fun with him at the wedding and he did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable even holding my shoes and flowers and getting me water to make sure I stayed hydrated! He was incredibly kind and respectful during family photos, as hectic as they can be and even got pictures of family that I didn't ask for specifically, which was wonderful! He made sure I always knew where he was in case we wanted a picture with someone. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend photo expressions to anyone!!

Mike jumped in, adapted to changes, had an easy breezy demeanor, helped with tux fixing, etc.... He was everywhere without being obtrusive. The whole experience of working with Photo Expressions, from meeting Jeff at the Aqua Turf bridal show, to engagement photo viewing and event planning was enjoyable. Fun, nice and talented! The whole package!

needed to be done when, they kept us on schedule. We did pay for the highest package and multiple photographers, but I don't regret this choice at all. They were able to get every shot we wanted and at all different angles. They also were able to get super artistic shots, which is what we were after. If you want dependable, creative, and talented photographers, we highly recommend them.

t 10 times now and we just got it yesterday. Some of the shots we purchased were so amazing that it was hard to believe the people in the pictures were actually us! Their work is really amazing. Our venue was dark inside as you can tell from many of the amateur photos taken by guests but all of the photos Photo Expressions took are sharp brilliant and beautiful. Photo Expressions treated us like family and really did an outstanding job. I would recommend them to anyone.

ch and I already have my album and it's so beautiful I can't even find the words. Simply Awesome! I highly recommend them to everyone. My reception location was awesome too and I'm sure that helped with the photos. The sun was in and out all day but you cannot tell from the photos. The Best!

dding video. It wasn't until after the wedding that issues with Jeff Jr. arose, specifically in how he handled the business side of photography. He was unprofessional, unapologetic and lacked a level of empathy one would expect in a customer-facing role. We learned that the most important item we wanted, aside from the album and pictures themselves, wasn't included in the package (DVD of pictures). To purchase the wedding DVD post wedding, the cost ballooned to full price versus the discounted price if bought in advance. This is based on an arbitrary date defined by Jeff Jr. and, through discussing this with Jeff Jr., no additional costs are incurred by Photo Expressions. It is simply a matter of copying images to a DVD. To remedy the issue, we suggested several outcomes to make the situation amenable for both parties given the dual responsibility. Jeff didn't want to hear about it, especially as it related to his culpability. He only cared about money, something we were willing to part with given the circumstances but Jeff wanted to take as much as he possibly could. In summary, we both work in client focused roles so we are intimately familiar with how to work with customers and what constitutes client satisfaction. Let’s be honest, nobody wants to write a bad review. We considered not writing one but as the saying goes, “you may not remember what someone said, but you’ll never forget how someone made you feel.” Unfortunately we remember both and had no choice but to take the time to write this negative, yet deserved, review. While a resolution was finally agreed upon, the poorly executed business end of the transaction completely soured the entire experience, thus resulting in this 1 star rating. AMENDMENT: As a follow up, Jeff Sr. took the time to assess our review and followed up with us to ensure our satisfaction. He was professional, courtesy and he was a pleasure to work with. His care to ensure we were happy with the overall experience with his company has raised this review to 4 stars in service.
