ough we only had her for our day of coordination, she helped us with many of the decorations and some of the preparations for the wedding day! Hannah and her assistant set up everything, so we didn't have to stress at all on our wedding day. Hannah was always available for communication, she truly went above and beyond. She took care of SO MANY things during the wedding, took so many "behind the scenes" pictures and videos for us, and made sure we were taken care of with food and water. She was easily our favorite vendor to work with and we are so thankful we hired her!

In terms of quality of service, Hannah paid close attention to details, offer creative ideas, and she went above and beyond to deliver a memorable and flawless wedding experience, she created a gorgeous sweetheart table with LOTS of candles and came provided her charger plates for rental for a get price which was awesome! She set up ALL my decor exactly how I asked and even disassembled everything at the end of the night. Overall, Hannah was a perfect wedding coordinator because she possessed professionalism, delivered exceptional service, and excelled in communication, making our wedding planning process smooth and stress-free and enjoyable for everyone ! s I had never considered. On the day of the wedding, she and her assistant made sure everything flowed smoothly and were completely calm the whole time, helping to keep me calm. She was great for helping me manage budget costs for rentals and florals and that was very much appreciated. Love love loved working with Hannah and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for help with their wedding!

However, by the time wedding day arrived, Hannah and her team did an amazing job setting everything up and making sure our day ran smoothly. There were certainly hiccups. Their team arrived later than promised and so we had to make some decisions before they got there such as where to set up the ceremony seating on the beach. The team member controlling our ceremony music stood too far from the PA system, so the music was cutting out the entire time (which I didn’t learn or notice until after the wedding). Our officiant who was a family friend wasn’t really given instructions for how to handle the ceremony and he didn’t know he needed to seat the guests, so that was embarrassing. My bridesmaids weren’t coached on how they should stand or where to look during the ceremony, or the need to fluff my dress. And we didn’t end up completing the marriage license until the very end of the night, so we ended up missing information and our marriage license was rejected the first time. Small things like that did have a negative impact on my impression of the day, but these aren’t things that were memorialized in our pictures. We had extreme winds and adverse weather conditions for my wedding, and these small hiccups mean so little in light of the work Hannah’s team did to make the day roll smoothly regardless. I think if you are a Type A person like me, you would probably be better suited for day of coordination as opposed to partial planning. But overall, I was glad we chose to hire Hannah to help with our wedding.

On our wedding day, Hannah and her amazing assistant Sarah Grace arranged all of our florals and turned our venue into the most magical place! Our guests were blown away with our gorgeous florals and decorations. During the ceremony and reception, Hannah seamlessly guided us through our timeline and made sure everyone and everything were exactly where they needed to be. I couldn’t have asked for a more efficient and professional team!

hat I didn't know. ALWAYS responded in a timely manner and available whenever I needed her. During the day of my wedding she went above and beyond and set up my dance floor, arches lights, and executed my vision perfectly. My favorite thing to look back on was that she even took my polaroid camera that was available for guests and took AMAZING photos. Any bride would be lucky to have Hannah and her team help them with their special day because I sure was more than pleased that I had her for mine!

My wedding day ran flawlessly due to how organized my coordinator was and it was even more beautiful and perfect than I could have imagined. Even my guest raved at how perfectly done everything was.
