Pizza Papillo

I could rave for hours about Charlie and his team! The food was excellent- my guests are still talking about it! They were organized , on time, and best of all just tons of fun to work with! I had people flying in from Singapore, Los Angeles , Seattle, Tampa, Boston, And Phoenix for the wedding and everyone said it was the best wedding food they have had . It set the perfect tone we wanted for our special day and the pricing was beyond fair for what they offer . I will recommend them to everyone i know .

Charlie, his wife Debbie, and the rest of his crew were incredibly easy to work with and their pizza is delicious! We hired them for a casual rehearsal dinner for 120 people and they had no problem feeding everyone with a variety of choices. They definitely have an efficient process cooking for big parties and guests were very impressed. They also made sure to take special requests from our gluten-free guests which made them very happy. They had extra ingredients at the end of the night and offered to make my wife and I personal pizzas to go home with before shutting down. So thoughtful! If you can, request the Bleu Pig & Fig, one of the best I've ever eaten.

The Pizza Papillo mobile brick pizza oven was a huge hit for our casual reception at Oakledge Park in Burlington. The catering menu was straightforward and the booking process was easy. Charlie and his wife and the oven (on the back of a trailer) arrived on time and had pizza ready to serve exactly at the planned time. They really have a super efficient and organized process - they are clearly professionals who know how to cater a great party. There was a menu of ~10 different pizzas and they were also happy to make pizzas to order for anyone who was a picky eater. And the best part was that the pizzas were absolutely delicious - thin crispy crust, quality toppings, straight out of the oven - my husband and I both thought the pizza was excellent. The kid guests loved being able to choose slices for themselves of their favorites. The adult guests appreciated trying new flavor combinations and it was easy to try a variety of pizzas. We got to take left over pizza home and it was just as good the next day. We are very happy we found Pizza Papillo for our event. We highly recommended them!

Pizza Papillo is amazing! The whole crew was just wonderful. Pizza Papillo catered my wedding. They served about 115 people with pizza and Cesar salad. Not only were they on time, but there was always pizza out. Never once was there a guest waiting for pizza. They really know what they are doing. The guests at our wedding are still talking about the amazing food. What beats fresh, vermont wood fired pizza?? I also have to say in terms of wedding caters they are VERY reasonably priced as well. We were thrilled!!
