I'll start by saying that the food was excellent so if that's all you're worried about then have no fear. However, overall I felt that the entirety of the company lacked some professionalism. On our wedding day my coordinator informed me as we ...were approaching the ceremony time, that the caterer, Pizza by Fire, had not yet arrived. She called the number they provided me dozens of times to only receive no response. They finally showed up a couple hours past when they originally said they would be there and they simply chalked it up to "miscommunication". Why provide a number to call if you're not going to answer? When I was finally able to get some appetizers, I noticed that they had put out paper products for my guests to use, and I had rented glass. I asked the woman that was working if she could please remove them. I watched her take half of the things, and then never return for the rest, so I had to take matters into my own hands. Also, I'll warn you, their charcuterie board is nothing to boast about, I get now why it's not optional to remove because it's so cheap. ALSO, they describe it as being an assortment of meats, cheeses, and nuts however smack dab in the middle of mine was a bowl of jelly beans (?!?!?!?!). Sorry but I didn't order those and I mean, jelly beans at a freakin wedding, come on! Finally we get called up to eat and I asked the young girl behind the table if she had a pizza server to put out so I could grab some slices. She looked at me like I was just plain stupid. So I asked her a second time, to which she turns around and asks someone else and they replied with "nope just use your hands". This was something that I wish them or someone would have informed me about prior to them showing up, I would have at least provided my own. I know that at the end of the day it's just pizza, but I mean come on, that doesn't mean it can't be classy. As I mentioned before, their food was excellent but I will never consider them again for a catering event for myself.
