The hotel was amazing, the desert tour was fantastic but the absolute highlight of our trip was getting to spend time with her personally. She is such an amazing travel concierge. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and what she doesn't know, she'll research and find out whether it's about the geography, food, or culture of the country that we are traveling to. eam for making this experience for us PERFECT!! Your attention to detail, from the planning of this trip to our departure, arrival to the resort. It was like we were guided through each moment. The Club MoBay experience was also EXCEPTIONAL. My sons felt like celebrities with the VIP treatment we experienced. The resort we chose, Luxury Grand Bahia Principe was also a great choice. So much so that we may consider returning again. We've been to JA 5x prior and this is by far the 1st time we've felt this way. More importantly, I believe it's your attention to ensure that all was well, even upon our arrival during the trip. We have lots of pics, so I will be sure to share with you some of the fun!! Communication with Brenda and Frantz is subpar, they wait days to not only respond to the bride and groom but the guests as well. They took what should have been a joyous moment and created the worst experience ever. Stay clear, I swear on my kids this has been the worst with this company!

Which was a excecutive club in the air port that escorted us through customs and to our driver/transportation all while serving us a adult beverage.
