ation because of a very minor issue that occurred at the very end of her reception. So although this response is a bit lengthy, it is important for you all to know what transpired. Leah reserved two limousines and a shuttle bus from our company for a total of $2,500. She also requested that a limo pick her and her husband up at the end of the reception to return to the hotel. Her day was flawless. The limos did what they were asked to do as did the shuttle bus. Everything went well without any issues at all whatsoever. The rate she was provided was a great rate. It actually should have cost her closer to $3,000 but I worked with her because she sounded frustrated because she could not find availability so I provided her with a reasonable rate and saved her several hundred dollars. The issue Leah is referring to is when the reception was over. The limousine was requested to be at the venue at 9:30 pm and when it wasn't there she called our office and I spoke with her. The bus was scheduled to be at the venue for a 9:00 pm departure. That bus did not leave until 9:32 pm. I did not charge her the $225 that I should have. But she didn't tell you that. I told her that I would call her back which I did. I told her that my driver had a flat while on his way to her and did not have phone service as he was in a "dead zone". We've all been there and have had that same problem. He told me he wouldn't get there for another 40 minutes. So this is what I told her. I then told her that I would send the bus back to pick her and her husband up but that would be another 30 minutes because he was dropping the guests off and she was ok with that. I called her back and told her that I was going to send another driver to pick her up in a sedan so she didn't have to wait. The driver was not working but was baby sitting so she was not formerly dressed. But at least I was able to get someone to her quicker than if she waited for the bus. I explained this to her and apologized for the matter numerous times and every single time she told me it was ok. The driver picked her up and dropped her off at the hotel. While enroute to the hotel Leah told the driver that she didn't care that she didn't get a limo and that she didn't need one. She also told her that she was already married and was just going through the motions. Those were her words, not mine. I never knew she was already married. Never. So the driver didn't think anything was wrong especially since they were admiring the car they were in. On Sunday, 8/29/21 Leah called me and demanded that I give money back to her and was not pleasant at all. She was a completely different person from the previous times I spoke with her. She cursed at me and questioned as to whether or not I was telling her the truth. I continued to apologize but I already knew what she and her husband were looking for and it was money. So I then asked how much was she looking for and I did not get a response. I then told her husband that I will refund $100 for what occurred. That was not acceptable. I asked them to be fair and consider the entire day with the three vehicles and no issues at all but that didn't work. Finally, I was told to refund the $100 and to expect a bad review. She stated in her review that the $100 was not adequate enough for the $2,500 she paid but she didn't tell you that she was only charged $150 for that portion of the trip. That's right, she was only charged $150 to be taken back to her hotel. That cost should have been at least $350 but I was being nice and only charged her $150. So when she states that it isn't adequate to the entire bill obviously she isn't being fair and is just looking for money. She is correct though in stating that I accused her of trying to muscle money out of me because that is how she treated it. Her words to me were give me what I want and I won't write the review. I told her she was more than welcomed to write the review because people will see it for what it is and that is she is trying to get as much back as possible and that just isn't fair. As a matter of fact, she requested that I refund her $300 for a $150 trip. That was just not going to happen. Again, the reason she didn't receive a call letting her know what happened is because I wasn't aware because the driver had no cell service. There was nothing that I could do. I apologize for the length of this response but it is important for you all to know what happened and the steps I took to correct it as fast as possible. It just was not acceptable. This was at the very end of the evening. Everything else went as smooth as possible. I work very hard to get where we are and will not feel threatened by someone looking to extort money from me or use the computer as a tool to ruin our reputation. I think you all can see what this is and I thank you for taking the time to read this and sincerely hope this will not affect PMV Limousine from doing business with you. Thank you again, Mario.
