Christina and her team at Pinch Me Planning were truly INCREDIBLE! Christina was so thoughtful and attentive throughout our entire planning process and helped craft a very special event for us. And during our wedding weekend, it poured rain and threw all our plans into disarray - Christina and her team worked around the clock to adjust our plans to the weather. She was truly amazing, making sure every detail was perfect even with our last minute changes! She did everything from fixing tent leaks to changing timelines to bringing the bridal party lunches - truly went above and beyond all weekend. Having Christina as our wedding planner was the single best decision we made throughout the entire process. EVERY detail was perfect - the decor was unbelievable but on top of that, she helped us through every detail possible. I am as type A as one can be and she was patient, kind, understanding, and helpful (even when I would send 15 texts at 6am - sorry Christina). She worked with us through a venue change, budgeting, my insane color palette changes - you name it. I hadn’t met her in person until April (we got married in September and live in NYC) but her talent, attention to detail, and compassion for managing a lot of personalities is unprecedented. Working with Christina and the PMP team was an absolute dream. My fiancé and I recently got married in Vermont but were living in Los Angeles during the entirety of wedding planning. Oh man, we have SO many favorite parts / thank god we had Christina & PMP moments. Where to begin... PMP was extremely easy to work with, attentive, organized, and detail oriented. Christina helped to guide me during the decision process and offered her professional advice which was so greatly appreciated as I struggle with making decisions... (can't remember how many times we changed the napkins lol). Christina was incredibly honest, and I could tell that she cared as much about making sure it all came together smoothly as we did. As the date got close, coordination with Celine was absolutely invaluable. She was extremely responsive, friendly, and organized. I felt more and more ready for the day after every phone call. She made it extremely easy to communicate with vendors, create a timeline, and brought up many things that we hadn't even thought of. When there were hiccups (which are truly unavoidable btw), she took point on offering solutions and executed accordingly. She led our rehearsal with ease, which I was very impressed with as we had a large wedding party. On the day of, Celine communicated with my mom and maid of honor as situations arose, such as, the trolley getting stuck on I-95 due to an accident and having to get police escorted off the exit to make it to us on time, and a rather large snafu with the catering company. She handled everything with ease and made sure that we were having the BEST day ever. Celine helped to pack up our items at the end of the night and insured any gifts were given to my parents as requested. Celine was the real MVP of our wedding day, and without Christina and her extremely professional, organized and prepared team, we would've never had Celine. Booking PMP was by far the BEST decision that we made. Planning a wedding is a lot - do yourself a favor and book Christina & her team! I can say wholeheartedly without a shadow of a doubt that you will not regret it! From the incredible vendor recommendations, thorough planning process, detailed day of timeline, and open lines of communication, PMP is by far the BEST in the game. Hiring Christina and her team was easily the best decision we made throughout the wedding planning process. I stumbled on the PMP blog while doing some research on budgeting, and after spending ten minutes reading just a sampling of her helpful tips, I immediately reached out about planning support. We are only in the area part time, so it was incredibly helpful to have someone on the ground who knows all the venues and vendors (my fiance and I joke that Christina is the Mayor of Portland). We came into wedding planning with not much knowledge and a Pinterest board. Hiring Pinch Me Planning was one of the best things we did for our wedding. Christina helped us navigate a postponed wedding with grace and ease, and always made us feel informed and supported. As we (finally, a year later) approached our wedding date, she and her team kept in close contact to make sure every detail was accounted for. Trust me: you want someone managing all the details, vendor logistics, and planning in the last few months before your wedding. As someone who is pretty Type A, Christina made me feel 100% confident that nothing was going to be missed. She also gave great advice throughout the process. Where Christina was at her absolute best, though, was the day of our wedding itself. We woke up to POURING rain, and Christina was an absolute champ - she covered all the possible backup plans, worked with all our vendors, and kept checking in with me throughout the day with weather updates and rain plans. When it became clear that the rain was going to clear about a half hour after our ceremony start time, she helped me make the decision to start late by reminding me that this was the moment I had waited 2 years for, and that no one was going to be upset with a late start time. That really helped calm me down, and she was absolutely right - all our guests were happily waiting with cocktails and cold apps, and the rain cleared half an hour late and we were able to have the perfect ceremony and evening. I know coordinating a wedding in the rain couldn't have been fun or easy, but Christina did it flawlessly.

My favorite part about having a PMP coordinator is that while I had most of the big things planned (vendors, color scheme, food, etc), Celine was making sure I had all of the small things checked off. During the planning calls she would give me tasks to complete that I hadn’t even thought of. Additionally, being so type A, I was thrilled with Celine’s timeline that was down to the minute with details for our weekend. I would have truly been lost without it. I love that PMP offers a 60- day coordination package. It allowed me to stay on budget while having a five star coordinator to ensure that not just my wedding day, but the weeks leading up to it were stress free and enjoyable. I have nothing but great things to say about Celine, Christina, and the whole PMP team. I’ve recommended them to every bride to be that I know!

It was such a relief to have her as our guide - she kept us organized, on schedule, and eased any stress we had. When we first got engaged, we (foolishly) thought hiring a wedding planner seemed unnecessary however our venue required we do and suggested Pinch Me Planning on their list of preferred vendors. There is no possible way we could have created the dream wedding we just had without them. The entire team were wonderful to work with - organized, insightful, honest and fun! Leading up to the big day Lena ensured we had checked all the boxes and sent reminder texts like not forgetting to buy a card box (and other little things I would never think of). On the day, the entire team somehow executed everything so seamlessly all I had to worry about as the bride was putting my dress on. We had originally reached out to Christina just to help us find a wedding venue in York and quickly decided to work with her for our entire wedding. She was super friendly, always on top of everything, flexible when it came to needing to reschedule due to COVID and has unmeasurable knowledge of the wedding industry. Having to navigate reschedule a wedding 3 times during a pandemic is not something easy, and PMP made us feel at ease as we went through that process. Christina was especially helpful in the months and weeks leading up working behinds the scenes with all the vendors to ensure the day of execution went off without a hitch, and when something did come up she was out there herself doing everything she could to address it. For example, when one of the baskets to hold the shawls wasn't delivered, she ran to the store and bought bought one (I didn't even know this happened under after the weekend, because she always had everything under control!) Given all the obstacles this year in regards to wedding planning; my now husband and I are incredibly grateful to have had Christina and her team in our corner. Pinch Me Planning goes so far above and beyond what I would have anticipated for a typical day-of-coordination package and was worth every penny. With PMP you aren't just booking 60 days of coordination, you are booking a team that whole heartedly love their jobs and care about you as a couple and instituting your vision for the day. I knew Christina was a match when she was helping me book a caterer before I had even signed a contract with her. She was SO supportive when our wedding was upended by Covid: from just providing words of positivity to helping us frantically find an amazing new photographer just 30 days out. I am telling you.. the value you get BEFORE the day of, can not be overlooked. For our wedding weekend, we had Carolyn as our lead planner, who I also can't say enough great things about. It ended up raining on our wedding day and we were making decisions to change the entire event the day before. Carolyn handled all the logistics with our vendors, sending emails while I was able to sit back and enjoy the rehearsal dinner. I can honestly attribute a lot of my calmness the day of to Carolyn - she has a positive, we are going to make it work attitude that allowed me to relax regardless of the chaos the rain brought. I can't possibly thank the PMP team enough, they felt like friends through the entire process and helped make our wedding weekend perfect.

What we didn’t realize we would get as part of our day-of coordination package was the invaluable information and insight that Christina shared with us in all of our planning phone calls months before our wedding. We could tell that she wanted to help us to make our vision of our day a reality. Carolyn made everyone feel comfortable with what was going to happen the next day. We held our wedding at O’Maine Studios and brought in most of the decorations and things that needed to be set up. Christina and her team set everything up the day of the wedding and perfectly executed the vision we had of how we wanted it to look and feel. We walked into our reception and ceremony spaces and felt that PMP had completely nailed it! The best thing about having a coordinator from PMP was having the organization and structure on the day-of so we didn’t have to worry about anything and we didn’t have to put our friends or family in the position of being responsible for the flow of the day. Christina and her team (Carolyn and Mariya) executed our wedding day perfectly and so flawlessly. With all the emotions you feel during that day, the last thing you need to worry about is when to get everyone seated for dinner (or some other major thing that only a coordinator would know to handle). Everyone who worked with us on our day was genuinely kind while keeping us on task, and directing the flow and order of our day. They were extremely attentive to our needs and they made sure we each had a drink post-photos! The team was inconspicuous throughout the reception, and we both felt we could completely focus on enjoying our wedding. Christina and her team helped our day to be absolutely perfect and carefree and we couldn’t recommend Pinch Me Planning enough!

We hired Christina and the PMP for the 60 day coordination of our wedding. Christina and Amanda, our coordinator, were incredibly organized and helpful from the start. They answered all of our questions with ease and calmed us during the last coordination efforts for our wedding! Christina is amazing. We got married on Peaks Island and it is a logistical nightmare. She coordinated all of our vendors and everything worked out perfectly. She has so many relationships with the best vendors around! It was great to let go and relax knowing she had everything under control.

We ended up hiring Christina and PMP because our venue, Brick South in Portland, ME, required a day of coordinator (for good reason). Looking back on it, the money we spent on the PMP 60-day Coordination package was the best money we spent on the entire wedding. It proved to be invaluable both in the planning process and the weekend of the wedding. We would recommend Christina and her team to ANYBODY getting married in the New England area, without hesitation. For those curious about what the 60 day coordination plan looks like, this was our experience: We had an initial meeting at a coffee shop to come up with a game plan for the coming months including our current standing with vendors, our overall vision of the wedding day, and a tangible to-do list. She also put us in touch with talented vendors from the area that we otherwise would likely not have discovered. Whenever we had questions, whether about big picture decisions or nitty-gritty details, Chrstina was patiently there for us, always with a smile on her face and a positive attitude. She was incredibly flexible, squeezing phone calls in as her OWN wedding approached and even afterward, during her time out-of-office. On the weekend of the wedding, her level of service continued to amaze us. Everything that we could possibly imagine or fret over, was handled, often before we even could fret over it. From sewing back together a cornhole bean bag, to warning us that it was imperative we hold on to the arm-less chairs during the Horah, to magically reverse-engineering and printing a missing table number sign, Christina and her team had it all under control at all times. She even met up with us in Boston, after the wedding, to pick up a rental item that a guest had “accidently” taken home. The peace of mind that came from this was priceless to us. Like we said, it was the best money we spent for our special day. Thank you PMP!

Our venue required that we have a day of coordinator and I am so glad that we hired pinch me planning. We worked with Courtney and she was the best! From the moment she took over, 60 days out, she was organized, helpful, and was a voice of reason when my wife and I were stressed. Courtney was there for our rehearsal and was so helpful wrangling the bridal parties and making sure it ran smoothly. On the day of our wedding, it was truly the best feeling being able to hand over all of the details and know that she would handle everything.
