Two photographers was definitely the way to go when our wedding day came; they were able to capture different parts of the day (groom’s crew getting ready and bride’s crew getting ready) as well as different shots and angles at the ceremony and reception. To be honest, once the ceremony started and through the night, we didn’t even realize they were really there and yet they captured EVERYTHING! I am the type of person who doesn’t like the way they look in photos and I ended up absolutely loving our engagement and wedding pictures. These two are a great duo, very personable and down to earth. We definitely recommend Phoveo!

we asked of them! They were accommodating of my mom who is really sick and didn't want to go outside. We had them from 1pm- at least 11pm. I had to kick them out. They had another wedding to shoot the next day! They are also well organized. We didn't do a first look and they made sure no one ran into one another during pictures.

should have (carried things for us, even helped us plan our honeymoon!!). This didn't go un-noticed, as everyone in the wedding and our guests commented to us on how hard they worked. To put it in perspective, our wedding planner who has planned tons of weddings, told us she hasn't seen photographers work as hard as they did, so that's saying something! These guys fill up fast and we were lucky to get them before they were booked for our wedding, so don't wait to book them!! P.S. These two have a heart of gold. My Grandma has trouble walking and these two found a location for her where she didn't have to walk and even brought over a chair all the way from the reception area for her to sit on while waiting for other pictures to be taken!

. They got the more traditional shots, but also took a number of creative and fun pictures. Bonus: they were so much fun to work with! We were able to joke around with them and it made the process so much more enjoyable. They were also very patient on the wedding day while we tried to heard everybody together :) I would highly recommend them, you will not regret it!

e to do our photos with no extra charge, and we went until dark (longer than planned), with no complaints for Laura - she even traveled to the family farm and crawled up in a hay loft for photos. They turned out absolutely amazing. Laura and Jake were both AMAZING for our wedding. They work awesome together, are full of energy and great ideas. I had made a list of photos we wanted and they were sure to get almost all of them done in our time frame. I LOVED having two photographers for our wedding, Laura could take pictures of the girls while we were getting ready, and Jake was able to run and take last minute photos of the guys cutting meat for our reception, along with photos before everyone was at the reception. They stayed fairly late, and made sure to get a lot of candid shots and awesome sunset pictures. Another plus of two photographers is different angles. Jake is much taller than Laura and they were able to get different shots at different angles. They are FAST are replying to emails and are willing to help in anyway they possibly can. The photos did take awhile to get back, but that is expected with how many they took. I received an email with a preview several weeks before our photos were done, and then an email with my finally gallery BEFORE we received the package in the mail with a USB and CD with all of our pictures. I don't think either my husband or I could say anything negative about Phoveo. We had ALOT of compliments on our engagement and wedding photos, and had a lot of people ask who they were at the wedding. If you are considering Phoveo - you wont be disappointed.

f hours they could commit to the day of (we had a catholic ceremony which meant we started at 1:00 PM and went until 12:00 AM) AND because they met us for drinks prior. As the bride, I don't consider myself photogenic at all. I have to be comfortable and relaxed - without having a ton of alcohol in my system. My photos were more than I could have ever asked for in capturing my day and my inner beauty. They went with the flow when I sent them several spreadsheets of photos, adjusted plans when it turned out to be 75 in November in Des Moines and hung out with the wedding party towards the end of the night to capture some amazing candids. I really can't say enough but Laura and Jake. You would be lucky to have them capture your beautiful day and you will walk away without a single regret!

They captured all the big and small moments of the day and came up with some creative shots and poses. We are so happy that we hired Laura and Jake! They were a breeze and a blessing to work with. The biggest hit for us and our family was the preview video set to music. It totally captured the day and the "blooper" scene at the end was outstanding! We couldn't be happier with the quality of all the videos. They captured everything, from getting ready, to the first look, the ceremony and the reception and dances.
