I did not know much about flowers prior to my appointment and they helped me understand types, colors, shapes, etc. In addition to educating me about wedding florals, they are SO creative and helped me think about new ideas, trends, color combinations, etc. Most people think of wedding flowers as "bouquets and centerpieces," but they offer SO much more! They help you think through the tiniest of details and offer additional options for decor. Most of all, I was very indecisive about my order in the initial phase (not good, I know). What pleased me the most was their ability to listen and understand me as a person and my vision so that they could help me make decisions and bring my vision to life. One of the most memorable parts of my wedding day was seeing my bouquets when they were delivered and being in awe and how gorgeous they were. They were even better than what I expected!!! They totally hit it out of the ballpark for each area of my order. When I walked into the ballroom a bit before guests arrived and saw my vision come to life, the first thing I noticed were the beautiful centerpieces on each table. My flowers in my wedding pictures look like they are from Pinterest!! I heard so many compliments from guests about what a beautiful job they did. I also did not have to worry about if they would forget anything/set up correctly before the wedding because they were so detailed in their communication. They nailed it and really exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding florist (or florist in general) because of their expertise, customer service (so friendly and helpful!), and quality and price of the product they deliver.

I cried when I walked into our reception hall because she made it look so beautiful. Her prices were so fair and she truly works with any budget, even suggests ways to cut costs. Throughout the week of the wedding, she sent me updates, suggestions and even a last minuted change. We were sure something was going to look great and when it didn't, she let me know right away and already has a suggestion on how to make it work. That's what I really respected. She didn't just let something go out her door looking bad and say "oh well it's what we talked about". She made sure it was all wonderful :) I could go on and on... You need to use Pink Petals for your wedding!!
