Our limo never showed up at the end of the night… when we called to find out what was going on, Mario claimed the driver got a flat and sent an employee that was busy babysitting her grandkids in a regular car to pick us up. No one even called ...

He also accused me of trying to muscle money out of him when I told him 100 dollars was not an adequate refund amount on a 2500 dollar bill. He claimed he only charged me 150 dollars which I find very hard to believe for a limo trip. His behavior was extremely unprofessional. I could not believe the way he spoke to me. Would never recommend. I’m only speaking the truth of my experience. He’s embarrassed by his actions and tried everything to prevent me from coming forth with this

all to know what transpired. Leah reserved two limousines and a shuttle bus from our company for a total of $2,500. She also requested that a limo pick her and her husband up at the end of the reception to return to the hotel. Her day was flawless. The limos did what they were asked to do as did the shuttle bus. Everything went well without any issues at all whatsoever. The rate she was provided was a great rate. It actually should have cost her closer to $3,000 but I worked with her because she sounded frustrated because she could not find availability so I provided her with a reasonable rate and saved her several hundred dollars. The issue Leah is referring to is when the reception was over. The limousine was requested to be at the venue at 9:30 pm and when it wasn't there she called our office and I spoke with her. The bus was scheduled to be at the venue for a 9:00 pm departure. That bus did not leave until 9:32 pm. I did not charge her the $225 that I should have. But she didn't tell you that. I told her that I would call her back which I did. I told her that my driver had a flat while on his way to her and did not have phone service as he was in a "dead zone". We've all been there and have had that same problem. He told me he wouldn't get there for another 40 minutes. So this is what I told her. I then told her that I would send the bus back to pick her and her husband up but that would be another 30 minutes because he was dropping the guests off and she was ok with that. I called her back and told her that I was going to send another driver to pick her up in a sedan so she didn't have to wait. The driver was not working but was baby sitting so she was not formerly dressed. But at least I was able to get someone to her quicker than if she waited for the bus. I explained this to her and apologized for the matter numerous times and every single time she told me it was ok. The driver picked her up and dropped her off at the hotel. While enroute to the hotel Leah told the driver that she didn't care that she didn't get a limo and that she didn't need one. She also told her that she was already married and was just going through the motions. Those were her words, not mine. I never knew she was already married. Never. So the driver didn't think anything was wrong especially since they were admiring the car they were in. On Sunday, 8/29/21 Leah called me and demanded that I give money back to her and was not pleasant at all. She was a completely different person from the previous times I spoke with her. She cursed at me and questioned as to whether or not I was telling her the truth. I continued to apologize but I already knew what she and her husband were looking for and it was money. So I then asked how much was she looking for and I did not get a response. I then told her husband that I will refund $100 for what occurred. That was not acceptable. I asked them to be fair and consider the entire day with the three vehicles and no issues at all but that didn't work. Finally, I was told to refund the $100 and to expect a bad review. She stated in her review that the $100 was not adequate enough for the $2,500 she paid but she didn't tell you that she was only charged $150 for that portion of the trip. That's right, she was only charged $150 to be taken back to her hotel. That cost should have been at least $350 but I was being nice and only charged her $150. So when she states that it isn't adequate to the entire bill obviously she isn't being fair and is just looking for money. She is correct though in stating that I accused her of trying to muscle money out of me because that is how she treated it. Her words to me were give me what I want and I won't write the review. I told her she was more than welcomed to write the review because people will see it for what it is and that is she is trying to get as much back as possible and that just isn't fair. As a matter of fact, she requested that I refund her $300 for a $150 trip. That was just not going to happen. Again, the reason she didn't receive a call letting her know what happened is because I wasn't aware because the driver had no cell service. There was nothing that I could do. I apologize for the length of this response but it is important for you all to know what happened and the steps I took to correct it as fast as possible. It just was not acceptable. This was at the very end of the evening. Everything else went as smooth as possible. I work very hard to get where we are and will not feel threatened by someone looking to extort money from me or use the computer as a tool to ruin our reputation. I think you all can see what this is and I thank you for taking the time to read this and sincerely hope this will not affect PMV Limousine from doing business with you. Thank you again, Mario.

We spoke pretty much every day leading up to the wedding, he performed a dry run to ensure the limo would safely be able to turn around to transport our bridal party and called me the day prior to confirm. I truly felt as if he was treating me like his own daughter on their wedding day. On wedding day, Emanuel arrived 15 minutes early and polished the limo before we were escorted in. He was an excellent communicator. Once we were married at the church, we were greeted to red carpet and champagne service. This company is top notch. The drivers were professional and knew exactly what roads they could and couldn’t take (something that I’ve noticed has been an issue for some other friends). The day of the wedding, our limo driver, Marko, was on time, professional, and very cordial. He let me hook up my phone to the auxiliary cord in the limo to DJ and he even took some beautiful pictures of us! The shuttle bus ended up not being big enough for everyone that was staying in the hotel (not my fault or PMV’s-a lot of the guests booked online instead of using the group code, so we had no record they were staying at the hotel and our number was off), but Mario and Marko talked me through a plan and a price that was fair for all. I would definitely recommend PMV to any couple getting married soon!

I ended up speaking with Mario at PMV Limo who immediately set my mind at ease and told me they would handle all of our transportation needs for the wedding day. He understood my sense of panic and couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. We ended up using his SUV, 10 person limo, and 24 person shuttle and things couldn’t have gone more smoothly. nditioner did stop working on the day of your wedding but it is important to note that the vehicle was in proper working condition when it left the office. The air conditioner stopped working while it was out performing it's duties. It was not as if the vehicle was sent out in that condition. If you are an owner of a vehicle you surely understand that things happen beyond our control and this just happened to be one of those things. I apologize for what happened but you failed to mention that there was another vehicle present when you exited the Church. So although the vehicle you hired lost the air conditioning the bus which is a larger vehicle than what you hired was present at the Church upon the completion of your ceremony so there was no time that you did not have a vehicle and there was no time that you had to wait for any vehicle. We simply swapped the vehicles and at no time was the timeline affected. It is also important to note that from the time you were picked up and taken to the Church it was no more than a 15 minute drive so it is not as if you were in the vehicle for a long period of time. I take this business very seriously and as you can see from all of the other posts people were very happy with our service which I work very hard to provide. I take this review very seriously and although you choose this forum you could have called me at the office to discuss the matter which you did not. As a matter of fact I dealt with your husband throughout the entire process and must say we had a good rapport. You and I never spoke and it is only here that I became aware of what you were feeling. A phone call probably would have been best but I can see what your intentions are here and I can only hope that when people read this they will understand what occurred and what was done to remedy the matter. For you to say that you will not recommend our company because of a 15 minute ride isn't fair but it is your choice. You did not mention that there were other vehicles used for your wedding that were operating perfectly fine. You singled out the one vehicle that had the issue but did not mention how everything else went smoothly without any issues at all. So although I understand what happened for the 15 minutes you were in the vehicle it was a minor issue compared to all of the other vehicles involved in your wedding and how great everything else was. The limo had a light layer of dust on the outside which could have been cleaned but nothing to ding them for since they had to drive a ways to get to us. The shuttle was on time to pick up our guests and was very clean. We felt a little rushed at the end to get people on the shuttle but that was expected because we ran a bit over time at the reception. The shuttle drove a little fast but never felt unsafe. As for feeling rushed in the end, yes, it was because you ran a bit over and my drivers know that we charge overtime after a certain time so they were trying to help you avoid paying the overtime. But those two items obvioulsy weren't a big deal. It was a pleasure working with you as well and although there were changes, everything worked out as smooth as they could.
