My initial meeting with them went well. They had just hired a new person that works on floral arrangements for weddings. She seemed very confident. A month prior to the wedding i called to make my final payment and check in. The number of items... i had requested was not the same they had on file. I told them i would send them an email of everything i wanted so there would be no confusion. After not hearing from them i called again 2 weeks prior and they seemed very unsure as to what they were doing and kept telling me the issues they were running into. i asked if they got my email with the items i wanted and they said yes it all looked good. the day of the wedding they dropped the flowers off. When we went to take a took at them the stems were all WAY to long, like over 12 inches with about 6 in of ribbon on them. Not only did we have to trim down every single stem on all the bouquets but there was 1 bouquet missing. My bridesmaid had to take multiple apart to create another one. Also the wrist corsage my mom had lasted about 15 minutes, the flowers completely came off and she was just left with the elastic around her wrist. While i have not used them for anything prior I would not recommend them for any weddings.
